Both my dogs (age 7 & 6) had NEVER been boarded or kenneled before, so I was nervous that they'd be anxious and upset, but they came home absolutely happy and contented after staying with her. She was kind enough to provide twice-daily feedback about their walks, sleep schedule, and general wellbeing, and that helped me relax and enjoy myself. My dogs sleep on the bed at home, and I chose Emily because she was going to be with them at night and because she has so many repeat customers; that tells me all I need to know! “We are overjoyed by our experience with this Rover. It was the first time we had ever left mom’s Chinese Crested with anyone since we brought her home 1-15-21 after mom’s funeral. We have taken her everywhere with us including to Gulf Shores Alabama. We were traveling with a long ferry ride this time and we couldn’t take her. We were updated with text, photos and videos that kept us from worrying about her. She looked very happy and we could concentrate on getting things done and getting back home.
