Emma took me on short notice, did a quick meet and greet the day before, and then took very good care of him while I was gone. A long walk for Trigger, and she let him play in the river (with my permission of course!) , and then hosted him at her house til I got back. I feel like I get more than I pay for when I book Lauren to walk or watch them, which is so great that I might actually get out of town a little more often now. She's very friendly and personable to people, too! Most importantly, she's extremely reliable. She's very upfront about any potential scheduling conflicts. I get the impression she's the kind of person to under-promise and over-deliver so that there's little chance of miscommunication when it comes to four-legged family. We only had time to meet her once before I left town on a short trip, but I felt totally comfortable leaving her the keys to my home. AND she's a lifesaver. My flight home was delayed indefinitely and she responded asap from work to let me know she'd be able to add an additional walk that night. It was a priceless feeling to not have to worry about my dogs while I was trapped in an airport out of state.
