About: Ever since I can remember, I've had a furry friend by my side. I've had dogs, cats, rodents, fish, and birds. I'll be more than happy to hang out with whatever species your babies are! I work nights, so im available pretty much every day to check in on your pets and/or take them on a walk. I work nights, so I'm available from 9-4 for walks and drop-ins. Since I am new to rover, my schedule may change as I get the hang of it, but I will keep my profile updated! At this time, I will only be servicing pets in their own homes, as I have a reactive puppy in my own home that I am working on socializing. I will follow whatever house rules and requests you give me, just please be clear and concise! :)

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, giving me firsthand experience with their unique personalities, needs, and proper care. More recently, I was a member on another pet sitting website when I was a student at a university in Paris,France, where I had experience taking care of dogs and cats in my own apartment for a few different families for a period of time. The best part about watching pets is the pleasure I get from being able to give them love while their owners were away. I’ll be home in New Mexico for a few months before I return to Paris so my availability is completely open. I can watch pets any day and any hour. I’ll closely follow a pets routine, providing fresh water, food as instructed, exercise/playtime, medication if needed, a safe environment, and of course lots of love and affection.

I am self employed and pet care is one of the ways I earn my living. I also work remotely for some of my clients and use the wi-fi to get tasks done. I have been house/pet sitting for decades. I treat your home as if I was a welcome guest, but not a part of the household. Over the years, I’ve had jobs where I was bonded for security, which means I have a clean record. I’ve been entrusted with confidential & proprietary information. I’ve adhered to HIPAA rules without breaking a sweat. I am trustworthy and friendly. I have a silly sense of humor and have skewed streaming algorithms with binging scifi. I’ve lived in the extremes of rural to urban environments. I can greet & thank people in ten languages. My idea of a party is a bowl of ice cream and a movie (sci-fi, British drama). Before we book anything, I’d like to stop by the house and give the critter(s) a chance to get a good look/smell of me and you can give me the lay of the land. Housesitting: I’m being hired to keep the critter(s) company, and that’s what I do. Nana comes to visit and keeping the house safe and the animal(s) safe and happy is my primary duty. My habit is to bring my own supplies, so when you get home, everything is how you left it. I have a ukulele and I sing familiar covers, so I’ll mention it now in case the neighbors mention something about it. (I have yet to have a dog howl as I sang, though the huskies were very talkative.) Drop-In: Depending on our discussion during the Meet & Greet, I will swing by your house according to the schedule we’ve set up. I will make sure the water is fresh and the food bowl has plenty of food. (My job is to make sure the animal(s) know they are being cared for and that they don’t have to stress about whether or not they will starve to death - I’m thinking of cats especially here who see the bottom of the food bowl and start to panic. Not on my watch!) Walk: I’ll be at your house at the time(s) we’ve discussed, put on the collar and leash, and set out on the adventure. My habit is to sing as I walk so that any other critter has a chance to get out of sight - a lesson learned by startling a skunk. It is important that I know if the neighborhood is friendly or if folks keep to themselves. Do(es) the dog(s) visit friends on the trail? or should I keep them on their own?

About: I have had dogs for most of my life and have dog sat for friends and family over the years. My husband and I have a Westie who is 14 years old but still very spunky! I recently started using the rover app for dog sitting and dog walking and have been enjoying all the sweet pups I have been able to care for! I work part time and have a flexible schedule to be able to do walks during the day and throughout the week. Would love to take your dog for a walk! My roommate has a small dog, so I would only be able to take dogs overnight who do well socially with other dogs. I am open to house sitting/dog sitting at your home as an alternative.

About: I have taken care of many rescues and have housed many dogs and cats. I have always been the go to when it comes to watching people’s pets! I also enjoy long walks to the park! I am currently on break from school, and I only work part time in my day job! I am free in the mornings and at nights to assist with animal care! I can stay all day on the weekends and come see them for an early morning walk and be back by 4pm for another walk and some cuddles! I have three senior dogs! They all have arthritis and are very old so I’m not able to take them out for long walks, but I do push them in a wagon so they can get fresh air! One of my senior citizens is blind and deaf so having another dog around him might spook him, but I can watch the home and pet for you!😆❤️

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. Since I was 12, it’s been my responsibility to take care of our English Setter. This began with me helping to train him. My role was to reinforce the lessons taught at the PetSmart classes. I’ve regularly walked, bathed, and taken to the vet our dog as well. I love animals of all kinds and care a lot about giving them the loving attention they deserve. I currently work part time 6 days a week, with Sundays off. I work from home, and regularly have mornings and early afternoons completely available. I have more than enough time for several appointments just about every day of the week. At the moment I do not own any pets, as my landlord does not allow it. I am unable to provide any services that would require my home. But I’ve lived with and cared for both dogs and cats my entire life, with great regularly since I was 12. I know what I’m doing when it comes to our furry companions. About: Hi there, my name is Mercedes. I've had family dogs for my whole life and absolutely can't get enough of them - I've had experience with multiple breeds and sizes as well as ages. Right now in this stage of life, I work full time and try to be as open/flexible as possible. I am also pregnant so caring for larger dogs is a little more difficult. I can work around your schedule so send me a message to work out the details. I’ve had such a great experience on Rover and really love all the dogs I’ve gotten to look after so far. Please let me know about your dogs exercise needs and how to best care for them! I currently have a cat who is not the biggest fan of dogs, so it’s fun to care for dogs on Rover when they’re parents are at work or out of town :) I currently work full time, but I work fully remote so I am flexible around your pets routine. About: I have given dogs medicine and have experience with taking extra care of old dogs and puppies whose energy is off the roof. I have one huge dog so I’m also not afraid of pit bulls or mastiff’s and am able to fulfill any requests you have. I also have severe dyslexia so sometimes I may misread texts so please excuse any mistakes I make in reading or spelling. I have just started summer and go to unm as a art student so I am constantly having free time especially during the summer as my only plans are on Tuesday for counseling and Sunday’s for church. So I have a completely free week Everytime I go to a house I make sure to clean up after myself and to clean up extra just so when you come back it’s even cleaner than you lef!

About: I've taken care of animals for forever and love them like my own. I am very good with puppy training if you are trying to train your pup and have certain commands you do let me know so I can do it as well! I am currently a college student and Substitute teach part-time. Although it seems like a lot it is not and can board on weekends and depending on the day of the week I am available anytime of the day. I have a fenced in backyard and a boy Australian shepherd named Brunson. He would be so excited to have a play date/sleepover with another dog. As for a clients home I would like to keep on the dogs schedule if they had one and would take them outside for walks and if they had backyard would love to go throw a ball.
