About: I have cared for dogs and cats my whole life so I understand the basics of training and taking care of them. I currently have an orange tabby named Prince who gets along super well with other dogs and cats! No worries if your pet doesn’t get along with others though, I can also have other people watch him while yours stays. I can care for pets whenever, I have classes throughout the week but since I stay on campus I’m never more than 5 minutes walking distance away from my dorm. On average I have about 3 hours of classes per week day so I’m home the rest of the time. I will be able to board always and do dog walks any day of the week. I have reliable transportation as well. My dorm is quite large so I have space to take care of pets, as well as toys and food and a litter box for cats if you can’t bring yours. I also live in a very outdoorsy campus so I can take dogs on long nature walks.

About: Grew up working on a horse farm, have been cat & dog sitting for friends, neighbors, and for hire ever since I had my own transportation. Lots of experience as a foster volunteer working with shy puppies and reactive dogs. Firm believer in the power of mental enrichment and fear-free, positive reinforcement training. I’m and artist, writer, and part time marketer, so I get to make my own schedule. There’s plenty of flexibility in my schedule to ensure your pets get the attention and care they deserve. Understanding pet body language is something I’m really big on; if I see cues your fur baby is getting uncomfortable in any situation, I’ll immediately start looking for alternative ways to help them feel safe and relaxed again. I take instructions from pet parents as gospel, and strive to keep care as loving and consistent as if you would for your fluffy ones.

About: I have always loved all animals. I worked at a pet site for a few years before I had my son. I will take care of your animals like they are my own. I grew up having dogs and cats. And currently have two senior cats. I am available Monday around 2PM, Wednesday at 1PM and Friday at 1PM. I am available all day on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. I am currently working part time and would love to take care of your animals! I have 2 senior indoor cats at home and they have lots of love and care. I also have a fenced in backyard if necessary.

About: I’ve helped my family take care of our pets my entire life. Growing up, my neighbors and family friends trusted me to take care of their pets while they were out of town. I can administer medicine to your furry best friends and I am a fast learner if I need to be trained a special way to administer the medicine. I have cared for high maintenance, elderly pets, and puppies with gentle care. I genuinely love animals and hope to hang out with some. I am flexible. I have a hybrid work schedule and helping new neighbors take care of their pets is my idea of a good time! I am an avid walker and I am patient. I care about animals, so I make sure I walk dogs earlier or later, when it is not too hot for their paws. I take client instructions and tips for treating their pet seriously, regarding temperament, likeliness to run off while on a walk, etc. I like to give pets ample attention so they are less anxious while their family is not home. I give pets space if they are giving off the vibe of wanting to be left alone, after I make sure their basic needs (and more!) are met.

About: I’ve had dogs of all kinds since I was born and haven’t known life without one by my side. In 2020 my lifelong golden retriever / corgi mix, Goldie, passed away, and since then I have been without a pet. In hopes to reconnect to animals I would like to channel my love into others’ pets. I believe there are countless invaluable lessons we can all learn from paying more attention towards animals. After graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design last June, I moved back home to Athens. My parents have a Great Pyrenees named Patch who I help care for, but other than that I have plenty of free time and consistent availability during the week/weekends. I am flexible and willing to adjust to your needs. I can easily adapt to any setup you may have at your home in which you would prefer your pet to stay. I understand the importance of routine and how that can keep your pets comfortable even if you are away. Unfortunately I do not yet have the space to host pets at my home.

About: Weekend boarding, weekday walks and weekday visits are what I have to offer. Cuddling, petting, belly rubs, hiking, whatever your doggie needs I’m happy to supply the love. I love animals and am a vegetarian- that stated, I have no problem feeding doggies raw meals or whatever diet you prefer. I’m very patient and kind. About: I’ve taken care of pets and also have pets of my own who we love so much. Your fur babies will be in good hands! I work but I am willing to align my schedule if you give me 3 days notice in advance, I’m willing to stay in your home so your pets will be more comfortable staying in their own home. I don’t have a fenced yard but I can arrange things to see if your pets will feel comfortable in my home! I do have two dogs.

About: I have been caring for people’s pets in and out of their homes since college in 2002…. Most recently I cared for 3 dogs and a litter of puppies, which required four trips to the homeowners house per day. I would spend nights over at times to make it easier. The pet owner was a pilot. I have a reference for this too. I have stayed for long stretches of time at someone’s home to care for their pets and small farm. I also have a reference from another client whose dog stayed at my home for several weeks. Her cat stayed over too. I am reliable, flexible and I adore animals. Well, let me tell you… I am a Medicare beneficiary advisor and I work from home! It’s great. I have ample time during parts of the year as well. My home space is fenced in, and large enough to roam and even run. It backs up to an arroyo, where I love to walk. There are also many trails that can be walked. I always do what’s needed and best for the animal and according to the owner’s wishes.

About: Hi! I'm Brittany and I have been house sitting for 10+ years. I've house sat for dogs, cats, horses and everything in between. I take great care of the animals I sit and go above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable. I treat them as if they were my own. I love to do additional things as long as the owner permits. Such as baths, brushing, walks, runs and playtime. Anything that will help the animal and the owner have a more comfortable experience. I’m currently working part time, so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to pet sitting! That way I’ll be able to give your pets the attention they deserve. I currently have two indoor cats of my own. About: I've lived with, and taken care of, dogs and cats since I was a kid. I grew up next to a series of aggressive dogs (bit friends, joggers, etc.), which taught me how to conduct myself and be comfortable around all types of dog and cat personalities. Over the last few years, I started petsitting as favors for friends, and then in more formal capacities as demand increased. Now that I make my living as a fine artist, I've decided to lean in to pet sitting as a source of supplemental income. I show my work at art shows every weekend (usually with the Santa Fe Society of Artists), so pet sitting during the week fits easily into my flexible schedule. Most weekdays I work from home for most of the day, except when I go out to paint for a few hours (either in the early morning or late afternoon/golden hour), so daytime walks are always convenient for me. Most weekends I am gone for at least 8 hours of the day, so midday walks aren't possible (but morning and evening feeding still is possible). When I pet sit at a client's home, I make sure to follow the client's house rules and pet care instructions fastidiously. If I am ever unsure about a detail in pet care, my first inclination is always to contact the client. I do not host pets in my home.

About: Upon having taken care of pets for quite some time now. I have learned that all animals need love and compassion like us. I have cared for a variety of animals from mice to snakes and cats to goats. All of the time learning what to do and not to do with every animal.
