“I was extremely satisfied with the care Bentley received while with Amanda and her family. Her fur babies were very welcoming to Bentley and I felt he was happy with his new friends. To my surprise, they went on a “field trip” where they were allowed to run off leash and smell and play in a very large confined space . I worried he would not want to leave with me and leave his friends behind. I highly recommend Amanda and will definitely use her in the future!!”

“Amy and Grant are wonderful. They were welcoming and flexible with Ollie’s needs, especially as their own pup was recovering from an injury. They have a nice big yard for play, communicated regularly, and it was obvious they cared to make Ollie’s stay comfortable for him and their family.”

“Zulema came to us super happy. She got home & slept all day! So I can tell she had tons of fun & was taken care of! Abby is an excelent communicator & made sure to send pictures and updates. 10/10”

“Dylan was very accommodating with the timing of our meet and greet and very responsive to texts and emails etc. It was so nice to find a responsible sitter for our 2 doggies over a holiday weekend on short notice! I was very confident in Dylan’s ability to cope with most any situation due to his experience as a Vet Tech. I certainly would recommend his services!”

“What can I say about Kendra except that she is amazing! We were apprehensive about leaving our dog because she had been going in the crate alot. Kendra was patient, devised a pottery schedule and sent updates with pictures each day. We could not have asked for a kinder nor competent sitter for Sophia while on vacation. Kendra is our go to from now on. Thank you Kendra!”

“Ellysia is the best! My pups had the greatest time with her and her family. Updated daily with pictures and activities. We will definitely be using her again and recommend her hands down.”

“Very professional and practical. The communication was punctual and timely. I was very pleased to see our dog having such a lovely time during my time away. Highly recommend Anita for your Rover needs.”

“Melissa was absolutely wonderful with my dog. She was excellent with the communication and pictures and I felt so good to see my dog happy while I was out of town taking care of business. Melissa will forever be my dog sitter for my pup.”

“Adam and Amanda are the best! There are plenty of other dog sitters who live closer to me, but there’s a reason why I am willing to drive 45 minutes one way to drop off Rocky. I know he will be taken care of and loved. Which is a peace of mind for our family.”

“Rikki Rocks! It was wonderful working with Rikki and having her care for our Fiona. We received regular updates and photos of Fifi throughout her stay ~ and as an added bonus, the photos looked professionally done thanks to Rikki's unique props and sets! We highly recommend Rikki and look forward to Fiona staying with her again. P.S. Rikki's Great Dane, Pearl, is absolutely gorgeous ~ she and Fiona got along famously! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I'm happy to report that I was Lisa's first customer. She was absolutely phenomenal with Ryce. She ensured that he was safe, fed and entertained. I received many pictures from the beginning to the end of the stay. Lisa is definitely a breathe of fresh air and I will use her again and again. See you soon, Lisa!!!”

“Leidy agreed to watch our German shepherd with a short notice and did an incredible job! Send frequent updates and pictures which we love! Very grateful he was in such good hands while we had to leave town!”

“If I could give 100 stars I would for the exceptional care Sarah gave to my baby I would. Not only did she care for Penny as if she was her own, this was the first time Penny has been left with anyone other than family, and Sarah made Penny feel as though she was family. I would recommend Sarah to service your pet without hesitation only when I wouldn't need her again, period!”

“It was a pleasure to have Bean stay with Allejah. She was a sweetheart and so accommodating! I will definitely be booking again. She was extremely considerate of any changes made, as well as any potential problem Bean ran into! <3”

“Ari took such good care of Stella!! I received updates and photos every day. You could tell Stella was having an awesome time. Ari was very accommodating of Stellas needs as an older dog with knee issues. Her home is so dog friendly with plenty of places for Stella to rest and explore. She was also very understanding and flexible with my travel plans. Would 1000% recommend, and Stella will be back here for sure”

“Cooley's first time being away from home was the best experience ever thanks to Candace. Candace took him in and treated him like he was her own. Arwin, Candace's dog and Cooley got along so well together and normally he doesn't do well with other dogs. I would definitely recommend her for your dog sitting needs. She's such a caring and honest person that truly loves all pets. I was updated with messages and pictures the whole time he was there. Feel free to look at his stay pictures. They are so cute. We already have a trip planned in July and he will be staying with Candace again. I'm so happy to have found her. It surely does make vacationing easier now knowing that I have someone to take excellent care of him. Thanks again Candace for a great stay. Annette & Cooley”

“Deven and Tyreek provided excellent care for our dog while we were away and sent photos of her every other day. We really appreciated the piece of mind they provided so that we could enjoy ourselves!”

“Beverley is amazing with our fur baby Ember! She gives updates to keep us at ease. Our puppy is comfortable there and warms right up as soon as she arrives. We’re so glad we found a trusted sitter through Rover and couldn’t be more pleased with her services. We will always rebook with her!”

“Our Ace had a wonderful time with Kayce and her family. He had multiple pups to play with and now he’s worn out. Kayce’s family was kind enough to give Ace a bath after he decided to roll around in the dirt. We would definitely use Kayce again!”

“Allison did a great job with my two cats while my family and I were out of town. During our trip, we had a false alarm trip from our alarm system. Even though the police checked and cleared the scene, I asked if she'd check the window where the alarm originated on her next visit. She has no problem checking it and also took pictures per my request. She responded to all my messages quickly and sent fun pics of my girls. Overall great experience, thanks Allison!”

“Indiana is amazing 🤩 both myself and Dexter could not be happier. She is personable, very friendly, neat, prompt, and obviously loves animals. Dexter is usually very stand offish & unsure of new people but he immediately allowed pats and was in Indiana’s lap for most of her photos! Absolutely will be calling on this amazing woman in the future. Don’t hesitate to book her!!”

“Annabella is great. She picked up a very short notice drop-in visit, and gave me and my wife peace of mind on our weekend trip. She followed every request I had exactly and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter!”

“Jessica was a wonderful pet sitter for my cat. When she scheduled the initial visit I was super impressed by all of the excellent questions that she asked to make sure that she could do the best job at caring for my cat. While watching my cat she did a brilliant job of caring for her and helping me feel at ease by sending detailed pictures and videos. Jessica definitely exceeded my expectations by spending extra time with my cat and making her feel comfortable. Jessica's a wonderful pet sitter and I strongly recommend that you use her!”

“Hana is amazing! She’s so flexible and understanding when it comes to schedules and demands of each animal in the home. She truly cares about our animals (she will leave our tv on for our dog so she isn’t lonely) and does enrichment treats without us even asking her to. I trust her with our babies 100%”

“We were so glad to have Darnell watch our senior kitties over the holidays again. He goes above and beyond, and we came home to happy, healthy kitties who'd been well cared for. Thanks, Darnell, for being our go-to catsitter!”

About: I've always felt like I identified more with cats, despite my parents being firmly in the "dog people" camp. So when I moved out on my own, I got my own cats, who are both around 6 years old at this point. I've also spent 2+ years volunteering with humane societies and smaller charities to help find cats their fur-ever homes. I'm passionate about cat care and would love to meet your fur baby!

“Grace did a wonderful job dropping in on my cat Lotta while I was out of town. She was on-time every day, did everything I asked, and left the house just as she found it. She also provided updates and pictures after every visit, which I really appreciated. My cat was well cared for and I would have no hesitation in booking Grace again or recommending her to others.”

“Rebecca cared for our three cats for about a week and a half, doing drop ins every other day. She was kind and communicative from start to finish, and went above and beyond to keep us and our kitties happy including lots of playtime, topping off food and water, and even watering a plant for us and bringing packages inside. Would book her again for future travel!”

“Joanette was an great sitter. She is consistent, trustworthily and friendly. We can highly recommend her. She sent great detailed updates and pictures each visit. We absolutely love her.”

“Abby, had great communication with me while our pup was there. She sent me pics which helped put our minds at ease. What sold me on her was that within 5 minutes of me reaching out with our dogs info and request for care she responded back with her address ready to take him immediately. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely be using her services!”

“Jeanette was great! She was able to accommodate Romeo in a very short time frame, and had to wake up early for the drop off. She kept me updated and Romeo loved her! Overall great experience.”

“Amanda is hands down a five-star sitter! She watched my dog all day and did an incredible job managing her high energy; she really went above and beyond to get all those "zoomies" out, and I picked up a very happy, tired pup. Her communication was also top-notch throughout the day, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. If you’re looking for someone reliable who truly knows how to engage with dogs, I highly recommend booking with Amanda!”

About: As a former teacher and parent, I bring a level of patience, structure, and attentiveness to dog care that closely mirrors what children need to feel safe, supported, and well-guided. I understand how important routine, consistency, and clear boundaries are—not just for behavior, but for overall well-being. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do—it’s a part of my daily life. I have hands-on experience with multiple breeds and temperaments, including my own dogs: three Huskies, a Dalmatian, and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. This has given me a strong understanding of both high-energy and more sensitive breeds, and how to balance activity with proper rest. My home is run as a family-supported, professionally managed boarding environment. My husband, a veteran, is also present and supportive, adding an extra level of attentiveness and reliability to the care your dog receives. What truly sets me apart is the intentional structure I provide. Dogs in my care are guided through a balanced routine that includes play, socialization, rest, and calm time. This helps prevent overstimulation, anxiety, and unsafe behaviors. This type of environment doesn’t just keep dogs safe—it helps them build better habits. Dogs learn to settle, share space appropriately, and become more comfortable around other dogs in a controlled setting. For many dogs, this supports improvements in reactivity, socialization, and overall behavior, helping them become more confident and well-adjusted outside of the home. I strongly believe that dogs thrive when their needs are met through routine, rest, and structure. Just like people, they require downtime and sleep to stay balanced. A consistent schedule helps prevent stress and overstimulation, creating a calmer, happier experience. I have experience caring for dogs with a variety of needs, but I am intentional about ensuring that each dog is a good fit for my environment, so I can maintain a safe, structured, and positive space for every dog in my care. Pet care is my full-time focus, and my daily schedule is built entirely around the dogs in my care. I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, scheduled walks, outdoor play, and one-on-one attention. Dogs are cared for on a structured routine that includes activity, feeding, and designated rest periods to keep them balanced and comfortable. I’m able to maintain a calm, organized environment where dogs receive reliable care, attention, and structure every day. I provide care in a structured, well-managed home designed for safety, balance, and low stress. As an owner of 5 dogs, 3 different breeds who are trained, I know what dogs need to thrive, feel loved, and thrive socially. While dogs are treated with love and attention, this is not a free-roam environment. I operate a crate-structured system that allows each dog to rest, reset, and avoid overstimulation while also keeping all dogs safe. In my home: • Dogs are comfortably crate trained • Dogs are crated during rest periods, overnight, and when unsupervised • Dogs are rotated for safe, controlled interaction • Dogs are never left to freely roam together without supervision This setup allows me to safely care for multiple dogs while still providing individual attention and a calm atmosphere. For safety: • Dogs must be non-aggressive toward people and other dogs • No history of biting or unsafe behavior • Dogs must be able to remain calm when confined • Collar or harness is required at all times This environment is best suited for dogs who are used to structure, routine, and boundaries.
About: We love our fur babies and have been fostering dogs and cats for years. Every dog becomes a member of our family while they are here! Our furniture is pet-friendly and we have a fenced in back yard. We love to go to the park and hike with our dogs when the weather is pleasant! 🐾 Health & Vaccination Policy 🐾 For the safety and well-being of all pets in my care, I require that all dogs are up-to-date on the following vaccinations: • Rabies • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) • Bordetella (kennel cough) Puppies must have completed their full vaccination series appropriate for their age. I may request proof of vaccinations prior to your booking, especially for boarding or daycare stays where pets may be in shared spaces. Additionally: • Dogs should be free of fleas, ticks, and any contagious illnesses • Please let me know if your pet has recently been sick or exposed to illness • Pets showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, etc.) may need to reschedule for everyone’s safety I truly care about creating a safe, clean, and stress-free environment for every pet. Thank you for helping me keep all my furry guests happy and healthy! 🐶💛 I have plenty of free time to play with your pets, as I work from home part time. I have a fenced in yard, a pet friendly home and I have a large crate, if needed. For anxious dogs, I have the space to keep your fur baby apart from other animals in my home.

“We had such a great experience with our sitter through the Rover app. She was incredibly accommodating and adjusted seamlessly to our schedule, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment Tilley arrived, it was clear she genuinely cared for her like one of her own pets. She kept me updated, made sure Tilley was comfortable, and gave her so much love and attention during her stay. Her home had more than enough space for Tilley to feel relaxed and active, and I really appreciated how intentional she was about keeping her engaged with daily activities and playtime. Tilley came home happy, well cared for, and clearly enjoyed her time there. It gave me real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands, and I would absolutely trust her to watch Tilley again in the future.”

About: I love dogs, they are my favorite people. All shapes and sizes, whenever I spend time with them, they just make my heart happy. When they’re with me they’ll be taken good care of. Whether it’s long walks, games of tug of war, endless belly rubs, and lots of cuddles. I will love your pet as if they were my own. In addition to raising two dogs of my own, I’ve cared for friends and neighbors’ pets while they’re at work or away. I know how hard it is to leave your pet behind whether it’s while you’re at work or on vacation but when they’re with me you won’t have to worry because they’ll be well cared for and loved. I work full time Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm but only live 5 minutes from my work. I am able to go home midday and have evening and weekends free to spend lots of time with your fur babies. I make sure that they will remain on they’re regular feedings and pawty schedules and are free to run the apartment if no need to crate.

“Michelle is loving, kind and very accommodating. Her house is spotless and your pet always comes first. She updates you just enough so you can enjoy your travels and not worry about anything. I don’t think our dog wanted to leave. She got so much attention and love. Michelle is wonderful!”
“This was my very first time using Rover and also the first time leaving my dog, with a sitter so I was naturally a bit anxious. But from the very start, Lucky was absolutely amazing. She put all my worries at ease with her warm, caring demeanor and clear love for animals. Throughout Wojtek’s stay, Lucky kept me updated with sweet photos and messages that truly reassured me he was happy, safe, and getting lots of love. I’m so grateful to have found someone I trust with my pup. Lucky went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. I will definitely be booking with her again!”
