“Brandi was amazing with our 65 pound lab mix! We had some emergency family health issues, and Brandi was very accommodating. We will definitely book Brandi again to walk our dog!”

“Anja is the best dog whisper/walker that we have ever encountered. She was patient and caring towards our two dogs. One of our dogs is especially sensitive and has refused to go on walks with people in the past. Fortunately, our dog immediately felt comfortable with Anja and happily went on her daily walks. Her comfort was due to the extra time and care that Anja put into the job. We look forward to working with Anja in the future.”

“Elaine was wonderful! She’s very responsive, sweet, and was great with our dog. Highly recommended!”

“Erica was great with Jesse! She came over beforehand and I showed her where to walk Jesse and how to do her leash. My family reported that she (Jesse) was happy as a clam! 10/10”

“Katie has been super reliable and responsible! She is also very communicative which I appreciate!”

“I have a fearful, high-energy dog and Henry was great with him. I’m so happy to have been connected with him via Rover.”

About: I’ve been a pet mom for 40+ years. I’ve cared for everything from birds and snakes, dogs and cats, to guinea pigs, rabbits and hamsters! Our personal pet family consists of a 14 year old Chocolate Lab, an African Gray parrot and two little girl parakeets. I’m a stay at home mom of 5, my youngest is 11, my oldest is an Engineering major at UNM, so I’m available all day to care for your family as I care for my own. I have extensive experience with senior animals, including administering medications, experience with puppies and potty training, and experience with birds, and other exotics such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, etc… I’m a stay at home mom of 5, my youngest is 11, my oldest is an Engineering major at UNM, so I’m available all day to care for your family as I care for my own. My husband works from home, so there is rarely a moment where there isn’t a person home to entertain your babies. We have a home large enough to accommodate the largest pup, with a yard for play, splash pools, and lots of toys to share. I find that pups feel most comfortable in their own crates with their own blankets or bedding for sleeping at night, and if they if they have a favorite lovey, bring that as well! As well as care in my home, I’m more than happy to drop by yours during the day for care there. Because we have birds of our own, we prefer to sit for birds in your home, because communicable diseases in birds are rampant right now, but birds are literally my favorite, and I will love them as my own!

About: I started pet sitting for friends and family 6 years ago. Loved being around animals, and began working at a dog boarding facility. I am detail oriented and was placed in charge of the feeding and medication for all the dogs boarding over night. I have handled pets with seizure medication to anxiety medication. I have experience with extremely fearful, anxious, and overly excited pups. I have cared for all breeds, ages, and am comfortable with any size dog. During the time I worked their I also handled doggy daycare and am comfortable watching and reading dog body language when it comes to the interaction of other dogs and people. I worked there for 2 years, and saw many pets that were not a good fit for the boarding environment. I left that business in order to give more devotion to the owners who are looking for attentive personalized pet care. I am a full time college student at unm, but my classes are only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I do work part-time but not on the days I have school. I want open communication, I send daily photos with an update on how they are doing. I can accommodate any special instructions such as a daily brushing or even teeth brushing, as long as the pet is comfortable with me doing it. Pets like sticking to a routine and I want to keep that routine going the best I can while you are gone.

About: I've always had a love for animals and have been trusted by family, friends, neighbors, and acquaintances for years to help take care of their babies while they are away. I have past experience working in vet clinics and animal shelters, which has led to general knowledge of animal behavior, as well as experience in medication administration. My schedule is primarily wide open to pet and house sitting, with the occasional weekend away. This allows me to be both flexible and available for your needs. I understand the trust put on me as a caretaker and act with the utmost care and respect towards the homes and animals of others.

About: Hi My name is Alli. I live in Rio Rancho and I would love to help those who are busy and need their fur babies walked and watched. Available on weekends and most of the week. Let me know in advance and I can definitely help out with your fur babies. Looking forward to hearing from you! I have a fenced back yard and I can definitely help out. “My sweet boy LOVES Lucy. He goes on great walks and is always very happy (and worn out 😊) when I get home. Thank you, Lucy!”

About: I have extensive experience with all types of animals including dogs, cats, and livestock. I get an immense amount of joy in forming bonds with animals of all shapes and sizes! This includes pets other than dogs and cats, I am open to learning to care for any and all pets! I have participated in agility training for my personal dogs in the past and take pride in the training of my own animals. I understand unique needs with senior animals or animals with unique medical needs. I am currently a graduate student at UNM so I have a busy, yet very flexible schedule to accommodate home visits and house/pet sitting during the week. Weekends are typically very flexible times for me as well. I always ensure to respect not only the animal's needs, but also the home of my clients. My policy has always been to leave the home as clean or cleaner than it was when I arrived. I strictly follow rules and training of the animals in the home to make sure that there is as little disruption to their routines as possible.

“Such a caring person. Really appreciate her updates.”

“Always took exceptional care of my old girl.”

“Kim is absolutely awesome with my fur babies. She walks them multiple times a week. They always look forward to seeing her and spending time with her. She’s extremely flexible and always willing to hang out with them sometimes on short notice. She treats them as if they’re her own and ensures they’re well taken care of before, during and after walks (including but not limited to treats, water, petting). She always sends pictures during walk times, which this dog momma loves getting! Would 100% recommend Kim for all your pups needs!”
