Mandatory Boarding Criteria: 1. Weight <50lbs. 2. Completely house-trained 3. Spayed/Neutered 4. Good/Friendly/Socialized with other dogs. We host 2 dogs (max) at a time, 3 if all dogs are <20lbs. 5. No separation anxiety i.e. no excessive/continuous barking/whining, relieving indoor, or destructive when left alone. They should be okay staying by themselves for at least 2hours, which is essential when we go for dinner out or errand runs. Extended Care Charges: Please note that we have an extended care charges different from Rover's standard charges. If boarding is 24+ hours: +1-2hours 50%, +4-8hours 75% and +8 hours 100% of daily charge. We will modify your booking based on the hours. But if you are unsure of your timing, the modification can be made anytime during the stay. We ask that pick up/drop off be within reasonable hours of the day, not super early or super late: 7AM to 9PM. We also provide single boarding for additional charges depending on availability. Additional 80% of the days charge. Boarding Process: 1. Mandatory criteria: Please make sure all the mandatory criteria checks out before connecting with us. Once you connect with us, we will ask you that you go through our criteria and boarding process unless you have done that already. 2. Virtual meet and greet: The second step is audio/video call. This is an opportunity for us and you to ask any additional questions we may have or, if there is no additional questions, to say hello (put a voice or face to the name). Please note we do not do in person meet and greet. 3. Trial overnight/day care: Instead of in-person meet and greet, if it is your dog's first time away from home/family or you are unsure of their adjustment in a new place with new people, we asked that you do a trial overnight or day care with us. We also recommend that you do a trial if it is a longer stay. With trial, the dog gets to meet us and spend short time with us (independent of your presence) in our home, and we get to know them better. More importantly you are in town if the stay does not go as planned. We have found this method to be very effective in avoiding any case of anxiety/stress with dogs. If you plan to do the trial, let us know and we will provide you with few available dates and you create a new request for the preferred date. 4. Booking: If all parties are satisfied and want to proceed, we will accept the booking on our end and you will need to confirm for the booking to be finalized. 5. Questionnaire: You will need to fill out this questionnaire for the trial boarding as well. Once you confirm the booking, please provide me with your email. I will send a document that has questions regarding the dog's schedule and behavior that you need to respond and send back to me at least 2 days before the boarding date. The document also has our details (phone numbers/address), checklist of things you need to bring during drop off, and some FAQs and answers regarding the boarding. You will also need to email me the most recent copy of vaccination record before the boarding. 6. Drop off: On the day of drop off, please give us 10-15 mins heads up before arrival. Parking is available in front of our home. We will meet you outside and receive your pup and their things. Please note, we do not do inside tour of the home. 7. Stay: We will send you constant updates throughout the stay (photos/videos). Please don't feel obligated to respond to all updates. You can just enjoy their photos/videos while you vacation or work. But, please communicate if we are asking any important questions regarding your pup. 8. Pick up: Same as drop off, on the day of pick up, give us 10-15 mins heads up before your arrival. We will pack up their things and meet you up front. Update us as soon as you know if there is change in your ETA since we make plans based on the boardings we have. 9. Repeat booking: For repeat booking, we can skip the questionnaires and directly book. You may need to provide us with an updated vaccination record. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Reviews

A perfect stay! Ollie loves staying with parashar and we are so lucky to have his help.

Parashar and Shikshya took really good care of Peeku and sent us with lots of updates videos and pics. This was Peeku’s first time with them but he came back happy and healthy. They are very thorough with the onboarding process and kept detailed notes for Peeku’s care.

Great care and great communication. Thank you

We are so lucky to have parishar look after Ollie when we’re out of town.they take great care of him like he is their own pup and shower attention on him and go out of their way to be the best pet sitter around. We use parashar anytime we can and Ollie had the best time.
