About: I’ve had animals my whole life and have been solely responsible for my own pets for the past 7 years, so I understand the level of care, attention, and trust that’s required. I’ve cared for a sick, older dog and am comfortable supporting senior pets with patience and attentiveness. I also have experience working with rescue animals who may be a bit more wily or need extra understanding and consistency. One thing that really sets me apart is my ability to stay calm and steady in unexpected situations. Through my professional background working with people in high-stress environments, I’ve learned how to respond thoughtfully rather than react - something that translates directly into creating a safe, grounded environment for animals in my care. I approach each pet as an individual, tuning into their energy, needs, and routines so they feel as comfortable and cared for as possible while you’re away. I currently work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to incorporate pet care easily into my day. I’m available for walks and check-ins Monday through Friday between 9am–5pm, with additional flexibility for evenings and weekends when needed. I currently offer care in my client’s home only. I understand how important it is to respect both your space and your routines, and I approach each home with care, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I follow all instructions closely, from feeding schedules to walking routines, and aim to keep your pet’s environment as consistent and comfortable as possible. I’m mindful that every home and lifestyle is different, and I adapt accordingly - whether that means maintaining a quiet, low-impact presence, keeping things tidy, or following specific household preferences. My goal is to ensure your pet feels secure and your home is treated with the same respect I would give my own.

About: Hi, I'm Eva! I’ve had dogs and been surrounded by pets my whole life. I currently have a 4 year old Portuguese Water Dog, Claude. He craves social time with other dogs (big and small) and demands at least two trips a day to the grassy park down the street. He is very active and loves to hike or run after work when it's cool out. He loves learning new tricks and recently passed his Canine Good Citizen test. I work from home Monday - Friday and have a fenced in yard in the back if the dogs are desperate to get some energy out sooner rather than later! I work Monday - Friday on East Coast hours so am usually done by 3/3:30 to get the dogs out and enjoying the sunshine. I am able to take breaks throughout the day for walks to the park and around the neighborhood. We love to go for a run or hike after work when it is cool out! I am available all day, able to provide excellent communication and attention for your dog. I have a fully fenced in backyard that the dogs can play in anytime they wish.

About: Just an FYI we can only sit for dogs that are 30 lbs or smaller, due to HOA rules in our condo complex. I have had and cared for a dog most of my life. I have never been dog sitting on Rover for a couple of years now, and have enjoyed it immensely. I love having dogs around. I am a stay at home mom, who is home a majority of the day. Russell, my husband, would also be caring for your dog, and he's great with dogs. We would love to have your pup over for a visit, while you are out of town. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. I do have a 4 year old son. He is great with dogs/pets. He used to dogs being around.We had a dog for his whole life. Unfortunately, our Charlie dog passed away last May. He was 11/12 years old. I am a stay at home mom, with a bookkeeping freelance business, so I am home most of the day. When I do work, my husband is usually home, except on Tuesdays. I have a 4 year old also, so I do have to take him and pick him up from preschool. We live in an apartment. We go outside often, and have no problems take dogs out. Our apartment is clean and tidy. I am good at following directions that may be given to care for you pup.

About: While I have not consistently provided pet care over the years, I have grown up with black labs in my family home, I have assisted my family in being puppy raisers for Leader Dog for the Blind, I have a French Bulldog and Bully of my own, over the years I have also volunteered at different animal shelters, currently at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter. All animals, but certainly dogs, have my whole heart. It would be my pleasure and honor to assist in taking care of yours. I’m fairly flexible being able to help out with your loved one. Currently, I’m available throughout the week days and weekends, from morning to evening. For now, I am only able to either drop in or take your loved one on a walk. I treat each animal as my own, they are each so pure and deserve to be treated with compassion and love.

About: I love dogs and grew up with cats. My long-distance girlfriend is taking care of our 5 year old cockapoo. I am missing dog energy in my life, and would love to meet and take care of your pet. A note: my apartment complex does not allow pit bull terriers, staffordshire terriers, rottweilers, doberman pinschers, chows, akitas, presa canarios, or alaskan malamutes. I work full tim, but only go in to the office 2-3 days a week for meetings. I am out of the house for around 8 hours on those days. I am free all day/night on weekends to care for and be with your friend. My apartment has a large outdoor area to go on long walks. The apartment is mostly hardwood floor with carpeted areas in the two bedrooms.

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, and horses, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I’ve supported senior pets through their final stages with patience and compassion, and I’ve also helped care for newborn litters, closely monitoring their health and development as they grow. I also have personal experience caring for handicapped pets. I’ve owned and cared for an older three-legged dog, and I’ve helped friends with pets who needed assistance walking, standing, or getting comfortable. Providing gentle support and adapting to each animal’s unique needs is something I take seriously and approach with kindness. My lifelong experience with horses — including care at the professional competition level — has strengthened my attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to high-quality care. I’m comfortable administering medications, including oral and IV treatments, and have experience doing so for dogs, cats, and horses. Above all, I treat every animal entrusted to me as if they were my own, providing thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely loving care. I currently work a flexible 9–5 schedule, which allows me to stop by during the day for potty breaks, short walks, or check-ins as needed. Outside of my work hours, I have open availability aside from time spent at the gym or caring for my horses at the barn. I prioritize clear communication and planning to ensure your pets receive consistent, reliable care throughout the day. In my home, my pets are truly part of the family. I have a Belgian Malinois mix who has 24 hour access to our fully fenced backyard with plenty of space to run and explore. She can also come in and relax in our upstairs office whenever she would like, so she is free to choose where she feels most comfortable. We go on daily walks and occasional hikes to keep her happy and fulfilled. Because I also have three indoor cats, one elderly and one still quite young, I supervise full house access to make sure everyone feels safe and relaxed. My dog is very cat friendly, but I am always mindful of each animal’s comfort level. My cats have free roam of the house, lots of toys, cozy spots, and supervised outdoor time during warm summer days. I pay close attention to their different personalities and needs, especially my senior kitty. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping things as normal as possible for them. I like to learn their routine, when they eat, where they sleep, how they like to play, and any little quirks that make them unique. I know how important consistency is for animals, so I do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you are away.

About: I have spent the last 3 years traveling while doing house/pet sits throughout Mexico, Arizona, California, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. My clients have included some high profile gigs in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu, but I have also spent months at a time living off-grid in the Mexican jungle and caring for animals on remote farms. My experience dates back to 1991 when I worked my high school summer vacations on a sheep farm to escape city life. I love ALL animals, and have had a special connection with them, my whole life. Your pets (and babies) will be comfortable with me right away. I have been a mom to birds, rodents, fish, cats, and dogs. I do have some experience with reptiles, as well. I come with many years of hands-on experience with dogs and cats from the puppy/kitten stage through their golden years, so you can rest assured that any special accommodations your fur-baby may need will be met with kindness and compassion. I am particularly fond of, and experienced with Bully Breeds, Golden Retrievers, and Doodles of all varieties. I only provide pet care in the owners home as I’ve found it is a far less stressful experience for the pets and the sitter. It’s all I do, so your pets will get tons of attention and affection. I also do occasional dog walking gigs while I’m staying at your home. Your babies are my babies while you’re away, and your home will be treated with the utmost respect. Confidentiality and privacy are considered paramount, always.

About: I have been caring for people’s pets in and out of their homes since college in 2002…. Most recently I cared for 3 dogs and a litter of puppies, which required four trips to the homeowners house per day. I would spend nights over at times to make it easier. The pet owner was a pilot. I have a reference for this too. I have stayed for long stretches of time at someone’s home to care for their pets and small farm. I also have a reference from another client whose dog stayed at my home for several weeks. Her cat stayed over too. I am reliable, flexible and I adore animals. Well, let me tell you… I am a Medicare beneficiary advisor and I work from home! It’s great. I have ample time during parts of the year as well. My home space is fenced in, and large enough to roam and even run. It backs up to an arroyo, where I love to walk. There are also many trails that can be walked. I always do what’s needed and best for the animal and according to the owner’s wishes.

About: I'm new to caring for dogs professionally, I've dog and cat sat for my neighbor several times over the last three years. While I'm new to taking care of pets in a professional setting, I've cared for dogs of all kinds since I was 10 years old. I've always felt a kindred spirit for animals and treat them with the utmost respect and care. From feeding, to bathing, and walking there isn't any dog I haven't enjoyed taking care of or spending time with. I have a pretty open schedule right now since I only work part-time. I'm available after 3 pm Monday - Wednesday and have full availibility Thursday - Sunday to care for your fur baby. I'm available for boarding on weekends and can come to your fur baby as well if they prefer being at home. You can have peace of mind knowing that your fur baby will be cared for with full attention to detail. I can ensure a peaceful and calm environment when caring for your pets especailly senior pets who enjoy peace and quiet. If your pet needs a lot of outside time, walks are my specialty.
