About: I grew up with dogs (mostly German shepherds with the golden retriever or terrier thrown in there). My husband is not a dog person, but I love them so I'm hoping to be able to get my dog fix by helping people who find themselves away from their fur babies for extended periods. I will play with and love on your dog while they enjoy the comfort of being in a familiar environment. I will give your dog the same level of care that I would expect for my own child. My kids are getting more independent, leaving me with lots of time during the day to play with your pups! I am an avid runner and would love to give your fur babies lots of love and exercise. I am comfortable following the instructions you leave to the letter. I am calm and friendly, letting animals decide how they feel about me in their own time. One of my highest goals is to build trust with your dog and you.

About: Hi there, my name is Mercedes. I've had family dogs for my whole life and absolutely can't get enough of them - I've had experience with multiple breeds and sizes as well as ages. Right now in this stage of life, I work full time and try to be as open/flexible as possible. I am also pregnant so caring for larger dogs is a little more difficult. I can work around your schedule so send me a message to work out the details. I’ve had such a great experience on Rover and really love all the dogs I’ve gotten to look after so far. I currently have a cat who is not the biggest fan of dogs, so it’s fun to care for dogs on Rover when they’re parents are at work or out of town :) I currently work full time, but I work fully remote so I am flexible around your pets routine.
