About: For the past five years, friends and family have trusted me to not only to care for their pets but also to house sit while they’re away. I’ve handled everything from daily walks and feeding to bathing and playtime ensuring pets get the attention and exercise they need . Whether it’s an energetic dog or a shy cat, I’m committed to making your pet feel safe loved and well cared for. I currently work full-time with a hybrid schedule. I am available Mondays and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. On a weekly basis, I stay flexible to accommodate needs like walks, feeds, grooming, administering medication, playtime, or even just cuddles. When caring for pets in my home, I create a safe environment where they feel comfortable and relaxed. I’m maintained regular feeding schedules provide plenty of playtime and ensure they have a cozy space to rest. In clients homes, I treat their space and pets with the same care and respect as I would my own. I follow their routines closely - feeding walking playtime and any special instructions- so pets experience as little disruption as possible. I also make sure the home stays secure and clean, providing peace of mind for pet owners while they’re away.

About: I've been a cat(s)'s human nearly my whole life - don't tell my landlord, but we've got 4 at home! Been around dogs my whole life too - my husband and I adopted a doggo in 2019 and he is now a certified AKC trick dog. 😎 Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks! We've fostered cats and have always dogsat for friends. Looking forward to meeting your critters! I probably won't remember your name but I'll definitely remember theirs. I'm currently on leave from work but will be remote after I return to work duties in November and can continue seeing regulars, so your pets and I can form a beautiful lasting friendship! I love walking, hiking AND EVEN running with dogs! Happy to accomodate your pups needs. I love being active but I also love vegging around, so if your furry friend is shy but needs a soothing presence while you're out of town, I'm happy to sit around and read or play switch. I will follow your dog's normal routine, keep your dog on leash at all times, clean up after them, and make sure they have fresh water when we get back. I am also happy to do drop-in visits for feeding, fresh water, and a short play or potty break. After every walk or visit, I will send you photos and a short update, so you know how your dog did. I am patient, on time, and happy to meet you and your dog first with a free meet & greet. About: Hi, I'm Joanne. I started to walk dogs for Rover in 2019. Prior to starting at Rover, I volunteered for several years at a local animal shelter. In the Summer of 2025, I became certified as a dog trainer through Rover's Good Pup Program. I'm available for either dog walking or dog training, Mondays through Thursday, day or evenings. I'm also available on weekends if requested. I am a past proud owner of a 17 yr old blind beagle named Toby, who passed in 2023. Toby went blind when he was 4 yrs old, so I had to learn to administer eye meds for additional eye issues as well as learn to train and live with a disabled dog. Raising a blind dog required me to gain additional patience and training techniques to ensure his safety and well-being beyond what's necessary in a dog without a disability. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs or those with disabilities. Additionally I can provide in home visits for either dogs or cats, providing meals, medications or play time in the comfort of a dog or cat's home. I'm a very active person who enjoys being outdoors as much as possible either walking or hiking. I'm available to do any of these activities with your dogs as I believe a well exercised dog is the happiest, healthiest and the most well behaved. I look forward to meeting your fur babies. I am available to care for dogs at my condo on weekends. Larger dogs who aren't high energy needing a great deal of space to roam would also be welcome. I try to take dogs out as much as possible as I'm a strong believer that exercise is the key to a happy and healthy dog. I believe regular exercise is the key to a dog's good behavior, so please know I try to get your dog outside as much as possible. I also feel consistency and a schedule help a dog know what to expect which can help make them a happy confident pet. As a result, I try to keep a dog to whatever schedule a pet parent already has in place when possible.
