“She is a responsible and trustworthy pet care taker. She has shown much love to my Australian Shepard for extended stays and would be the first caretaker that I would recommend for anyone else’s dog(s). She is quite the outdoorswoman and has taken my pup on hikes and walks, calming her anxiety and boosting her mood.”

About: For the past 12 years I've worked as a full time dog walker and pet sitter. Before that I worked as a Vet Assistant for which I went to school for. I was trained on handling pets in stressful situations, prepping and assisting in surgeries, administering medications and injections. I'm available for dog walking and pet sitting Monday through Sunday. I have very open availability and can work with the owners to figure out a schedule that works best for them. I service all of Albuquerque. I do not provide services for Placitas, East Mountains or Rio Rancho, I can provide pet sitting in my home. I can do pet sitting in your home and can go by as often as needed for as long as needed. I do not take my clients dogs to dog parks. I also never allow them off leash nor do I use retractable leashes. I can provide my own leash if necessary.

15. Nyah T.
“Nyah is probably one of the best human being when it comes to taking care of pets. Her love for pets is unconditional. From a very young age, she’s always had this immense love for pets hence why she had so many different kinds of pets growing up. Every pet she’s met or cared for has had the best treatment ever. I’ve witnessed this firsthand when she got her third dog and when taking care of one of our friend’s dog. She is easily able to do everything in her power to keep any pet safe and cared for. She would be an excellent pet caregiver not only because of her love for animals but also her great customer service.”

17. Paul M.
About: DOG LOVER! I was born to make dogs happy. We have always grown up with a dog in our home, unfortunately I am without a dog at the moment, so I have the urge to host now! I personally trained our own dog by reading books on dog training and dog psychology. I am currently working online, so I will be home to tend to your loved ones. We walk at least once a day for 45 min. - 1 hour. Dog park trips included if they enjoy socializing with others. No tap water - filtered water only! I use an apple airtag to track dogs who are known escape artist or those that just want the extra security. Dogs will have access to the indoors and outdoors. Our home is located in the NE heights and I have a fence in backyard with night vision cameras and motion lights for security purposes. Your pets will be treated as our own and may join us on outings such as old town, farmers markets, small day trips, etc. We work from home, that means we take care of your dog during the day. Morning: feeding, walking. Day time: walking. Evening: feeding, walking, playing, dog parks. If you want your dog to be cleaned upon your arrival then you can pay additional fee for cleaning in grooming. Our backyard is a medium size, completely enclosed. No other dogs are around. Also, we have security cameras so we can monitor them in the house if we are out.
