He came over and met with him prior to his first dog walk and takes time before each walk to let our pup warm up to him. Michael is very understanding and met our pup exactly where he was, which happened to be a very upset belly. He made sure our pup was cleaned up and had a nice place to sleep before he left. He updated us and sent very cute pictures. We are definitely rebooking with Michael!”
