♥️ Dogs. Stay at home caregiver.
I've had five dogs of my own, and have loved them all. I've cared for them from puppyhood to old age. For me, "home is where the dog is." A dear friend of mine pasted away in March 2024. I adopted her 13 year-old yellow Lab named Lilly and I'm so grateful to have her to provide the love and care she deserves in her old-age. For the past year, I've been pet sitting for friends and neighbors. I offer boarding at my home for a week or more while owners are on vacation, weekend boarding, overnight stays, doggy day care, dog walking and hiking, and drop-in visits for a quick potty break and play time while owners are away. If you need vacation coverage or overnight stays, I promise that your dog will be in a safe and loving home, have fun, and get lots of loving attention. If your dog needs to get out during the day to burn off some energy, he or she will be safe and happy exploring outside and sniffing to his or her heart's content!

Our dogs Enzo and Gordi stayed with Lori for three days this month and loved it! Lori has a great setup with a nice fenced-in yard, and clearly has a lot of experience and dog sense. We enjoyed getting frequent photo and video updates – our boys were clearly having a great time! We've already booked our next stay with Lori!
Lori, kept our dog for the second time, for a whole week, he had a great time, and she kept us updated with pictures every day. We look forward to having kodah board with Lori for our next trip.
This was Luna’s first stay with Lori and I knew she was in great hands. Lori has a great set up with a fenced in yard and lives in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Lori was amazing at communicating, sending lots of pics and updates and making sure I knew Luna was safe and having lots of FUN! Lori took her on lots of adventures and took videos to show me real-time action. Lori also went above and beyond when Luna lost her Fi GPS device and Lori tracked it down by retracing steps and finding it in the woods. I highly recommend Lori and will absolutely be partnering with her again to watch Luna for me!
I recently had to find boarding for my senior dog for 7 days and had no idea where to go. I wanted her to be in a home and not a concrete cell for a week. I found Lori through Rover.com and I could tell the minute we arrived for our meet and greet she was going to be the perfect person to care for Maggie. She is experienced with senior dogs and had no problem administering her medications daily. I would, without hesitation, recommend Lori if you are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable sitter for your pup. I got pictures every day and Maggie always looked happy and content. Lori is great!
We had such a wonderful experience with Lori watching Finn & Charlie for 5 nights!! From the moment we dropped them off, we felt completely comfortable and knew they were in great hands. Her home is warm, welcoming, and truly made the dogs feel right at home. Lori took them on numerous walks every day, has a great fenced-in backyard for safe playtime, and kept us updated with daily photos and messages which we really appreciated. Charlie also needed medication for a few days, and Lori was completely on top of it and handled everything perfectly. Most importantly, Lori is incredibly trustworthy, caring, attentive and loved our dogs like they were her own!! It gave us such peace of mind knowing our dogs were being loved and cared for so well while we were away. We would absolutely use Lori again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing pet sitter!! She’s the best!!
Lori was an absolute delight! She sent us adorable pictures of our pup every night, capturing his joy during their walks and his playful antics around the house. When we finally picked him up, he couldn’t resist running back to her to bid her farewell, even amidst his excitement to reunite with his family. This heartwarming sight reaffirmed the strong bond he had formed with her while we were away. We highly recommend Lori and are already planning to use her services again. Finding Lori has made us feel much more at ease about going away, knowing that our pup will be in good hands and thoroughly enjoying himself.

Schedule
I work remotely part-time from home and will always be there to give the care and attention your dog deserves. You pet will get first-class treatment with a continuous bowl of fresh water, lots of potty breaks, a fenced-in backyard for play-time and daily walks.

I have an open-layout house, a fenced in backyard (so helpful that I want to mention it again!) and a friendly 13 year old lab named Lilly. Treats on-hand (given only as you, the owner, dictates) toys, pillows, couches and air conditioning for the summer heat. I live near a park and golf course with dog-friendly trails which is perfect for daily walks.
