About: I have 10 years of experience caring for pets of my own but have had pets my entire life. Throughout my childhood we had dogs, cats and even guinea pigs in our home. Now, my family and I have both a German Shepherd and a Long-Haired Cat that we dote on. My 15 year old goes out potty at least every two to three hours and enjoys his short, but refreshing strolls. My 9 year old hates mornings and won’t probably leave the bedroom until much later. Her and I will go at least a couple miles on one of our walks and even then she’s not tired out! In my clients home, I always try to leave the home the way it is found after playing with your pet. I follow instructions to the letter when it comes to pet sitting, as I have had to care for senior dogs with special dietary and medical needs. If I have questions, I will always ask.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
