Reactive dogs are in good hands, and no challenge for me. Backyard play, hiking, and other forms of exercise are all within my wheelhouse. I can walk dogs on/off leash at request depending on local rules. My credentials include over a decade of professional care experience for humans & animals of all ages/abilities. I am in the process of acquiring a certification in R+ behavioral training for canines - this is a completely positive reinforcement based program! I strive to work on communication as a solid base for training. Whether you need a drop in during a long work day, or a week away with the family, I will happily keep your pets cozy until you return. My schedule is completely adaptable to your pet’s needs and routine. This is my sole profession, and my goal is to create zero disturbance in the way your pet usually does things. Please feel free to give me detailed schedule instructions. While I cannot board pets in my own home, I embrace any and all safety measures instructed, as well as anticipate any safety issues and resolve them before an incident can occur.

I am currently retired from government work and a non profit career. I retired very young and I am very active, loving nature and walking. I have two very large dog runs with dog houses in each. My pets are both indoors at night and in their dog run daily.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life (over 20 years of experience) and I love both cats and dogs! I trained my dogs to do tricks and potty trained them as well. I do well with dogs and cats of all ages and activity levels. I have two senior dogs and one young dog full of energy. I’m currently in school full-time and will have plenty of time to spend time with your pets! I am available during weekdays and weekends from 7am to 6pm. I have three dogs of varying ages and activity levels who do well together on walks. I am good at controlling them when they see other dogs on a walk and have extra harnesses for your pup just in case.

About: I have cared for an array of animals over the years including dogs, cats, reptiles, chickens and even pet rats! I deeply enjoy time spent with animals which is why housesitting has always been ideal for me! I myself have multiple dogs and cats that are well cared for and your animals will receive the same attention and care! I am a student at UNM, so most morning I do have to head to campus around 9-10 am. All morning care would be handled before then. My classes have me on campus no longer than 4-5 hours before I would be able to check on your animals. Weekends I work 6-9 hour shifts, but if care requires less gaps between visits this time can be taken off to give your pets around the clock care. This would require at minimum 2 weeks notice and cannot be guaranteed. I am comfortable giving pill or liquid medication for your pets. As well as walking any size dog as long as some leash training is in place. I normally will wash the sheets and towels used if staying overnight! I am very cleanly and will leave your home and pets clean or cleaner than when yall left!

About: I have owned dogs all of my life and understand that they are family members and should be treated as such! I love all dogs from big to small and young to old. While I do not have any pets of my own right now, I would love to help care for yours whether it be feeding, walking, playing, loving on them or more. I am currently off for the summer leaving me plenty of time to care for your pets. From August to May, I work 2 days a week so I will still have plenty of availability. I have two daughters who live with me part time ages 9 and 7 who love pets as well. I would love to care for your pets as you see fit in your home! About: I have grown up with dogs all my life, from Yorkies to German Shepherds. Providing the love and care to other dogs while you’re away is my priority! To give you the peace of mind your fur baby is both physically and mentally stimulated during our time together. I am very active, love going on hikes and finding new parks in the area! I am in the end of my surgical residency making my schedule relatively flexible. While I am unable to have a dog of my own full time, I can care and love for others in the mean time! While I do live in an apartment, there is a park with walking trails right across the street that I walk daily. Staying active is an essential part of my life!

About: I grew up in a family that has dogs and I’ve spent my whole life catering to animals. I have so much love for animals and it is apparent they can feel that when I play with them or spend a lot of time with one animal. I am a very trustworthy person as I have had many new people I've met choose me to house sit, walk their dog, feed their cat, or simply let their dogs out for 30 minutes at a time. I work only three days a week and have free time to prioritize what REALLY matters, your furry friend! ❤️ I work three days a week at a dental practice in Park City, so have four days of the week to pet sit. I love hanging out with animals so this is exactly how I want to spend my time off! I have a fenced yard and if boarding at my house, I have two medium sized dogs who are very friendly and loving. I have dog beds and crates if that’s what makes your pup comfortable. I live in a safe neighborhood so I’m always walking around. I frequently go to Tanner Park, Dimple Dell, hang in my big backyard or walk around my neighborhood. Your dog will be in heaven!

About: I’ve taken care of different types of animals for 7+ years. I lived on a farm where I was relied on to care for dogs, cats, horses, goats, and chickens. I have also attended dog training classes for service and good behavior training using strictly positive reinforcement. As a full-time hybrid online student, my schedule is extremely flexible so that I can build it around your fuzzy family to provide the quality care you and they deserve! Because of my service dog, I have lots of training experience and I love to play with and spoil your pets! About: Since the age of 6 I have taken care of many animals such as dogs, cats, ferrets, chickens, and goats. I also enjoy hiking and tons of exercise. I joined the app in hopes of gaining a friend to enjoy the scenery with. Due to having many different classes at different times of the day I get many breaks. Within these breaks I usually take walks on my own to decompress from school. A friend told me she used Rover as well and I thought might as well have a furry friend join me on my walks and enjoy the sunshine too. I have pet sat for neighbors and friends for many years and feel I am very respectful of their homes. While working at a clients home I feel communication is key to build trust and that their house should be the same when I leave as when I entered prior to sitting.
