About: I have cared for dogs since our first Siberian Husky joined the family in the 1960's! Family, friends and now new friends have entrusted me to take care of their fury family members when they leave town. From puppies to seniors they are all treated as if they were my own! I will consider accepting two dogs from the same family/household, but will generally only care for one dog at a time. This is so that no dog needs to not only adjust to being away from their own home, but also have to navigate relating to another, unfamiliar animal. I have no pets in my own home at this time either. Breeds I have cared for over the years include Labrador Retrievers, Samoyeds, Pugs, Huskies, Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Miniature Schnauzers, Weimaraner's, German Shepards, Golden Retrievers, Pit Bulls, French Bulldogs, English Setters, Australian Shepards, Cocker Spaniels, Cockapoos and countless mixed breeds! I work from my home and so I am able to devote myself to any dog in my care. I take frequent work breaks and consider my care of the dogs entrusted to me as a part of my at-home work/life routine! I only care for pets in my own home. I have a nice fenced in backyard with privacy fencing on two sides and chain link on the other two sides, and the dogs seem to like the space. I do not leave dogs in the backyard on their own. I am with them if they are outside. I like to walk the dogs around my neighborhood and through the nearby park up to three times per day depending upon their energy level/physical abilities or limitations and their established routine. Any dogs that are more couch potatoes are certainly never forced to take walks. I honor where they are in terms of their breed, age and physicality! I have cared for elder dogs who have needed regular, timely medications and close observation as well as wild little puppies and everything in between! My home is kept very clean and neat to prevent my fury guests from getting into anything they should not and between visits I wash all dog bedding, towels, blankets and rugs.

“Bueller and I feel so lucky to have found Yvette and Eli. She would send updates including videos and pictures through the day and during overnight stays! I can’t say enough about her. If you want your baby looked after like royalty, don’t look anywhere else!”

About: I have had dogs all my life and learned to care for them at a young age. Animals are truly a gift and deserve the utmost respect and compassion. I am almost always home and I enjoy the companionship of furry friends. As a pet owner, I know how daunting leaving your dog behind can be. I have a large home with a large fenced yard. In addition, I have the DogGuard electric fence system and a 30 foot tie out. Dogs are an important part of my life. I currently have 2 doodles. A 4 year old mini golden doodle and a 1.5 year old Bernedoodle. Both are neutered males and very friendly. They have yet to meet a dog that they didn’t love! I will care for your dog as if they were my own. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and beds. There are 1-2 walks/day, weather permitting. If you are looking for a comfy home with lots of attention for your pup while you’re away, then look no further. I am at home nearly all the time. My fur babies don’t like being home alone. I typically walk my dogs in the late morning and early evening. My house is set back from the road and fenced/walled off. I also have the dog guard electric fence and a 30 foot tie out. Every dog is fitted with an Apple AirTag for extra security. My home is safe and secure.

About: What sets me apart is my wide range of experience and genuine love for every dog I meet. I've cared for pups as tiny as 5 pounds and seniors up to 80 pounds, from playful 2-month-old puppies to wise, loving dogs in their 20s. Every dog is unique, and I take the time to understand their needs, personalities, and routines—whether it’s high-energy playtime or gentle companionship. Spending time with dogs isn’t just a job for me—it’s something that brings me real joy. I treat every pet like they're my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and important while you're away. Your dog’s happiness and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a wide range of availability right now, which means your pup will get plenty of attention and care! I recently moved back home to Michigan from Arizona and have settled into a spacious, pet-friendly apartment. Since I work part-time remotely, I’m home most of the day and have lots of flexibility to focus on your dog’s needs—whether that’s regular potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, or sticking to a special routine. This setup allows me to provide high attentiveness and personalized care, making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and right at home while you're away. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my top priorities are always respect, safety, and comfort. I believe every animal deserves to feel secure and cared for, so I take the time to understand their routines, boundaries, and unique personalities. In your home, I follow your guidelines closely to keep things familiar and stress-free for your pet. In my home, I create a safe, calm environment where they can relax, play, and be themselves. I never rush interactions, instead I let pets set the pace so they feel confident and comfortable with me. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like a family member, making sure they’re not only safe, but genuinely happy and well cared for.

“Angela and her rescue pack are great! She’s so kind, comforting, and understanding with our shy anxious rescue girl. Her boys Ernie and Jerry are a nice bonus to help socialize Gretchen with other dogs. I also appreciate Angela’s open honest and frequent communication.”

“My little girl was given excellent care and attention by Rebecca and Jim. The photos (and updates) sent by Rebecca showed Gigi was relaxed and happy to get belly rubs from Jim. My day away was more comfortable knowing Gigi's was with super nice, responsible people in a loving environment.”

About: I have never been able to commit to having a dog child because of my work and travel. I get my fix by caring for friends babies! I fostered 2 dogs until they were healthy enough to be adopted. Large dog breed are my favorites, if I owned a dog it would be a Carrin Terrier or a Bully. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I can give snuggles, walk or play week days or weekends. Available for 1 day or a week. I have a large fenced in yard and don’t mind pets on my furniture. I do have a cat that ignores dogs and she would be in the home.
