About: I have cared for dogs and cats my whole life so I understand the basics of training and taking care of them. I currently have an orange tabby named Prince who gets along super well with other dogs and cats! No worries if your pet doesn’t get along with others though, I can also have other people watch him while yours stays. I can care for pets whenever, I have classes throughout the week but since I stay on campus I’m never more than 5 minutes walking distance away from my dorm. On average I have about 3 hours of classes per week day so I’m home the rest of the time. I will be able to board always and do dog walks any day of the week. I have reliable transportation as well. My dorm is quite large so I have space to take care of pets, as well as toys and food and a litter box for cats if you can’t bring yours. I also live in a very outdoorsy campus so I can take dogs on long nature walks.

About: If your pet needs a new best friend… I’m your guy. I’ve loved animals literally my whole life! My first dog was a Husky who used to give me chaparoned rides in the backyard when I was a baby. Since then I’ve grown up with all kinds of pets, dogs, cats, bunnies, mice, hamsters, chickens, and animals have always just vibed with me! I bond really well with pets of all kinds, whether they’re shy, playful, energetic, or the type that just wants a chill person around. About: I’ve taken care of my senior dog for four years before she passed away. This includes feeding, bathing, brushing, meeting her potty needs and walking. I also pet sit for two dogs when their owner is out of town. I work for a restaurant during the morning or afternoon shift for roughly 6 hours. I can work in between those times and I only have one shift a day. (Some days are completely open!) I am very good about respecting spaces and following directions. I usually walk dogs twice a day around the neighborhood; however, I will follow whatever directions are given. I love giving attention to pets, especially dogs that need some extra care. About: I have grown up with dogs all my life, from yorkies to German shepherds. I am unable to commit full to have a dog of my own just yet, but still want to provide the love and care to other dogs. I am very active, love going on hikes and finding new parks in the area! I am in the end of my surgical residency making my schedule relatively flexible. About: My name is Juliette Conzuelo, I been working with animals for 10 years now. Now being around other peoples fur babies is my part time job that I enjoy soo much. I will give full care and love toward the animals you hold dear to your heart and treat them as my own giving them their space and patience to letting them to get to know me. I make sure to play and walk animals and that they are promptly fed during their accustomed feeding hours and make sure any medicine is taken when needed. I always make sure water bowls are filled. I have six babies of my own, four dogs and two cats and I am fortunate that my little babies have uplifted my spirits on bad days and in return I like to give them the joy of just being outside for a hike or go backpacking, playing or cuddles! I can do housesits from San Felipe to any where near by Jemez, Santa Ana, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Albuquerque. For check ins and dog walks I prefer to be close to home from San Felipe to anything in between Rio Rancho.I do check ins at 10am - 6pm. Dog walks are also from 10am-6pm. I will not do any boarding or pet care at my own home. I have too many animals, would not want to overwhelm any animals.

I can provide a much smaller pack environment for your dog rather than a kennel where there could be 50 dogs at a time. Yikes!! My daily routine revolves around my pack needs. Our routine is generally foods, walks, parks, poops, pees, plays, sleeps, repeat…. His nickname is Sprex. He is Hawaiian, so naturally he is very friendly and mellow with tons of Aloha. My number one priority is pack safety. I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.

About: I grew up in a household with cats, dogs, small mammals, exotic and domestic birds, reptiles, and fish. I have experience as both a short and long term pet/house sitter. A large portion of my life has been spent working at pet stores, aquariums, wildlife rehabilitation facilities and with animal trainers so I have good background knowledge surrounding a large variety of animal care. By trade I am a biologist with a focus in the marine sciences. As a full-time field biologist, the field part of my job doesn’t allow me time to have pets of my own. So between field jobs I greatly enjoy the opportunity to pet sit since I have lots of time to dedicate to your pet! About: I’ve been around dogs of all shapes and sizes most of my life with various health issues which I’ve been fortunate to learn from. I’ve been raising a now almost 3 year old Rottie pup (Raja); well-versed in training through positive reinforcement and happy to support any training that you are working on while your fur baby is in my care! I send lots of photo updates (I know how daunting it can be to leave your baby with a stranger), and I am always a call away for peace of mind.
