“If you get the opportunity to book any service with Maikala, JUMP ON IT!! She was an overnight house/pet sitter for our 2 senior doggies for two weeks and I can't tell you the relief I felt after our meet & greet knowing our fur babies and house were in such EXCELLENT hands the whole 2 weeks we were away. One of our dogs is basically blind and deaf, both need daily oral meds, and the other one needs eye drops 3x/day. She handled all of that with ease on top of giving our pups lots of snuggles, walks and love. I'm pretty sure they were bummed to see us come home and her leave them (kidding, not kidding). She also sent videos, photos, and check-in texts throughout our vacation to continue to give us peace of mind. When an issue came up with the dogs getting into a little scuffle, she calmly handled the situation and appropriately contacted me; I appreciated her judgment in the moment. On top of all this, Maikala also took care of our fish, turtles, plants, garbage, mail and even unloaded our Instacart grocery bags on our last day away so we would have food when we got home! She is kind and trustworthy, warm yet professional. You can tell she really desires to provide the best care she can. Her services were worth every penny and we are definitely booking her for our next vacation!”

About: Growing up I was always fond of dogs and would always want to take care of them and be around them. I was taking care of big and small dogs with no problem. I have a mini pinscher/chihuahua mix dog that is my literal son. I will eventually start school on August 25 but, as of right now I am available at any time during the day, noon, and night. Their safety and comfort is my number one priority. I am responsible for their well being so I make sure they are fed and got their exercise for the day.

About: I've worked my entire 30+ year career taking care of people and their animals. I've five years in private in-home care for seniors, eight years in childcare, and over 10 years caring for the pets of my friends, family, and relations thereof. Cats, dogs, hamsters, birds, and even a pair of ferrets! I'm pretty good at connecting and animals tend to read that. I'm all about healthy treats, balanced food options, great nutrition, and appropriate exercise; and as a former chef and caregiver, I love cooking for pets too! While I don't currently have any pets of my own, I'm also happy to just chill out with your pet for anxiety reducing calm and comfort. Need someone to be attentive and sensitive to your pet's needs? I'm your Girl! I'm currently working remotely, part-time Tuesday through Thursday. My work is pretty flexible and I can take it with me wherever I go, though I do require notice so I can prepare and make adjustments if needed. I'm open to negotiating outside of calendar hours listed. Just reach out and ask! If I'm unable to make it work, I'll let you know. I'm a fun-loving soul that, simply, adores animals! I'm happy to care for your pup or meowser at your East Bay home. I can stay or stop by to play, spend quality time, or just water, feed, and walk your furry friend if that's what you need. About: I’ve taken care of many breeds of dogs along with cats. I love kittens and puppies as well. I can work with special dietary requirements as well I am currently working part time so I would have plenty of time to take care of your pets. I would meet any requirements needed. I have a fenced front yard and backyard. I have two friendly pups that love to play. I love taking them to the park. And are crate trained

I have cared for my pets from just a few weeks old all the way through their senior years. I work remotely full-time so would love to take your pup on a walk in the mornings or evenings or just pop in for a daily check. I can also stay overnight for care too. About: I am a loving and friendly dog sitter! I grew up with two dogs, a poodle and a Chihuahua. My family currently has a bull terrier that I love very much. I also take care of my best friend's dog when she is out of town. I love dogs and going on walks so this combination is perfect for me. I am currently a nanny to one of nephews as needed but I am free every day during the summer to take care of your furry babies. I make sure I read their cues of needing water/food, when they need to pee/poop, when they're overstimulated, stressed, or happy. I also make sure to pet them and show them love by scratching them, patting them, and rubbing them. I also follow any schedule that is given to me to make sure they stick to their normal routine.

About: Hi! My name is Amara and I have 4 cats! I have grown up with cats in my household since I was little. I fostered kittens and did pet sitting on Rover from 2018-2020 with my family. I pet sit for family friends and am very excited to be back on Rover getting to know all of your furbabies! I just graduated from high school and will be starting college in the late fall. I am available most of this summer and have blocked the dates I will be away. When I am here I am available all day to fit whatever needs you may have I am a very responsible person, at my house I clean our cats litter and take turns feeding them.
