About: I grew up in Burlington, Vermont surrounded by dogs and have had them nearly my entire life. About: I’m a musician, violin teacher, pet sitter and dog walker. I love and respect all living beings. About: I've had pets growing up, and I was the main one caring for them. I've had dogs, a cat, guinea pigs, bunnies, fish, and a hamster. I love all animals, but mainly a dog lover! I have watched friends and family's pets. I did the basic care needs: walking, feeding, giving water, playing, and showing lots of love and attention. Luciana sent me daily photos and updates and I could always tell from her updates that she was really spending a lot of time getting to know Tessie and all of her quirks (she has a lot!). I am always a little stressed when I go on vacation and leave Tessie with a sitter but I felt very sure that Tessie was being well cared for and loved during her stay with Luciana which made my vacation much more enjoyable. I will absolutely book another stay with Luciana in the future.”

About: I grew up in Burlington, Vermont surrounded by dogs and have had them nearly my entire life. Today I have two Mini Australian Shepherds, Rosie and Chili, who keep me on my toes with their high energy, intelligence, and need for constant engagement. Because of them, I’m very comfortable caring for active breeds that require structured exercise, mental stimulation, and consistent routines. Our days include long walks, outdoor adventures, puzzle toys, tug-of-war, training reinforcement, and plenty of playtime balanced with calm downtime. A fun piece of my background — my mom bred Mini Aussies for six years, and I actually helped deliver and care for many of the litters. From puppies to senior dogs, I understand behavior, body language, and how to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I treat every dog like they’re part of my own pack. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because my lifestyle already revolves around my own dogs. Working from home helps a lot with this. I’m active, reliable, and organized, which allows me to provide dependable care whether that means drop-ins, walks, or extended stays. I take time to learn each dog’s personality, routines, triggers, and comfort level before care begins. In a client’s home, I respect established routines to keep pets feeling secure and stress-free. I closely supervise play, use secure leashing practices, and maintain awareness of surroundings during walks. With experience raising high-energy working breeds, I understand the importance of both physical exercise and mental stimulation to prevent anxiety or destructive behavior. I work in sales and constantly have my phone on me. I usually respond immediately unless I am in a meeting.

Her Border Collie is so sweet and gentil. Our puppy was really happy she has a mature big sister and perfect playmate! The home is well equipped to take care of multiple pets and her backyard is perfect for dogs to play in.”
