About: I have had cats and dogs my entire life and first started dog sitting as a teenager. I love animals and getting to know their individual personalities and how much joy they can add to our lives! Having the peace of mind that your fur-baby is safe and happy while you are away allows you to enjoy your trip to the fullest. I work part time remotely and pet care will easily fit into my everyday routine as I set my work hours and as such they are flexible I will provide whatever care is required for your pet’s wellbeing with love and patience. About: I grew up in a household with cats, dogs, small mammals, exotic and domestic birds, reptiles, and fish. I have experience as both a short and long term pet/house sitter. A large portion of my life has been spent working at pet stores, aquariums, wildlife rehabilitation facilities and with animal trainers so I have good background knowledge surrounding a large variety of animal care. By trade I am a biologist with a focus in the marine sciences. As a full-time field biologist, the field part of my job doesn’t allow me time to have pets of my own. So between field jobs I greatly enjoy the opportunity to pet sit since I have lots of time to dedicate to your pet! I feel that pet sitting is a great way to get some animal time in while also helping out. I am very attentive, caring, trustworthy, and dedicated. Every home has a routine and flow all its own, one of the most important things a sitter can do is maintain that rythem while the pet parent is away, and give lots of extra love too. About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs for over 9 years and absolutely adore being around them. I can work on basic trainings for puppies, play hard with them, or give them the long walk they need. For senior dogs, I love to give them all the snuggles and pets they need :) seeing them happy makes me happy. Im currently working part time and have a very flexible work schedule, leaving plenty of time to let your dog out, play, or walk your pup during weekdays. Safety is huge when it comes to me watching your pup. Depending on your dog and safety protocols, I will follow them strictly (only allowed in a fenced yard, always leashed on a walk, etc).

About: I have spent the last 3 years traveling while doing house/pet sits throughout Mexico, Arizona, California, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. My clients have included some high profile gigs in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu, but I have also spent months at a time living off-grid in the Mexican jungle and caring for animals on remote farms. My experience dates back to 1991 when I worked my high school summer vacations on a sheep farm to escape city life. I love ALL animals, and have had a special connection with them, my whole life. Your pets (and babies) will be comfortable with me right away. I have been a mom to birds, rodents, fish, cats, and dogs. I do have some experience with reptiles, as well. I come with many years of hands-on experience with dogs and cats from the puppy/kitten stage through their golden years, so you can rest assured that any special accommodations your fur-baby may need will be met with kindness and compassion. I am particularly fond of, and experienced with Bully Breeds, Golden Retrievers, and Doodles of all varieties. I only provide pet care in the owners home as I’ve found it is a far less stressful experience for the pets and the sitter. It’s all I do, so your pets will get tons of attention and affection. I also do occasional dog walking gigs while I’m staying at your home. Your babies are my babies while you’re away, and your home will be treated with the utmost respect. Confidentiality and privacy are considered paramount, always.

About: Since I was five years old I’ve had a dog. At the age of seven my family moved to a ranch where at one time we had up to 15 catahoula/pitbull mixes, labradors, and German Shepherds. I also volunteered for two years at an animal shelter in Bryan, TX. I have dealt with several dogs of different demeanors as well as given first aid to dogs with various injuries. Rest assured your dog will be safe with me! Hi there! I’ve just moved to Santa Fe, and I would be more than happy to watch your furry friend. I am actively job hunting, so I will let you know if I have an interview scheduled. I have one active Labrador retriever who is well-tempered and trained so there will not be many dogs. If I have another dog coming on the date you requested I will let you know in advance. I have a fenced yard with artificial turf and one energetic, playful, and well-tempered Labrador retriever. She’s spayed and fully vaccinated (+ the bordetella vaccine) of course, and loves to play! No history of aggression or dog fights, and she is well trained.

My house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood right across the street from Frenchy Field. I can provide a much smaller pack environment for your dog rather than a kennel where there could be 50 dogs at a time. Yikes!! I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.

About: Working with pets is something I truly love. I grew up on a farm with countless cats, cows, pigs, and horses, where I think that love started. Since, I’ve volunteered for an animal shelter, cared for other’s pets (housesitting, walking, drop in visits), and had my own doggo for thirteen years, and recently adopted a sweet family dog. About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for others for over a decade. I'm currently childless and can work from my laptop anywhere on a flexible schedule. I have maximum flexibility to meet needs you may have. Please note: continuous all day care in your home is my default service and my price reflects that. I'm primarily a vacation sitter and book only one client at a time. If you book my nightly rate I guarantee 18 out of the 24 hours in the day will be at your home with your pet(s). If you want to get price down and are in Albuquerque I might suggest booking my drop in services or discussing with me your expectations for hours so we can get to a price that works for us both. I also may lower price charged for each additional pet depending on pet's energy level and needs. For example, if you have a second or third dog that mostly sleep all day can lower the price extra for each extra dog fee. I'm an avid outdoor hiker and walker so even high energy pups are good with me. I also take care of your home and pets as if they were my own. Golden rule. For house sitting, I have 60 mile radius I work in with -includes ABQ and Sante Fe. I'm available to pet sit in your home while working from home day hours starting early morning M-F if your home is conducive for me to do so and generally stay overnight unless you'd like me not to. I need a table wifi, and ac for working. I can do drop in visits if you are ten minute drive from me during M-F as well. On Saturday and Sunday I am fully available for your pets unless I have made plans or am traveling myself. For spending night in your home, I am respectful of your privacy and only go in bedrooms for sleep and can wash the sheets for when you get back. If you don't want me in bedroom and have a comfy couch I am fine with that too. I can care for pets in your home where they are most at ease. I am not able to board at my home because of my HOA :(
