The kids didn’t want Ace to leave and loved on him the whole time, which made me so happy. She also has a lot of experience and taught him a couple new tricks while I was gone. She went above and beyond to learn about Ace and even had him sleep in a bigger crate than the one I brought, to ensure he was happy. “Wendy was great. She sent me pics of him, gave me updates of the situation, and asked if there was anything else she could do to keep Almond comfortable. Wendy let me know immediately that Almond started howling in the middle of the night. I wasn't sure what was going on since he never did that at home. My initial thought was he was missing me and home. And because of his age, I believe he got disoriented and lost and couldn't identify where he was at. Wendy did follow the instructions I left and asked if there was anything more she could do. I appreciate Wendy giving Almond the extra care he needed. Thanks again..”
