One of my dogs in particular is pretty emotionally sensitive, but seems to have a good time at Patricia's and always appears relaxed and happy in the pictures and videos Patricia sends. Patricia has also been able and willing to administer medicine and feed according to specific instructions. She was very flexible with us picking up the dogs later than anticipated after flight delays. Very happy we've found such a great sitter for our beloved dogs. In the past we have used a great local kennel but due to concerns about the horrible canine virus circulating in several states last year we decided to try something different this trip. We paid a little more than we normally would have, but our dogs were less stressed due to the calmer environment (no other dogs, did not have to be crated at night) and the loving attention provided by Mark. Mark was great at sending daily updates and pics via messaging throughout the stay so that we could see how our pups were doing. I’m sure Mark stays pretty booked due to his loving care but we would definitely consider using his service again for futures needs, assuming he is available.”

My doggy passed on last week, and I am still very heartbroken, but I wanted to leave a review for Billy. I travel extensively for work, and over the past 3 years or more I have trusted Billy to take care of Finn. Finn was a rescue pup 13 years ago and had a tough puppyhood and was very afraid of people. He warmed up to Billy pretty quickly, and I sometimes would have to leave him with Billy for 3 weeks to sometimes over a month as I work overseas. I would get regularly updated reports and pictures, and I always felt that Finn was in good safe hands. I highly recommend Billy, he is a serious, trustworthy and reliable person to leave your pet with!
Tatiana did an absolutely amazing job of taking care of our little guy. Caring for a deaf dog is not always easy but she did a wonderful job! She sent great updates and was so easy to communicate and work with! Thank you again for taking such great care of our Lenny boy!
