About: After having three dogs for many years, I am an expert at walking more than one--with expandable leashes, it's like flying three kites at once! In addition to long (or short) walks, I also like snuggling with pups on the couch. I currently have one 20-pound pup who gets along with almost all other dogs and loves having guests. For boarding and daycare, a meet and greet is a must. I have a very flexible work schedule and I mostly work from my home. I love taking frequent walks and petting dogs throughout the workday. I do not have a yard but like taking walks at all times of day, so your pup can still get plenty of exercise. I am familiar with senior dog care and am comfortable giving pills, following special diets, etc.

Monday to Friday: 1. 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Morning routine, including bathroom break and breakfast. 2. 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Mid-morning playtime, walks, and activities. 3. 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunchtime and a rest period. 4. 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon activities, interactive play, and individual attention. 5. 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Evening bathroom break and snack. 6. 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner and relaxed activities. 7. 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Evening play, quiet time, and last bathroom break before bedtime. Saturday and Sunday: 1. Same morning routine as weekdays. 2. 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Weekend outing, such as a longer walk or a visit to a dog-friendly park. 3. 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch and a rest period. 4. 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon activities, potential group play, and individual attention. 5. 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Evening bathroom break and snack. 6. 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner and relaxed activities. 7. 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Evening play, quiet time, and last bathroom break before bedtime. About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for others for over a decade. I'm currently childless and can work from my laptop anywhere on a flexible schedule. I have maximum flexibility to meet needs you may have. Please note: continuous all day care in your home is my default service and my price reflects that. I'm primarily a vacation sitter and book only one client at a time. If you book my nightly rate I guarantee 18 out of the 24 hours in the day will be at your home with your pet(s). If you want to get price down and are in Albuquerque I might suggest booking my drop in services or discussing with me your expectations for hours so we can get to a price that works for us both. I also may lower price charged for each additional pet depending on pet's energy level and needs. For example, if you have a second or third dog that mostly sleep all day can lower the price extra for each extra dog fee. I'm an avid outdoor hiker and walker so even high energy pups are good with me. I also take care of your home and pets as if they were my own. Golden rule. For house sitting, I have 60 mile radius I work in with -includes ABQ and Sante Fe. I'm available to pet sit in your home while working from home day hours starting early morning M-F if your home is conducive for me to do so and generally stay overnight unless you'd like me not to. I need a table wifi, and ac for working. I can do drop in visits if you are ten minute drive from me during M-F as well. On Saturday and Sunday I am fully available for your pets unless I have made plans or am traveling myself. For spending night in your home, I am respectful of your privacy and only go in bedrooms for sleep and can wash the sheets for when you get back. If you don't want me in bedroom and have a comfy couch I am fine with that too. I can care for pets in your home where they are most at ease. I am not able to board at my home because of my HOA :(

About: Ive been watching my family’s and friends animals for years now. With the responsibility of feeding them, giving them water, and playing with them when needed. I have to take care of my cat and dog daily and I often watch my neighbors dogs, cats and horses for them while they travel. I always make sure I take care of the animals according to the owners instructions, or to take care of their house as they ask.

About: It’s my goal to provide the pets under my watch with the best care possible. It’s important to me that my clients have peace of mind concerning their pets so that they can enjoy their vacation or business trip worry free. I message, send pictures, and provide videos often towards that goal. I gladly give their pups all the love and attention they want. Truthfully, I just love dogs and love their company. I’ve had dogs and all sorts of other pets my whole life. They will get plenty of attention since I am retired and typically home all day and night every day. Currently I have no dog of my own and one reason I do this is because I enjoy their companionship. I also do not care for dogs from other families at the same time. So, your pup or pups will be getting my full attention without worry of conflict with another animal. I have a high concrete block fence all the way around the grass back yard where we go out often for fresh air, play, and potty. Them potty, not me. I keep your pet indoors with me mostly but give them potty breaks and play time often during the day and night. I do not leave them alone outside. Since I am retired, I will be with your pup pretty much 24/7. My wife will be helping me as well so it’s highly unlikely we would ever leave them alone. If we do need to run a quick errand we can take them with me usually. It’s my priority to provide your pup(s) with a happy, safe, and healthy experience. It is only my wife and I so my home is quiet and calm. I have a grass yard for play and potty breaks. There is a high brick fence around the yard. There’s not much in the house for them to get in trouble over. The floors are easy to clean in case of accidents. Between visits I thoroughly clean and disinfect the floors, furniture, rugs, patio, and even the yard with animal safe solutions to insure the health of your pets.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I have had two registered therapy dogs and have house sat for numerous families. I love all dogs and just want them to be cared for whi families enjoy their time away I’m retired so I have an open schedule and am free for days or weeks depending on your needs. I can housework or host. Just let me know anytime I have a gated yard as well as doggie door access and don’t really crate animals. I let them run free in the house unless otherwise specified

About: I can stay at your home or I can board your pets at my home (boarding only if you have small lap dogs). For boarding, I keep your pets indoors with our pets in our personal living space so your pets should be clean, house-broken, and tolerant of children. We have a very clean home with mostly red brick tile throughout (except for the bedrooms which have white carpet). We have a small doggie door which enters into a small fenced area (4'x12') for self-potty breaks while we are at work (if your dogs know how to use a doggie door). We can also close this door if your dog is an escape artist. Our home is located in the east mountains off the Zuzax exit (about 15 minutes from Tramway Blvd). We both work (I have summers off) so we come to Albuquerque every day via I-40 and would be happy to pick up your pet at a meeting location if the drive is a pain for you. We have a huge horse barn and several acres as our backyard. We have a mini-horse, three mini goats, three chickens, two small dogs, and a cat. Why is my rate so reasonable you ask? Because we don't do this to make a living. Getting to care for other peoples furry children brings much happiness & joy to our lives too. If it was a pain in the rear, we'd charge much much more. But it's not, it's a treat for us. I also automatically donate 5% of my pet sitting fee's to K9's for Warriors via Rover.com. K9's for Warriors provides service canines to warriors suffering from post-traumatic stress and/or traumatic brain injury as a result of military service. About this sitter: I'm a married mother of two children, and many animal children. I work full-time as a social worker. Caring for pets is a natural extension of my care of humans. Why I love dog sitting: I've been a dog lover since I was little. My families Norwegian Elkhound had puppies when I was 2 years old and I have pictures of my twin sister and I being so in love with them and carrying them everywhere we went. When I was 19, I bought a dog book and combed the pages looking for my best K-9 match. I ended up getting a Shih Tzu and a Brussels Griffon. 20 years later, we now have Budrow, my 14 year old Norfolk Terrier mix, Gracie, my 2 year old mini-Australian Sheppard/mini-Poodle mix, and a 4 year old sweet long hair female cat named Aphrodite. They are all best buddies and they enjoy having furry houseguests. Meet my pets: We have one mini-horse, three mini-goats, three chickens, 2 small dogs, and a cat. About my yard: We have a huge backyard (5 acres), some areas are fenced some are not. If your dogs are diggers, I'd worry that they might get into the chicken coop or the goat area. We do not want to host large outdoor dogs at this time, until we get proper sturdy fencing around the entire property. We are currently only hosting indoor lap dogs at this time. My experience administering medication: Yes, I will administer medication (including shots) unless a dog bites or gets squirrely. I accommodate your pets needs around my work schedule. In the Fall or Spring I occasionally have my teenagers sports events or meets to attend. I treat you pets like my own and if I’m caring for your pets in my own home they will be included in my regular life, living room time (sunning windows, movie nights on the couch, etc), grass time, playtime, sleep time, etc.

About: I have taken care of animals as far back as a kid. I was the neighbor who loved other people's fur kids. Through the years I have traveled being a military spouse and I was the spouse who always took in others' pets while they went on vacations or work-related trips. I have also done volunteer work at shelters and been a foster parent for dogs/cats when needed. I spent some time in Tanzania one summer and quickly became the cow and chicken whisperer at an orphanage I volunteered at. I am able to do drop-in or babysit your fur kids at my home; as I am always home. I am currently a full-time online college student and do not currently work. In the past years, I have done a lot of volunteer work with shelters and was an educational assistant to special needs kids in the public school system. Cats and dogs are welcome in my home, and I have dog/cat beds available for their comfort. I also have three small dogs of my own that are super dog and cat friendly. We also have a seven-month-old kitten we adopted and he does well with other cats and dogs. I do not have a gated fence, as mine are trained to stay in the yard. I can take other pets out on a leash and walk for potty breaks. We have 7 acres. For drop-ins, I can feed, water, and walk your pets. I also do clean up after them and spend time playing and loving on your pets too.

About: I grew up with 4 types of dogs big and small. When I was 9 I babysat my neighbor cat and dog . I learned to be more responsible with animals. I'm currently a part-time sitter due to my illness, my schedule changes depending on doctor's appointments for the month so I will be changing my calendar when I have days off my dialysis days are Monday Wednesday Friday from 11:45am-3:45pm im available for check in and dog walks before and after those times. I live in a 2-2 house no roommates. My neighborhood is quite. Plenty of hiking trails near the area. Also pets are allowed on the furniture.
