With being a new college grad, I am still looking for my dream job. I know wherever I land, it will involve canines. My current personal responsibilities are limited. About: Since I was about 9, I have taken care of, and helped to care for pets. My family and friends have always asked me for help with any of their pet needs, and I am always more than happy to help. I am currently back home from college and I am more than happy to be a dog walker for the summer. I am available most of the week from 10 am to 8 pm. My home is fenced with a wide area of grass and plenty toys! I have yet to stay at a clients home but I will be sure to keep the home clean and pets happy. :)

About: Upon having taken care of pets for quite some time now. I have learned that all animals need love and compassion like us. I have cared for a variety of animals from mice to snakes and cats to goats. All of the time learning what to do and not to do with every animal. I've always had animals in my life ever since I was a little and I loved to care for them. I was a foster parent for cats a few years back but had to stop when we moved. I've own a few dogs and enjoy the company they have to give to us. I would be more than happy to take care of your babies and treat them as my own.

About: I love all animals and have extensive experience with cats and dogs, from personally owning them myself to volunteering with local shelters. I have done it all. I am pretty flexible. My daily routine already includes taking care of my 5 rescue cats, which includes feeding them and cleaning their litter areas. I like to make sure I make the pets feel at ease however I can. I know this experience can be anxiety-inducing, and I am patient with all kinds of personalities.

About: I have had cats and dogs my entire life and first started dog sitting as a teenager. I love animals and getting to know their individual personalities and how much joy they can add to our lives! Having the peace of mind that your fur-baby is safe and happy while you are away allows you to enjoy your trip to the fullest. Having two of my own dogs I know how important it is to have peace of mind! My background in addition to pet care and sitting has also involved working with herding dogs on ranches as well as many years of horse, goat, and chicken care! I work as a full time artist and walk dogs part time. Typically Sunday through Wednesday are my available days! I’m happy to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. Safety is the priority. Before any walks I will check with you about any safety concerns such as whether your dog has behavioral issues, escapes out the door or out of their collar, or any joint pain or physical limitations they may have. I will tend to stick to routes they are familiar with as this is usually the safest route.

About: I have spent the last 3 years traveling while doing house/pet sits throughout Mexico, Arizona, California, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. My clients have included some high profile gigs in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu, but I have also spent months at a time living off-grid in the Mexican jungle and caring for animals on remote farms. My experience dates back to 1991 when I worked my high school summer vacations on a sheep farm to escape city life. I love ALL animals, and have had a special connection with them, my whole life. Your pets (and babies) will be comfortable with me right away. I have been a mom to birds, rodents, fish, cats, and dogs. I do have some experience with reptiles, as well. I come with many years of hands-on experience with dogs and cats from the puppy/kitten stage through their golden years, so you can rest assured that any special accommodations your fur-baby may need will be met with kindness and compassion. I am particularly fond of, and experienced with Bully Breeds, Golden Retrievers, and Doodles of all varieties. I only provide pet care in the owners home as I’ve found it is a far less stressful experience for the pets and the sitter. It’s all I do, so your pets will get tons of attention and affection. I also do occasional dog walking gigs while I’m staying at your home. Your babies are my babies while you’re away, and your home will be treated with the utmost respect. Confidentiality and privacy are considered paramount, always.

About: I enjoy caring for and being present with dogs. I am empathetic and always in tune with what others are feeling and need. I would love to hang out with your dogs! I have been around animals my entire life and find myself growing more drawn to caring for them every day. Currently, I do not have a dog of my own so I feel that taking care of your dogs would bring so much joy and fulfillment to my life. About: I have grown up with dogs and have always had a deep love for taking care of them. I was born into a family of two dog-loving parents and a yellow lab named Sammy. Since then, we've had a male Lhaso Apso named Tony, a female Chow Chow mix named Ana, and currently a male Wheaten Terrier named Sonny. There has literally never been a moment in my life where I did not own a dog, and since 2010 I have also volunteered at the New Rochelle Humane Society (walking, feeding, and socializing the cats and dogs). I truly know the ins and outs of dog care like the back of my hand -- its more than a job for me, its my lifestyle, and I hope that I can share my lifestyle with your and your furry friend! As of 2024 I currently live in Santa Fe, NM and am offering my dog walking and drop in services in the area, and I am also offering petsitting services in both Santa Fe and Taos. UPDATE 12/26/24 I will be in New York City for the holidays and am offering walking and sitting services here until January 16 2025 I work freelance, which means I have a lot of time to spend at home with your pet. I structure my day around the needs of each animal, and can work with even the most demanding schedule. I always make sure the client's home is as clean as it was when I first arrived, and that all doors are locked with animals inside. I pay a lot of attention to the physical and mental state of animals, and if I see they're overheating or in any state of distress I will do everything in my power to make them feel better.

About: I've owned and taken care of dogs since I was 12. Ive helped friends potty train and crate train puppies. I cared for my senior dog for many years before he passed in 2024. Ive fostered animals through animal shelters as well as helped rehome friends and family pets when needed. Ive taken care of friends pets as well as family. If you have any further questions please dont hesitate to ask! (: I am a stay at home mom. We wake up early and I usually stay up late tidying and taking care of our other pets. We only leave for short periods during the day. Your pet and my children will not be left alone at anytime. I have a large fenced back yard. I also have a friendly medium sized dog named Halo who would love to keep your companion company. I can crate over night or during breaks as long as you bring an appropriate sized kennel for them. I may have one on hand if it is a weekly appointment.

I can provide a much smaller pack environment for your dog rather than a kennel where there could be 50 dogs at a time. Yikes!! I only accept dogs from one to two owners at a time so please plan ahead as I may get booked very quickly. This ensures that I can give your dogs the attention and care that they deserve. My daily routine revolves around my pack needs. Our routine is generally foods, walks, parks, poops, pees, plays, sleeps, repeat…. I am flexible and can accommodate pretty much any type of needs for your pets. I am ready to come care for your pets whenever I am available. Everything from simple walks and feeding to extended stays at my place or yours, it sounds like fun to me. I have a full time best friend and dog named Spreckles who is pretty close to perfect. His nickname is Sprex. He is Hawaiian, so naturally he is very friendly and mellow with tons of Aloha. My number one priority is pack safety. I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.

About: I grew up in a household with cats, dogs, small mammals, exotic and domestic birds, reptiles, and fish. I have experience as both a short and long term pet/house sitter. A large portion of my life has been spent working at pet stores, aquariums, wildlife rehabilitation facilities and with animal trainers so I have good background knowledge surrounding a large variety of animal care. By trade I am a biologist with a focus in the marine sciences. As a full-time field biologist, the field part of my job doesn’t allow me time to have pets of my own. So between field jobs I greatly enjoy the opportunity to pet sit since I have lots of time to dedicate to your pet! I feel that pet sitting is a great way to get some animal time in while also helping out. I am very attentive, caring, trustworthy, and dedicated. Every home has a routine and flow all its own, one of the most important things a sitter can do is maintain that rythem while the pet parent is away, and give lots of extra love too.
