Please feel free to give me detailed schedule instructions. While I cannot board pets in my own home, I embrace any and all safety measures instructed, as well as anticipate any safety issues and resolve them before an incident can occur.

About: I have cared for an array of animals over the years including dogs, cats, reptiles, chickens and even pet rats! I deeply enjoy time spent with animals which is why housesitting has always been ideal for me! I myself have multiple dogs and cats that are well cared for and your animals will receive the same attention and care! I am a student at UNM, so most morning I do have to head to campus around 9-10 am. All morning care would be handled before then. My classes have me on campus no longer than 4-5 hours before I would be able to check on your animals. Weekends I work 6-9 hour shifts, but if care requires less gaps between visits this time can be taken off to give your pets around the clock care. This would require at minimum 2 weeks notice and cannot be guaranteed. I am comfortable giving pill or liquid medication for your pets. As well as walking any size dog as long as some leash training is in place. I normally will wash the sheets and towels used if staying overnight! I am very cleanly and will leave your home and pets clean or cleaner than when yall left!
“Svetlana was punctual and great with our dogs. I loved the updates and photos she sent during their walks. We appreciate having her nearby and potentially available even for last minute care or walks.”

I currently am going to school at CNM to get my Vet tech certification and plan to move forward with becoming a veterinarian. I have pets of my own and currently am just looking for work and experience more aligned with my goals and career. I have worked in animal shelters and regularly care for my friends and families pets when they need along with a long history of fostering and rehabilitating pets of all kinds. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own. Currently I do not provide in home services due to the fact of having a senior dog of my own. About: I grew up in a family that has dogs and I’ve spent my whole life catering to animals. I have so much love for animals and it is apparent they can feel that when I play with them or spend a lot of time with one animal. I am a very trustworthy person as I have had many new people I've met choose me to house sit, walk their dog, feed their cat, or simply let their dogs out for 30 minutes at a time. I work only three days a week and have free time to prioritize what REALLY matters, your furry friend! ❤️ I work three days a week at a dental practice in Park City, so have four days of the week to pet sit. I love hanging out with animals so this is exactly how I want to spend my time off! I have a fenced yard and if boarding at my house, I have two medium sized dogs who are very friendly and loving. I have dog beds and crates if that’s what makes your pup comfortable. I live in a safe neighborhood so I’m always walking around. I frequently go to Tanner Park, Dimple Dell, hang in my big backyard or walk around my neighborhood. Your dog will be in heaven!
About: Since the age of 6 I have taken care of many animals such as dogs, cats, ferrets, chickens, and goats. I also enjoy hiking and tons of exercise. I joined the app in hopes of gaining a friend to enjoy the scenery with. Due to having many different classes at different times of the day I get many breaks. Within these breaks I usually take walks on my own to decompress from school. A friend told me she used Rover as well and I thought might as well have a furry friend join me on my walks and enjoy the sunshine too. I have pet sat for neighbors and friends for many years and feel I am very respectful of their homes. While working at a clients home I feel communication is key to build trust and that their house should be the same when I leave as when I entered prior to sitting.
About: I’ve been lucky enough to build relationships with returning Rover clients, and I’m always happy when people trust me to care for their pets again. I’ve never met a pet-care challenge I couldn’t find a solution to. Every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I’m patient and willing to figure out what works best for them. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, livestock, and critters of all ages, sizes, and personalities, including experience working at an animal hospital where I cared for boarding animals, newborn puppies and kittens, and pets who needed a little extra patience and attention. I also have plenty of personal experience with animals who have behavioral challenges, which has taught me to be observant, patient, and adaptable. Pet sitting is something I do on the side while I’m in school and working as a barista. My shifts are generally around six hours, and my classes are online, so I have a flexible schedule and can dedicate plenty of time to the animals in my care. I genuinely love animals and take their safety and happiness seriously. Whether your pet needs lots of exercise and playtime, a specific routine, extra patience, or simply someone to keep them company, I’m happy to work with them and find what makes them comfortable. I’d love the opportunity to meet your pets and give them the same care and attention I’d want for my own! 🐾 My Schedule 🐾 I have a pretty flexible schedule since I’m currently a student with online classes and work part-time as a barista. My work shifts are generally around 6 hours, and my schedule varies from week to week. I’m happy to work with you ahead of time to find dates and times that work for both of us. I’m also available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting depending on my schedule. I do my best to give every pet plenty of attention rather than rushing through visits. If your pet has a specific routine, feeding schedule, medication, or other needs, I’m happy to work around it and keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. Because my availability can change week to week, please message me before booking so I can confirm that I’m available for the dates and times you need! When caring for pets, whether in my home or a client's, I prioritize a safe and structured environment tailored to each pet's individual needs. In client homes, I am trusted with overnight stays and have consistently managed multiple animals without any issues, ensuring they are comfortable, secure, and well-cared-for in their familiar surroundings. In my own home, I adhere to a disciplined routine, particularly with dogs, to maintain a sense of order and security. This includes scheduled feeding times, walks, and play sessions, which helps in managing their energy levels and maintaining their health. My cat, Beans, enjoys a more flexible routine, which suits her independent nature. She's free to set her own pace throughout the day, though I ensure her needs for interaction and care are met. Overall, my approach is based on respect, patience, and attentiveness to the unique personality and requirements of each pet, ensuring they feel loved and at ease under my care.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Cedro. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.
For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Cedro.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
