About: Having grown up around and worked in my Dad's vet clinic I feel that cats and dogs are not just pets - they're part of the family! Naturally, you want your family to be happy and comfortable when you can't be there. That's where I come in - to give you the peace of mind knowing that someone caring, experienced and responsible will be there to help take care of your pets. Having years of experience house-sitting and walking and as a former employee of my father's veterinary clinic, I can administer medication and care for pets that may be more challenging than average. Additionally, if there were to be any sort of medical issue with your pet, I'm blessed to have my dad with 35 + years of experience just a phone call away who can give immediate feedback and advise to help you and I make the right decision for your pet. I love animals and their ability to experience joy and live fully in the moment. I have had dogs, cats, horses, ferrets and guinea pigs. Right now I live in a small apartment and my only fur baby is a 5-year-old male corgi named Ollie. He's a lot of energy and personality in a small package and you may see us at Marymoor or a pop up dog park or walking or jogging the slough if you spend much time in Redmond. I'm in the process of transitioning to go back to school for nursing and in the interim my schedule is wide open, and this is my top priority. Once I begin school in mid-summer my schedule will be more limited, but I will still be available for these services. My home is small and it may be possible to host but I would need advanced notice so that I could make arrangements for my dog. When I care for pets in their own home, I make sure that I have a full understanding of the residence, homeowner's expectations and how the pet interacts with their environment.

About: I have had dogs the vast majority of my life and have seen them from puppy to senior citizen. I am happy to meet a dog where they are at. I am happy to feed, water, administer medications, and walk your cute canine. I work full time with flexible hours. I usually feed in mornings and evenings and walk either then or midday. I am mostly free on weekends. Pets are family. I treat your pets the way I would want a sitter to treat mine. Animals need to be met on their level. If they are shy they need time to acclimate, if they are rambunctious I need to be ready for high energy.

About: Growing up with a family member who had a serious phobia of dogs (and pretty much all animals), I had to get really creative to spend time with them. I became the family friend dog-sitter, cat-sitter, and even volunteered at a parrot sanctuary—basically, if an animal didn’t run away from me, we were best friends. Now, as an adult, I’m more experienced, reliable, and hopefully your pet’s new cool aunt. (P.S. Apologies for the questionable quality of the animal photos on my profile—every picture I found involves me making goofy faces while babbling nonsense to the pet due to extreme cuteness overload.) I work 9-5 on weekdays and often from home, so I have plenty of flexibility to pet sit or take your dog for walks either early in the morning or after work. My schedule allows me to fit in walks, playtime, and any other pet care needs around my workday—your pet won’t be left waiting for attention! I find it important to respect each animal’s boundaries, especially if they’re not used to me. I’ll follow your pet’s lead—if they want cuddles, AMAZING; if they prefer to judge me from afar, I’ll gladly accept their judgment.
