Miranda did an awesome job with Draco from the time we dropped him off until the time we picked him up. She sent us many videos and pics and in all of them he looked super happy. It really seemed that he had acclimated and became a part of her family, and they treated him as such. He also really enjoyed playing with their son and their beautiful chocolate lab. We will definitely be using her again in the near future. Charlotte is the absolute best, and my puhpeh girl Winter loves her stays. She's super understanding and flexible if able. My girl always comes home ready to nap so I know she was well taken care of and probably a little spoiled. Communication is always great/consistent and I get some cute pictures while I'm away. If I could give Amy and Grant more than five stars, I would! Leaving your dogs with someone else is never easy, but from the moment we met them, they made us feel welcome and at ease. They took the time to show us both the inside of their home and their yard, which was very important to us, and it was immediately obvious how organized and prepared they are. They asked thoughtful questions about Charlie and Roscoe's personalities, routines, feeding schedules, medications, supplements, allergies, and habits so they could care for them exactly the way we do. Amy and Grant took the time to understand each of their individual needs, and it was obvious from the beginning that they truly wanted to provide the same level of care our dogs receive at home. We had a last-minute schedule change that was completely my fault, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating without making me feel like it was an inconvenience. Throughout their seven-day stay, they sent multiple updates every day with photos and videos that made us smile and reassured us that our boys were happy, safe, and loved. It was especially sweet to see their children spending time with Charlie and Roscoe and treating them like members of the family. The thing that impressed me most was the incredible attention to detail. They sent home a spreadsheet documenting everything—from feedings, medications, and supplements to personalities, allergies, and routines. Because we have a very specific way of caring for our dogs, that level of organization meant the world to us. Amy and Grant cared for Charlie and Roscoe as if they were their own, and that's something you simply can't put a price on. We are so grateful for everything they did, and I would trust them with our dogs again in a heartbeat. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for caring, dependable, organized, and genuinely wonderful Rover sitters.
Siobhan was great! She kept me posted about Shade and sent pictures. I liked she had other dogs for Shade to interact with. A plus is Siobhan’s location is very convenient to where I live. This is the third time I requested her services, however was only fortunate to book twice. Very pleased and would recommend!
