“Vanessa and her partner took great care of my little Mochi for a week and half. They went above and beyond what i would expect from any dog sitter. They made sure to exercise Mochi multiple times a day. They also taught my little one new tricks! Truly amazing. I had also left Mochi with a set of new treats I was hoping she would enjoy. Unbeknownst to all of us, Mochi ended up getting some diarrhea from those treats. Luckily, Vanessa was able to weed out the culprit very quickly, allowing Mochi to regain her appetite after discarding the treats. Vanessa made sure to send me plenty pictures and videos of my little one. Mochi felt right at home with them. I can't stress enough what a blessing it has been to have Vanessa take care of my little one in my absence. :D”

About: I'm an avid pet lover I've owned all types of pets and cared for dogs since I was a young child. I have experience with dogs of all sizes. I love spending time with dogs and giving them lots of love an affection. I currently own one dog, Scooby. He is a lab-basset mix and one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. We love going on hikes together and spending lots of time outside. I also have experience giving dogs oral medication. I live at home with my partner, Nick. We don't have any kids - so we treat our fur baby like our child. I'm currently in a job transition so I have plenty of time to play with pups! I walk Scooby twice a day (morning and evenings) and play with him in the afternoon. Whatever your dog's routine or unique needs - I will make sure to maintain it! I provide a loving, pet-friendly environment. My home is clean and secure, ensuring you pet's safety remains a top priority. Your pet will enjoy a routine that's consistent with their habits, including meals, walks, and play. I provide regular updates and photos of your pet's stay for peace of mind. I make sure to meet any specific needs or preferences you have for your pet's care. We have a backyard that is partially fenced in, but I never let our dog outside alone. Your dog will always be on leash when outside our house. Dogs can play in the backyard and we have direct access to hiking trails behind our house where we love to take Scooby on walks.

I don’t even know where to start… Carol was truly incredible with Arash. She didn’t just take care of him, she welcomed him as part of her family. He played with the kids, others dogs, slept in bed, experienced the snow, enjoyed the backyard, and most importantly… he felt loved, safe, and happy the entire time. Arash is still a puppy and an Afghan Hound, a very sensitive and unique breed. Not everyone understands how to handle that kind of personality, and that’s exactly why this meant so much to me. Carol understood him, respected him, and gave him the kind of care you can’t easily find. As a veterinarian, I’m extremely careful about who I trust with my animals. And I can honestly say I would trust her again without hesitation. Thank you, Carol and family, for treating Arash with so much love. He will truly miss you ❤️🐶
Kimberly, Brian and their family (including Daisy!) continue to be very thoughtful, kind, and sweet with our dog, Bailey. They always communicate well and send regular updates, always making us feel at piece leaving Bailey with them. We are so grateful and appreciative of them.
Courtney is amazing! She watched our boy Brody for 3 nights and we couldn’t be happier with her care. She has a kind nature and I felt instantly comfortable with her. She took him for multiple walks each day and sent us many pics and updates. He was even sad when we left her, which was a true sign he was in good hands. Luke is amazing! This was our third time leaving our pup Peanut with Luke and Peanut had a great time. Luke took Peanut on a winter hike and cared for him so well. We are grateful that Luke was available given how much our pup loves staying at Luke’s. Our pup literally ran to Luke when we dropped him off :) thanks again Luke for taking such good care of Peanut and for sending regular updates :)
Katia is an excellent caregiver. She kept us well-informed about how our dog, Riker, was doing multiple times a day, including photos and videos. She asked all the right questions, and she didn't flinch at taking care of an old, 13-year-old border collie who can be an extreme challenge for others (including us). I would highly recommend her and I hope Riker can stay with her in the future.
Vibutesh took really good care of Ori during a last minute booking we had. He sent us frequent updates and accomodated all of our requests for Ori. He was also very flexible with timings and such. I highly recommend Vibutesh and would definitely book him again for Ori !
We could tell that Stella enjoyed her time with Betsy & Gordon and their children. We were very selective in our selected sitters leading up to our European vacation. This was our first out of the country vacation away from Stella. Betsy and Gordon provided us with great communication leading up to the booking, and great communication throughout. Easing my fur momma worries. We hope that Stella will visit again soon!
We’ve tried other sitters on Rover, but this was by far the best! Their spacious, fenced backyard was perfect and our dogs absolutely loved it there. Our dogs can sometimes get overly excited meeting new people and dogs, but both them and their dog, Newton, were so gentle and accommodating. They sent tons of photos and videos throughout the day, so we never worried for a second. Our pups had an amazing time - honestly seemed a bit sad when they got home! It truly felt like a little vacation for them, and we will definitely be back!!🤍
