About: I'll take your dog out for some fun and enriching exercise while peacefully training them to calmly follow along at your side with no pulling, whining, or reacting! I am a dog trainer, field biologist, and academic coach driven to lead people towards a mutually fulfilling life with their dogs, and to share my knowledge and wonder of nature to promote stewardship and love for all sentient beings. I have cared for family pets (cats, dogs, fish, rodents, rabbits, etc) throughout my life, and I have performed extensive animal husbandry during my PhD in Animal Behavior and Ecology (I have even trained and rehabbed hummingbirds!). I began formally dog walking and training in January 2025 and have helped each of my clients transform their relationships with their dogs by learning how to efficiently and peacefully communicate. I hope to: 1) refresh your dog's basic obedience and floppy leash walking skills; 2) help you be aware of your dog's body language, and your own habits; and 3) empower you to become the leader your dog needs! I am happy to offer free nail checks and trimming! 1% of all proceeds will go to Blackhat Humane Society, a Navajo Nation rescue/ foster organization where I adopted my service dog Louie from! I am currently based in Albuquerque, and I have a very flexible work and life schedule, so I can likely accommodate requests for walks at any time and frequency! I have an extensive experience house and pet (and plant!) sitting for family and friends, and I always treat clients' dogs and homes with utmost respect. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since my childhood. I have always loved being around animals all of my life. I am available to feed, visit and play with your pets, take your dogs for walks and stay overnight if needed. I also have experience with special needs pets such as giving meds and insulin. I will be available to come by in morning (6 am to 730 am on M-F) and evening after 5 30 pm on M-F and any time on Saturday and Sunday to feed, let them out for potty, to give meds if needed, and visit and cuddle if they want. I may be available to stay overnight if there is an urgent need for this service.

I watch my cats to make sure everything is good and healthy every day. I try to spend at least 20-30 minutes just spending time with them, and showing I’m there for them. I do this with clients pets as well.
