About: Definitely most comfortable with dogs as I’ve had them most in my life, but I also adore cats and honestly any other sweet babies you’d need me to watch. I don’t currently have any pets of my own but my sister has two dogs that I consider my foster children and see them multiple times a week as well as sit for them. I also am an amateur photographer, I Just love taking pictures, especially of animals. So you might get some pictures of your cuties as well! I do have a job from 8-4 but it hasn’t been an issue with previous bookings unless you have a pet that needs bathroom breaks every 4 hours or so I have a small one bedroom Casita, but I do have a fenced in little backyard as well. There are also many trails around me that I walk in the north valley

About: I wanted a dog my whole life but my parents weren't pet people. I finally got my own dog as an adult when I also had two toddlers. It was way more work than I thought it would be, but training my puppy and watching him grow and teaching my kids about caring for a dog was so incredibly fulfilling! I loved learning about training and dog behavior and psychology and learned so much! I love all animals and especially love dogs and would love to share that love with your dog too!! I am a full time stay at home mom so my schedule is very flexible. Two of my kids are in school all day and I have a 2 year old who is home with me all day. I spend most of my time at home, with the occasional outings and errand running. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can fit your dog's schedule easily into mine. I can do potty breaks and walks whenever necessary and I live near a couple parks with dog runs that I like to take my dog to, so I could easily bring your dog as well. Though I am busy with 3 kids, I'm never too busy to love and care for extra pets! I have a fenced yard where your dog can go out for potty breaks. It is not a huge yard, but it is safe with rocks and turf where my dog uses the bathroom. My dog is inside for pretty much the whole day so your dog would be with him inside as well. I do have 3 kids, so your dog needs to be ok with small children, but they have all grown up with a dog and know how to be kind and respectful to dogs.

About: I have taken care of dogs almost all my life. I feel like my calm demeanor allows me to get along with most dogs. I would appreciate the opportunity! I am a teacher and will be on my summer break. So I will have open availablility other than when I will be traveling which will be listed as the days I am not available. I will be sure to adhere to whatever service you request. I will not be able to host a dog but again will have open availability to go check on dogs in the comfort of their own home.

About: I grew up with cats from the time I was 6 years old. I love animals of all kinds and have taken care of cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, and more. I have a calm and quiet temperament and I've been told that animals warm up to me quickly. I have years of experience taking care of pets in their own home while their owners are away. This is good for them, because pets are usually more comfortable staying in their own home, where they can enjoy the scent of their owners, the familiar setting and routine, their toys, and their favorite sleeping spots. Home is where they feel safe and secure. I started pet sitting after chronic pain and fatigue made it impossible for me to continue working at my previous job. This means that I have ample time to spend with the animals I'm taking care of, as I'm typically at home most or all of the day. I'm able to care for pets any day of the week, and I schedule meetings with pet owners Monday through Saturday. I provide care for pets in my client's home. I can also take care of household tasks such as bringing in the mail and watering plants.

About: I've been caring for all kinds of pets, from dogs and cats to reptiles and Macaws. I've also volunteered at bird reacues and animal shelters in both New Mexico and Iowa. I have experience in animal training and Im currently an at home student at CNM so I have plenty of time to entertain and care for your pet. I enjoy making pet care a full time part of my life. I have a large fenced in back yard perfect for safe running and playing. It's got a nice spacious grass lawn with pet safe plants. The inside is pet safe and proof for your animals safety.

About: Family and friends have trusted me to feed, walk and play with their lovely pets for the past 4 years. As a huge animal lover, it would be my pleasure to help with their loved ones. I am currently attending college, mainly taking online courses so my schedule is pretty open and flexible. I am willing to help anytime of day! I follow instructions given to me by clients accurately. Any and all specifications set by clients will be followed. Nothing is too tedious for me.

About: We have a fenced in yard with grass to play in. We also have a dog door for your pet to have access to sunshine throughout the day. We are located a few blocks from a dog park to take your pet to play with some new friends! We have taken care of dogs throughout our whole lives with family dogs. Now we have our own dog who gets daily runs and trips to the dog park. Family and friends have had to rely on us to take care of their animals such as feeding and bathing them! Currently Keith has 3 days off a week(Saturday to Monday) making for easy pick up and drop offs for long weekends. Lauren has rotating 5 days off at a time for week day needs. We have a fenced in yard with dog door access, allowing your dog to have sunshine whenever they like. Our dog is spoiled rotten and is exercised multiple times a day with lots of playtime with toys and treats. We promise to treat your furry friend similar to our own!

About: I grew up with animals and in an effort to eliminate congenital diseases in some of my favorite breeds, I became a boutique dog breeder. That gave me extensive experience in caring for animals with various needs. I can administer shots, medications, specialized dietary needs and provide the most personalized care. About: I'm just a college student looking to make your best friend, my best friend (temporarily of course). I miss my own furry friend more and more as I'm away at school, and while I can't get a dog of my own where I am right now, I'd love to care for yours! I'm a versatile caregiver, willing to do anything from long walks or runs around the neighborhood, to cuddling long hours on the couch, to receiving lots of sloppy kisses. About: In college I was a house and pet sitter. I have had pets since I was in elementary school and am now a senior. I currently have three dogs of my own. I’m emotionally intelligent and good to work with. I work a half day as an Occupational Therapist educator in Wednesdays and as an OT practitioner on Fridays. I would be available in the afternoons on these days. I will not take care of pets in my home but am happy to come to yours to care for, walk, pet and feed your fur babies.

About: I grew up on a farm with multiple dogs and cats, as well as your typical farm animals like horses, cows, pics, sheep etc. I especially love dogs and helped to train our dogs on the farm, as well as my current little Dachshund Obi who is the sweetest little boy. My most recent elderly dog sitting was a 3-week in-home visit that required a lot of physical assistance, as well as administering medications. I also find joy in taking care of animals and making both them and their owners comfortable. I'm a retired circus performer that currently directs, choreographs and teaches. Because this is part-time work, I have lots of free time to be available for your pets. When I'm in town, I'm available almost any day of the week and can easily work around my part-time work. I'm currently offering in-home visits, dog walking, and overnight care in your home. I always make sure to proactively communicate with my clients so that I'm fully informed as to how to make your pet to still feel at home, even with you away. Making sure they're healthy, happy and comfortable are my main concerns.

“Rachel is just wonderful! We were out of contact for the 2 weeks that she watched our 2 kitties, one of whom was recently very ill. She interacted with our outgoing cat & sent pictures of his bliss, and also just checked on the other who was under the bed each time she arrived. Both cats were happy and healthy when we arrived and the shy cat had even put on weight. The litter area and cat food areas were left spotless, and it was obvious that she takes this job seriously. Rachel is extremely personable and did not hesitate to meet and interact with our outgoing cat. We will always use her as a sitter! Anyone with a hiking cat can't be wrong for a cat sitter!”
