About: I am a currently seeking a new full time job and thought it was the perfect time to get onto Rover. I love walking and miss walking my families dogs but am not in a place yet to commit to getting my own furry friend. I grew up with cats and dogs, my family had 2 Great Danes and we currently have a golden doodle back at the family home. I have been around pets my whole life and I truly see them as part of the family. I have watched neighbors dogs as well as friends and families dogs over the years and instantly connect with them. My apartment allows any type or size of dog, I have watched my sisters golden retriever many times. About: Having a dog has been my dream since I was 5, and I finally got to make it a reality in middle school with my beloved Samoyed, Black Sugar. I named him after my favorite sugar from back in the day, and he was my loyal companion for two amazing years. I made sure he got plenty of exercise with two daily walks and always kept him clean by picking up after him. I was dedicated to helping him build good relationships with other dogs, and my mom and I used snacks to teach him fun tricks like spin, sit down, lay down, shake hands, and touch noses. Caring for Black Sugar was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I treasure every moment we had together. I’d love to offer that same loving and attentive care to your dog, ensuring they’re happy, healthy, and well-loved while you’re away. I currently work a remote part-time job, which gives me a lot of flexibility. I’m available every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday. While I may be out of town for 1-3 days each month, I’ll ensure that my schedule works for both you and your pet, and I’ll always provide advance notice of any changes. For drop-in visits, I offer 15-45 minutes of playtime with your furry friend, making sure they have plenty of food and water. I’ll also keep them entertained and send 3-6 pictures and videos each time I visit, so you’ll always be in the loop about how your pet is doing. As for sitting in my home, I live with my cat, Abel, a friendly domestic long-haired boy who loves making new friends. He’s never been hostile to other cats, and I always encourage a slow introduction to ensure that both of our furry babies enjoy their time together. My apartment is a spacious half loft with stairs and high ceilings, which offers lots of entertainment for cats to explore. I have a cat tree, plenty of toys (some with catnip for extra fun!), and a cozy cat bed for naps. When your cat stays with me, I’ll dedicate at least 1-2 hours of full attention to playtime and make sure they’re comfortable and happy. About: I love any and all type of animals! I have a dog of my own named Gumbo! I have taken care of both little and big dogs! I provide over night house sitting, dog-walking, and stop by services. I’ve had over four years of experience. I have availability throughout my days and weekends that I would love to fill with visits with any animal! Being at school makes me miss my puppy. About: I have had a dog for 5 years and a cat for 14 years until he passed this august. ;( And now a new furry kitty baby now 6 months old! They made such a impact on my life, as well as many of my friends animals growing up I want to be able to take care of others fur babies and get to know everyone of there quirks too! I am good with big to small dogs, as my dog is a german shephard. However I have a hard time walking bigger dogs or puppies that like to pull and or have less training, I am working on it however so I hope to in the future! But I have walked bigger dogs that where more gentle and patient and walked smaller dogs no problem! As for cats, if they are trained in being on a leash or in a backpack etc, I will take them for a walk with me as well! I love playing with dogs and cats and getting to know there energetic sides, or even there sleepy snuggle sides if they are more of a snuggle bug, I will happily curl up with them all day or for however long I am there! I am good at sneakily putting medication for cats and dogs in food, but have not given by mouth yet before which is something I want to learn. As for any special needs let me know and I will see if I can accommodate, even if that means cleaning the cat or dog or cleaning up after them. Even feeding them/ helping them to eat! Just know I am a lover of all pets and animals, so I will take care of your baby as my own! My schedule has changed! Which doesn’t mean I won’t be there for your fur babies though! :) I am available for drop in only and will be doing service only after 4:30pm so if your cat or dog needs to be fed in the mornings I sadly cant provide that at the moment! To make you and your pet secure, I will set up a call or a meet in person with you to see if we are a good match and that I can get to know what they need from me from you! I will then accommodate by getting to know there likes there dislikes from what I seen or where told and respect them as such. If there is something I can't do I will let you know and will either learn it for the future or will not take care of them, since I don't want anything to happen to your furry baby. But I will take them on potty breaks, walks, play time and explore time if the cat likes to go on walks or in cat bags! I will clean up after them and snuggle them if they don't mind!
