My schedule fluctuates; I will accommodate as best as I can. If you are not comfortable with me watching your babies due to my schedule. Please let me know, I will not be offended in the least. I want to make sure your fur babies are receiving the care they need and deserve while you're away. Also, if I know/meet any local sitters in the area I will be sure to pass their information along. Additional information with schedule: I am available full time with Rover. Which means I can be flexible when it comes to dropping off and pick up. However, I am extremely busy with Rover and other personal projects that I am currently overseeing. I ask that you please be respectful of my schedule as I am respectful with your time and schedule because I know how important it is to be on time with traveling. What do I mean by this? Please select the correct times on Rover when submitting a request to me. If you do not have the correct times. You can always send me a request and then modify the times later before confirming the booking. That way I am able to navigate other appointments I will have in the future. Drop off/ Pick up: I am very big on communication. Please send me a message 30 minutes prior to dropping off or picking up. That way I can get your fur babies ready on time/ or be prepared for their arrival. I appreciate your understanding! Thank you! I like to take my dog for walks and hikes. When I care for your dog, I will be sure to give them plenty of exercise unless its otherwise instructed. Full time sitter - Hike either in morning or afternoon - Breakfast - Treats - Bathroom break - Play time - Dinner - Treats - Zoomies at night - Bathroom break before bed - Bed time

Safety is my number one priority! With doing Rover for about 10 years and caring for animals for over 23 years, Safety is a top priority. If I am house sitting please let me know if there are any extra precautions I have to implement while I am watching your fur babies. For example, Are they escape artist, can they wiggle out of their leash while on walk, aggression with other animals while out, etc. The more information the better! Extra information is helpful! - Do they have an eating schedule or do they like to graze their food - Do they have potty and/or walking schedules - Any allergies I need to be aware of - How well does she or he gets along with cats and/or dogs - Do they have current shots including: Bordetella rabies and parvo - Copy of vaccinations for precaution may be requested - Any food aggression with people or other animals - Do they chew or get into things, counter surfers, etc - Are they escape artist - Are they leash aggressive, fence aggressive, treat aggressive, front door aggressive (Yes it is a thing!)

When your pup or pups stay with me, I will be taking them on an awesome walk (Depending on weather) or on a hike in the morning by Bear Canyon about 2 miles. There is also a shorter hike on Tramway that is about 1 mile long if you prefer that. Or a walk around my neighborhood. Sometimes more if they can handle it! If they need more walks for potty breaks feel free to let me know. They will be fed on their own personal food schedule. However you feed them is how I'll continue to feed them. They will have lots of toys and treats to make their stay more comfortable. If you want to bring any treats or toys for them, please feel free to. Also just in case their food runs out I would like to know their food brand just in case. An in case of any emergency that I need to take them to the vet for any reason at all. I'll need that information too. Sleeping arrangements depends on you parents. If your pup is more comfortable sleeping on the bed, they can definitely sleep on the bed. If you'd rather them on the floor or in a kennel we can arrange that too. I'll just be giving them as much as my attention as they need during their stay with me. :)

Dates I will be away: 2026: July 28th-August 3rd Thank you! Hello! ______ ( l ^ ^ l ) ( ( Y ) ) (")___(")__/) Probably the longest profile you will ever read! But please take a couple of minutes to read to make sure I will be a good fit for you before sending a request to save some time. Thank you! ***Fellow Rover sitters! I am receiving a lot of double and triple bookings for dates that I am already booked for. So, if you would like me to recommend, you please message me. Please be reliable and responsible. Thank you!!! Sitters I can refer that I have met with: * I have met with all of the sitters I am referring, and they are all wonderful and will do an amazing job taking care of your fur babies if I am unavailable! Mother (Christina): Link: https://www.rover.com/sit/chrisl23582 (She directly works alongside me on Rover). Sarah P: Link: https://r.rover.com/7SQv7x I can host multiple dogs for boarding and daycare as long as they are dog friendly. (I cannot double book for house sits; I stay at one house at a time during the days that I am booked. I am still available for Drop by visits and walks with blocked house sit dates. Thank you!) Capacity for boarding/daycare: Recently, I was asked what my capacity is for how many dogs I take in at a time. I believe it is mentioned below on my capacity, but I will mention it again since some requesters may not have seen the information. I usually only board or host for daycare, 4 dogs at a time. However, it can vary. If I feel all the dogs are well socialized or have been previously introduced before, then I will host more. I am not a single boarding or daycare provider. I provide services with Rover full-time, and I am usually booked almost every day all year round. Hosting multiple dogs will not take away the safety I provide for each of my client’s fur babies. However, if your dog has had any behavioral issues or prefers to be alone, please communicate that, and I will accommodate their needs as necessary. I can’t accommodate them, if I don’t know. I can often read the situation of how the animal’s social cues are when they interact with other animals but hearing it from the pet parent helps out a lot. Furthermore, know that if your dog is new to boarding, they may display new behaviors while being away from you and their home, for the first time. This is not the fault of the sitter on Rover, it may just take a little extra time to acclimate them to new settings, just like a cat. So, patience and understanding are very much appreciated during this process. Rover’s additional guidelines: Due to Rover’s guidelines, I am not allowed to share any additional information like phone numbers, emails, website URL’s, social media accounts, and references to paying outside of Rover, or it may cause Rover to deactivate may account. Please be mindful when sending me request as well. Rover monitors all messages communicated through Rover. So, sending me any of the information mentioned above through Rover messaging, may cause for a misunderstanding with Rover’s team and cause my account to be deactivated. Thank you for understanding! Quiet time: My profile is set on quiet time, when I go to bed to not be disturbed. The quiet time is from 10 pm – 7 am. If you send a request after 10 pm, I will not answer until the following morning starting at 7 am. I appreciate your consideration during quiet time hours. Cancellation Policy: If you book a stay with me. You will have 3-days before the start of the stay to cancel to get a full refund. If you cancel after the 3-days, you will be refunded 50% of the stay. The 3-day policy in place, because I value your time and mine as well. I understand when unforeseen things happen. When I commit to booking with you, I decline all other bookings if the other booking dates conflict with your booking date to ensure that your animals will receive the best care. If you cancel after, I will not be able to recover from the other bookings in a short time span. This is first on my bio so you completely understand what the cancellation process is, so you can prepare for it ahead of time. Thank you in advance for understanding. No Haggle Policy: Rover is something I take pride in to ensuring that every stay I provide is with the best services I provide. I have sat with Rover for 10 years now and I have over 23 + years in experience with working with animals. I do not price haggle under any circumstances. Please do not ask me to lower my pricing. Rover also takes 20% off every stay completed by any sitter on this app, so please keep that in mind. If I am not the sitter for you due to pricing, there are plenty of wonderful sitters on this app as well with amazing profiles. Thank you! First book, first serve: When booking for my services, I implement a first come, first serve service. More like first book, first serve. If a booking request is sent to me but not paid for in full, the booking is still pending. Meaning the dates requested will still be open for another client to book. If I receive a booking and it is completely booked and paid for then those dates will be blocked off my calendar to ensure that another client can't book during those dates. Holiday pricing: There has been a lot of confusion on holiday pricing, so hopefully this will clear it up. When going on any sitter's profile on Rover. If you click additional prices at the bottom, you will see holiday pricing. I am not a 100% certain on how Rover likes to schedule holidays, but the pattern seems to be if the holiday (day) is within the week that you schedule, you will be given a quote for holiday pricing. Please keep in mind, we sitter's like to take holidays as well to see loved ones and holiday pricing is there for the convenience of you to enjoy your holiday stress free while we sit back. Also, keep in mind that Rover does take 20% of each stay from every sitter. Please, double check with holiday pricing to be sure that it will be in your budget before sending a request. Boarding cats or high-anxiety dogs: Because I tend to board dogs more at this time, for safety reasons, I do not have additional space to board cats at this time. Also, if it’s something you are open to considering, I recommend booking for a house sit for cats and dogs who display high-anxiety. I recommend this service because, cats take longer to acclimate to a new environment overall. A lot of times if you take a cat to a new setting the chance may be likely that they will hide or start marking if feeling stressed. I want to make sure that your fur babies are receiving the best care, and to make your and their stay as stress free as possible. With high-anxiety dogs, I recommend house sitting as well, if your dog doesn’t acclimate to new spaces well or not do well with other dogs because of their anxiety. New settings can tend to make your anxious dog potentially sick because they are in a new environment and away from you. This will occur if they are not on a consistent diet. If your dog is being fed table scraps (especially food with high counts of salt), people food, or brand of food is being switched out often, are all examples of their diet not being consistent and can trigger them into becoming sick. A high-anxiety dog being around other dogs, may cause too much stress for your pup and potentially cause an unsafe environment for other dogs, my dog, and myself, if your dog attacks from being overly anxious or stressed. As a pet parent, please be sure you are taking the appropriate measures to ensuring what stay will fit your pet’s needs before sending a request. If your pets are self-sufficient, drop-by-visits are also what some pet parents’ book as well. Drop-by-visit times range from 30 minutes up to an hour or more per visit each day. House Sitting: House sitting will be the same as boarding services, the only thing that will vary is pricing. If you want to request a different house stay sit preference, you are welcome to request that to me at any time, when sending me a Rover request. You will just have to communicate that with me, and I will modify the request as needed so pricing is accurate on request for finalizing the booking. Breakdowns below: Standard house sitting: - 16 hours in home with your fur babies. - Unlimited walks. (I typically do one walk in the morning. However, if you would like to request more, please let me know and I will try to accommodate that as best as I can). - Implementing their feeding schedule w/supplements, medication, at the appropriate times suggested. - Play time and treat time throughout the day. - Flexible arrival and leaving time. - Maintaining your home in a respectful manner while away. Deluxe house sitting: - Add on charge of $50 per night in addition to standard price already quoted. - 20 hours a day spent at your home with your pet(s). - Including accommodating same standard house-sitting services (see above). Premium house sitting: - Add on charge of $100 per night in addition to standard price already quoted. - 24-hour care (meaning I will not leave your pet(s) side for the duration of the house sit). - Including accommodating same standard house-sitting services (see above). Add on services: - Such as watering plants, taking out the trash, or feeding non-Rover listed animals; I do not add on an additional charge. You are welcome to tip if you would like for additional care. - Before the house sit ends, I will tidy up any areas I used in your home as well. Drop-in-Visits: - Rover cards will not start until I arrive at provided address. - Includes a walk (must request prior to booking visit). - Visits include a 30-minute visit to care for your pet(s), based on the needs you are requesting, such as feeding, potty breaks, play-time, etc. (Pet parents are welcome to add on additional visit time. Prices will vary depending on the requested added time. For accurate pricing, please visit my profile, click on “services & calendar,” followed by “see additional rates.” Scroll down to “drop-in-visits” to see additional pricing for additional visit time. - Before leaving pet(s) will be left out or crated per the instructions of the pet parent. - If you have made a request and are looking to add additional visit time, please reach out to me and I will modify request as needed. Daycare (Mother helps me host the days I have class at CNM. This semester (Spring 2026) I have one class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday): - Flexible drop off and pick up times. (Please communicate times ahead of booking, so I can arrange my schedule accordingly to accommodate your schedule). - Includes one walk or hike typically in the morning time, unless the weather is bad. - Mealtime per the pet parent’s instructions. - Play time and treat time throughout the day. - Rover cards will start when your pup(s) are dropped off and end when they are picked up. Dog-walking: - Rover cards will not start until I arrive at provided address and walking equipment is secured on your pup(s). - I can take them to hiking trails, if that is requested. Please keep in mind to request the accurate walking time, including pick up and drop off. - If the walking route is around your neighborhood, please include any helpful notes for the walking route. - Treat time and water time after walk. - Secure lock up per parent’s request upon leaving. Booking outside of Rover: I do not book outside of Rover. Please keep in mind if you ask a sitter on Rover to book outside of Rover on the Rover platform, that can put their profile at jeopardy of being suspended and/or account being closed down. Especially if it is a new sitter and they are unfamiliar with how Rover works. Booking through Rover not only insures your fur baby if anything It is at the fault of the sitter. But it also insures damages if a sitter happens to damage anything in your home. Rover has fluctuated on how much they cover when you book through Rover. So, please visit the help section and type in Rover guarantee, to understand fully what Rover covers and on how to file a successful claim if this occurs. The Right to Refuse Bookings: I have the right to refuse service to any request or repeat request I receive, if I feel the pet(s) are jeopardizing the safety of the other pets I am caring for, my pets, and/or my safety. I also have the right to refuse service if any pet parent is jeopardizing the safety of the pets that I am watching, my pets, and/or my safety. Meet & Greets: If any meet and greets are scheduled prior to meeting, please if requested, bring a copy of current shot records. Because my cat was attacked by a Rover dog, he has his own enclosed condo to ensure his safety. I will not be introducing my cat to jeopardize his safety if the pet parent(s) is unfamiliar if their dog(s) gets along with cats or not. Once I meet your dog, I will make that decision if I would like to bring out my cat or not. However, meet and greets will happen with your dog meeting my dog. Yoshi has been doing Rover with me since he was about 6 months old. He just turned 9 years old in December 2025. He has never bitten another dog, and he has been around countless of other breeds of dogs. However, he is a Shiba Inu and he is not a fan of other dogs not respecting his boundaries and/or being dominated in any way, which that includes humping. He does growl to make it known that he does not like that (dominate behavior). If your dog is at all reactive (attacks) to another dog growling, please let me know beforehand before scheduling the meet and greet so I can be aware of the scenario. I want to ensure that your dog feels safe, as well as my dog during the meet and greet. Meet and greets are set up so your pet(s) can be introduced into my home to familiarize them with new surroundings. They are also there to be sure that you the pet parent(s) will be comfortable with my services for the duration that you are away and that I am caring for your pet(s). If there is any additional information you would like to share with me prior to the meet and greet, please reach out at any time. Introduction: Hi guys, my name is Esperita. But everyone calls me Rita. First off, I just want to say thank you for considering me to watch your fur baby and two I'm so excited to watch your fur baby while you're away! I am available full time to sit! A little about me, current location & Covid Status: I am currently living in New Mexico before I make my next move. I am available to help with your fur babies for the time being. Also, I just want to be transparent and open that I am not vaccinated. Covid has been devastating worldwide and I completely understand that. It is a personal choice for me not to be vaccinated at this time. So, I will understand completely if that changes the dynamics of me watching your pets and if you decide to go with another sitter at this time. How I started Rover: I started Rover in San Diego about 10 years ago. Before moving to San Diego and moving back to New Mexico, I took care of countless animals. Both dogs and cats. When I use to volunteer my time with rescue groups. I would help feed, groom, give TLC, walk, clean, etc for the dogs and the cats. When I worked at the humane society, I would do all the above, plus help give meds, shots, microchips when needed. I started Rover because, I have always loved working with animals, and this platform helps continue that passion. My fur babies & their personalities: I have a cat and a dog. Tucker is the most laid-back cat you will ever meet. He is about 17 years old. You can literally carry him like a baby. He is great for introducing dogs that have never met cats before. **Please be mindful though, if your dog does not like cats. Please please please let me know that when you message me.* Yoshi is my only dog. Yoshi is a Shiba Inu who loves loves loves to play! I got Yoshi about 9 years ago. My pets are fully vaccinated and gets flee medication once a month. He is neutered. Yoshi is a Shiba and if you know anything about Shiba's they can have temperamental personalities. Yoshi gets along with other dogs but on his time. He does not like over dominate/ over aggressive dogs. If your dog displays that, please be mindful, honest and upfront about the dynamics. Your animals are top priority when it comes to safety as well as my animals. Why I would love taking care of your fur baby? Taking care of animals has always been my passion. When I moved to San Diego I did apply at the Helen Woodward (San Diego) animal center and I ended up getting the job, but it was too far away for the commute so I couldn't take the job. Rover allows me to be able to give TLC to your baby while your away. I have befriended countless clients and their babies. Not to sound cheesy but they become family. I absolutely love what I do! I would treat your fur baby as if they were my own. I also want to take the time to get to know your dog or cat while your away. I know each animal has their own personality and I want to make them as comfortable as possible. Limit on sitting (Mostly for Dog Boarding, House sitting will vary): I can watch up to 4 dogs and sometimes I will make an exception to watch one or two more. But they must get along with other dogs. If for any reason they, don't I do have a couple of pet gates up in different areas just in case I need to separate them. When your fur baby stays with me, they will be going on a morning hike about 2 miles by Bear Canyon with Yoshi. I also like to take your baby to the pet store to get them toys and or treats that they can take with them after they leave. They are allowed on the furniture, unless you say otherwise. They will be sleeping in my bedroom at night whether they're more comfortable using a crate or if they are more comfortable laying in our bed. My schedule fluctuates; I will accommodate as best as I can. if something does not work for you when we have our meet and greet. Feel free to let me know. I want to make sure that you, your family and your fur baby are comfortable and accommodated while using my services. I want to make it as stress free as possible for everyone. If you have any questions about me, prices or my services please don't hesitate to message me. I want to get all your questions answered. I look forward to meeting you in the next meet and greet. Owners (My criteria for watching your pet): If we have a meet and greet and you are not comfortable and/or unsure about booking me, please let me know ahead of time. I want to make sure your fur babies receive the absolute best care! Please also keep in mind, Rover does a full background check on all sitters but limits owners to doing the same. Safety is also my number one priority for myself as well. If you do not have a profile picture attached, I will automatically decline any request that has been sent my way. Having a profile picture verifies that your profile is legit and helps create that trust before doing a meet and greet. Also, please add/ create a profile for all pets that are associated with booking. That way prices and Rover insurance is accurate during stay. **************************************************************************************************************** Services I am providing at the time: Dog Boarding Doggy Day Care House Sitting Drop by Visit Dog Walking If you have any questions at all please ask me. Again, I want to make sure that you and your fur baby are accommodated while using my services. Thank you. :) Added notes: If you are considering booking me way far in advance. Three months or more prior to the booking I will be having a 2nd meet and greet. Once in the beginning and once closer to the actual booking date. Just to make sure your fur baby is going to be a 100% comfortable with me while you are away. I can watch both unfix females and males. My requirements for females. If she is in heat, you must bring diapers for her. Requirements for males. They must be friendly towards other dogs no exceptions. If for any reason they have showed signs of aggression, please be honest with me. Thank you! /\_______/\ ( = ^ X ^ = ) (")____(")_/)

My pup had a great stay with Esperita. Will definitely book again.

We absolutely love Esperita!! So grateful to her!!

Rita was amazing! I have a diabetic cat, and this was the first time I left her with a sitter. Rita completely put my mind at ease. She sent me twice daily updates and pictures. She was knowledgeable about giving my cat her insulin injections, and she took perfect care of my cat while I was gone. I 100% recommend Rita, and I look forward to booking with her again.

Esperita was amazing with my dog ! She had great communication and was very flexible with schedules. It’s easy to see she cares deeply for each dog she watches and takes great care to make sure they are comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat customer !
