My dog had a blast playing with her and other dog she was watching. We were delayed in our travels and she was very flexible! About: I've owned and taken care of pets my entire life. Family and friends have relied on me to watch their furkids for many years. I'm semi-retired and have the time and love to look after your pets. I have experience taking care of horses and chickens as well. I am semi-retired and have plenty of time to walk, play with and love on your pets. I love just hanging out and snuggling, or going for long walks. Our yard is completely fenced in, and there are great trails from our house for walking and exploring. We have two small dogs, two cats and two kids under eight. About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

I recently lost my beloved dog of 15 years to cutaneous lymphoma, which required attentive, around-the-clock care, including carefully timed medications and a thoughtfully managed diet tailored to his health needs. He was truly a member of my family, and his loss has left a significant space in my life—one of the reasons I’ve chosen to join Rover.
