“Maellin was an absolutely wonderful dog sitter; she had excellent communication across the board. Sharing updates and photos of Navi every day. I could tell from the photos that she took such good care of her, Navi was smiling, and really warmed up to Maellin, which she doesn’t do with everyone. It was over the 4th, and Navi was quite nervous about the fireworks. Maellin took every measure to ensure her greatest ease and comfort, bringing her into their bedroom and turning on some background noise to help drown it out. Maellin is also a wonderfully sweet human; she will 100% be my first choice anytime we need care for Navi.”

I had concerns about my dogs behavior (he can be pretty high energy) Lucky for me Dashy was very well behaved at our meet and greet. After talking with Onrae a few minutes I had no concerns if Dashy did have any behavior issues staying there. When dropping off Dashy, he was excited to go in with the well mannered kids. I had prompt check in the next day. Basiclly Dashy did great and I had no concerned about his well being or about any behavior issues. Onrae is highly experienced and highly recommended. About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

About: I have cared for an array of animals over the years including dogs, cats, reptiles, chickens and even pet rats! I deeply enjoy time spent with animals which is why housesitting has always been ideal for me! I myself have multiple dogs and cats that are well cared for and your animals will receive the same attention and care! I am a student at UNM, so most morning I do have to head to campus around 9-10 am. All morning care would be handled before then. My classes have me on campus no longer than 4-5 hours before I would be able to check on your animals. Weekends I work 6-9 hour shifts, but if care requires less gaps between visits this time can be taken off to give your pets around the clock care. This would require at minimum 2 weeks notice and cannot be guaranteed. I am comfortable giving pill or liquid medication for your pets. As well as walking any size dog as long as some leash training is in place. I normally will wash the sheets and towels used if staying overnight! I am very cleanly and will leave your home and pets clean or cleaner than when yall left!

About: Since a kid I've been surrounded by dogs. I was taught young how to care for and interact with them. Since then I've always had pets and made sure they lived the best lives they possibly could. While I don't have any sort of specialized skills when it comes to pet care I do have plenty of experience. The majority of my adult life has been spent in the military and security industry. About: I grew up in a family that has dogs and I’ve spent my whole life catering to animals. I have so much love for animals and it is apparent they can feel that when I play with them or spend a lot of time with one animal. I am a very trustworthy person as I have had many new people I've met choose me to house sit, walk their dog, feed their cat, or simply let their dogs out for 30 minutes at a time. About: Since the age of 6 I have taken care of many animals such as dogs, cats, ferrets, chickens, and goats. I also enjoy hiking and tons of exercise. I joined the app in hopes of gaining a friend to enjoy the scenery with. Due to having many different classes at different times of the day I get many breaks. Within these breaks I usually take walks on my own to decompress from school. A friend told me she used Rover as well and I thought might as well have a furry friend join me on my walks and enjoy the sunshine too. “Maellin was an absolutely wonderful dog sitter; she had excellent communication across the board. Sharing updates and photos of Navi every day. I could tell from the photos that she took such good care of her, Navi was smiling, and really warmed up to Maellin, which she doesn’t do with everyone. It was over the 4th, and Navi was quite nervous about the fireworks. Maellin took every measure to ensure her greatest ease and comfort, bringing her into their bedroom and turning on some background noise to help drown it out. I had concerns about my dogs behavior (he can be pretty high energy) Lucky for me Dashy was very well behaved at our meet and greet. After talking with Onrae a few minutes I had no concerns if Dashy did have any behavior issues staying there. When dropping off Dashy, he was excited to go in with the well mannered kids. I had prompt check in the next day. Basiclly Dashy did great and I had no concerned about his well being or about any behavior issues. Onrae is highly experienced and highly recommended. My initial thought was he was missing me and home. And because of his age, I believe he got disoriented and lost and couldn't identify where he was at.
