“I was extremely satisfied with the care Bentley received while with Amanda and her family. Her fur babies were very welcoming to Bentley and I felt he was happy with his new friends. To my surprise, they went on a “field trip” where they were allowed to run off leash and smell and play in a very large confined space . I worried he would not want to leave with me and leave his friends behind. I highly recommend Amanda and will definitely use her in the future!!”

“Absolutely great family taking care of Monty not just as my dog but as their own. Monty was such a happy boy when I picked him up. He says he wants to go back one day soon again. Such a beautiful family affair that made my travel so much easier knowing he s in such good hands including their super sweet and beautiful dog. Thank you so much”

“Abby saved the day for us, she welcomed our fur baby in with open arms and even though he can be quite a handful she held her own! I would highly recommend Abby to anyone who wants a personal touch with the right amount of professionalism. Abby knew what she was doing and put any apprehensions we may had completely to rest! If I could rate her higher than 5 stars I would - looking forward to using her services in the future. Thank you!!!!”

“Ellysia is the best! My pups had the greatest time with her and her family. Updated daily with pictures and activities. We will definitely be using her again and recommend her hands down.”

“Kendra was great! This was Yasha’s second time staying with her in less than a month. Goes to show how reliable she is and how comfortable she makes you feel, leaving your fur baby with her. She truly cares. I appreciate all the photo’s and updates as well. It’s good to know my baby is having a good time while I am vacationing. No more guilt! lol”

“Adam and Amanda are the best! There are plenty of other dog sitters who live closer to me, but there’s a reason why I am willing to drive 45 minutes one way to drop off Rocky. I know he will be taken care of and loved. Which is a peace of mind for our family.”

“Leidy agreed to watch our German shepherd with a short notice and did an incredible job! Send frequent updates and pictures which we love! Very grateful he was in such good hands while we had to leave town!”

“It was a pleasure to have Bean stay with Allejah. She was a sweetheart and so accommodating! I will definitely be booking again. She was extremely considerate of any changes made, as well as any potential problem Bean ran into! <3”

“Beverly was AMAZING. Kept in contact with me every step of the way, sent me the greatest photo updates, taught my puppy some new lessons, took incredible care of him, even washed my dishes she returned that my puppy had used while staying with her. I can’t say enough good things about her. I will absolutely be using her every time I go out of town. Her house was an incredible set up for dogs, especially the backyard. My puppy had the best time and didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Beverly!!!”

“I'm happy to report that I was Lisa's first customer. She was absolutely phenomenal with Ryce. She ensured that he was safe, fed and entertained. I received many pictures from the beginning to the end of the stay. Lisa is definitely a breathe of fresh air and I will use her again and again. See you soon, Lisa!!!”

“Melissa was absolutely wonderful with my dog. She was excellent with the communication and pictures and I felt so good to see my dog happy while I was out of town taking care of business. Melissa will forever be my dog sitter for my pup.”

“We left our doggie with Ari while traveling for two weeks and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to look after him. Our special boy is a senior Schnoodle that we rescued last year from a breeder situation gone really bad. Ari and her family welcomed him with open arms and treated him like he was one of the family. She sent daily updates and we thought our boy may not want to come home after seeing how much fun he was having in the photos. Also, he made a new best friend with the family dog Apollo. I would recommend Ari to anyone that is looking for a home-away-from home for their fur babies.”

“Ms Anika and her family was great taking care of Dog I thought it would be an issue but when I reached out to her she responded back and sent a video of my dog having fun I will definitely re-book with her in my next trip”

“Christine and Nick once again provided excellent care for my dog while we were on a trip. They were flexible with changes in schedule, provided frequent pics and updates about Mae, and are friendly and responsive.”

“Jeanette responded to our request right away in such a short notice. She happily took care of our 2 pitties for the weekend and even took them on a field trip! Will definitely book her again 💞”

“Deven and Tyreek were amazing! They took great care of my dog and kept me updated with photos. You can tell they really love animals — my dog was happy and comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely book with them again!”

“Denny was an awesome sitter for my little mami. I had to book him last minute because of some arrangements with my business trip and he was willing and friendly enough to take my puppy. The communications were clear and consistent. Throughout my trip I reached out to Denny to just check up on my baby and he was communicating very well as well as sending pictures. I will definitely book with him again and is looking for him to do dog sitting during the day while I’m at work 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.”

“Indiana is amazing 🤩 both myself and Dexter could not be happier. She is personable, very friendly, neat, prompt, and obviously loves animals. Dexter is usually very stand offish & unsure of new people but he immediately allowed pats and was in Indiana’s lap for most of her photos! Absolutely will be calling on this amazing woman in the future. Don’t hesitate to book her!!”

“Allison did an amazing job sitting for my cat. I’m expressed with how professional and thoughtful she was throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend and book with her again!”

“Jessica was a wonderful pet sitter for my cat. When she scheduled the initial visit I was super impressed by all of the excellent questions that she asked to make sure that she could do the best job at caring for my cat. While watching my cat she did a brilliant job of caring for her and helping me feel at ease by sending detailed pictures and videos. Jessica definitely exceeded my expectations by spending extra time with my cat and making her feel comfortable. Jessica's a wonderful pet sitter and I strongly recommend that you use her!”

“Crystal took great care of our kitties and went the extra mile to make sure they were comfortable with her. Very pleased with her care and would book her again!”

“Annabella is great. She picked up a very short notice drop-in visit, and gave me and my wife peace of mind on our weekend trip. She followed every request I had exactly and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter!”

“Philis did an amazing job to take care of all our kitties. She gained trust very quickly and was able to give medicine as one of them needed on a regular basis. Thanks to her I could enjoy my vacation, knowing that my kitties are in good hands. Even when I did come back everything was clean, so I was able to enjoy my vacation till the last minute. The pictures I got from her are amazing. I will keep them all.”

“Darnell was great with our fur babies! He was super thorough and made sure everything was taken care of each visit. We felt so comforted knowing that, while we were away from home, Darnell was checking in on them, spending some time with them, and taking care of everything they needed. He was also quick to communicate if anything came up and we really appreciated that as well! It’s hard to find a pet sitter with whom you feel totally safe leaving your pets, but Darnell is definitely a sitter that I would request again after seeing how well he treated ours :)”

“I am very pleased with the service frtom Abyy. I knew all the time what was going on and my typical shy cats trusted Abby immediately. I definitiv will book Abby again.”

About: As a lifelong cat lover and the current proud owner of two indoor cats, I know exactly what it takes to keep your feline friends happy, safe, and comfortable while you are away. Cats can be sensitive to change, and my experience allows me to respect their boundaries while ensuring they get the care they need, whether they are social or independent. I am highly adept at the essential, hands-on aspects of cat care, including scooping litter, cleaning up unexpected messes, and successfully administering oral pills or other medications without causing extra stress. I am available for daily drop-in visits to refresh food and water, clean the litter box, and provide plenty of play and affection so you can travel with total peace of mind.

“Rebecca cared for our three cats for about a week and a half, doing drop ins every other day. She was kind and communicative from start to finish, and went above and beyond to keep us and our kitties happy including lots of playtime, topping off food and water, and even watering a plant for us and bringing packages inside. Would book her again for future travel!”

“I traveled for a full week and needed someone I could trust to take care of Cat. I've booked Emily before and she is attentive, communicative, and overall a great sitter. Highly recommend!!!”

About: I've never been without pets in my life. My family and I have always been avid animal lovers, and I've been lucky enough to raise dogs, cats, snakes, and even horses! Growing up, we always had at least two dogs, and oftentimes, a cat as well. Currently, I have two cats and a pit bull of my own. Over the past 8 years, I've worked as a pet sitter for friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors. I'd like to offer my services to those who may not have someone they can lean on when they're busy! I work 3 days a week as a full time EMT and volunteer with a local fire department in my free time. If you have any questions about my services, me, or my availability- please don't hesitate to reach out! :) As a full time EMT, my work schedule is very forgiving. I have four days off each week, which are Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I can very easily fit pet care in on those days, and by request, can sometimes squeeze in morning care on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. With a dog and 2 cats of my own, I do not offer boarding services. I have plenty of experience pet sitting in your pet’s natural habitat; home visits are no issue for me, and I think it’s the best way to ensure that your animals are as comfortable as can be while you’re away.
“Amanda went above and beyond for my two cats while I was away over the holidays! She is respectful, professional, and a great communicator. Every day she would send me 20+ photos, to include photos of their food dishes and play time so I knew they were being well taken care of! She even cleaned up around the house so I didn’t come home to litter all over the floor! I was very pleased with her services, and I will definitely be a return customer!”

“Joanette was an great sitter. She is consistent, trustworthily and friendly. We can highly recommend her. She sent great detailed updates and pictures each visit. We absolutely love her.”

“Hana is amazing! She’s so flexible and understanding when it comes to schedules and demands of each animal in the home. She truly cares about our animals (she will leave our tv on for our dog so she isn’t lonely) and does enrichment treats without us even asking her to. I trust her with our babies 100%”

“Jeanette was great! She was able to accommodate Romeo in a very short time frame, and had to wake up early for the drop off. She kept me updated and Romeo loved her! Overall great experience.”

“Very genuine person, got down on brownie's level to engage with her, brownie was happy and well taken care off. Abby worked with me and my schedule, I am grateful that brownie has a home away from home”

“Amanda is hands down a five-star sitter! She watched my dog all day and did an incredible job managing her high energy; she really went above and beyond to get all those "zoomies" out, and I picked up a very happy, tired pup. Her communication was also top-notch throughout the day, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. If you’re looking for someone reliable who truly knows how to engage with dogs, I highly recommend booking with Amanda!”

“Sabrina was extremely accommodating as I needed day care coverage extremely last minute. About: As a former teacher and parent, I bring a level of patience, structure, and attentiveness to dog care that closely mirrors what children need to feel safe, supported, and well-guided. I understand how important routine, consistency, and clear boundaries are—not just for behavior, but for overall well-being. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do—it’s a part of my daily life. I have hands-on experience with multiple breeds and temperaments, including my own dogs: three Huskies, a Dalmatian, and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. This has given me a strong understanding of both high-energy and more sensitive breeds, and how to balance activity with proper rest. My home is run as a family-supported, professionally managed boarding environment. My husband, a veteran, is also present and supportive, adding an extra level of attentiveness and reliability to the care your dog receives. What truly sets me apart is the intentional structure I provide. Dogs in my care are guided through a balanced routine that includes play, socialization, rest, and calm time. This helps prevent overstimulation, anxiety, and unsafe behaviors. This type of environment doesn’t just keep dogs safe—it helps them build better habits. Dogs learn to settle, share space appropriately, and become more comfortable around other dogs in a controlled setting. For many dogs, this supports improvements in reactivity, socialization, and overall behavior, helping them become more confident and well-adjusted outside of the home. I strongly believe that dogs thrive when their needs are met through routine, rest, and structure. Just like people, they require downtime and sleep to stay balanced. A consistent schedule helps prevent stress and overstimulation, creating a calmer, happier experience. I have experience caring for dogs with a variety of needs, but I am intentional about ensuring that each dog is a good fit for my environment, so I can maintain a safe, structured, and positive space for every dog in my care. Pet care is my full-time focus, and my daily schedule is built entirely around the dogs in my care. I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, scheduled walks, outdoor play, and one-on-one attention. Dogs are cared for on a structured routine that includes activity, feeding, and designated rest periods to keep them balanced and comfortable. I’m able to maintain a calm, organized environment where dogs receive reliable care, attention, and structure every day. I provide care in a structured, well-managed home designed for safety, balance, and low stress. As an owner of 5 dogs, 3 different breeds who are trained, I know what dogs need to thrive, feel loved, and thrive socially. While dogs are treated with love and attention, this is not a free-roam environment. I operate a crate-structured system that allows each dog to rest, reset, and avoid overstimulation while also keeping all dogs safe. In my home: • Dogs are comfortably crate trained • Dogs are crated during rest periods, overnight, and when unsupervised • Dogs are rotated for safe, controlled interaction • Dogs are never left to freely roam together without supervision This setup allows me to safely care for multiple dogs while still providing individual attention and a calm atmosphere. For safety: • Dogs must be non-aggressive toward people and other dogs • No history of biting or unsafe behavior • Dogs must be able to remain calm when confined • Collar or harness is required at all times This environment is best suited for dogs who are used to structure, routine, and boundaries.

Our furniture is pet-friendly and we have a fenced in back yard. We love to go to the park and hike with our dogs when the weather is pleasant! 🐾 Health & Vaccination Policy 🐾 For the safety and well-being of all pets in my care, I require that all dogs are up-to-date on the following vaccinations: • Rabies • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) • Bordetella (kennel cough) Puppies must have completed their full vaccination series appropriate for their age. I may request proof of vaccinations prior to your booking, especially for boarding or daycare stays where pets may be in shared spaces. Additionally: • Dogs should be free of fleas, ticks, and any contagious illnesses • Please let me know if your pet has recently been sick or exposed to illness • Pets showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, etc.) may need to reschedule for everyone’s safety I truly care about creating a safe, clean, and stress-free environment for every pet. Thank you for helping me keep all my furry guests happy and healthy! 🐶💛 I have plenty of free time to play with your pets, as I work from home part time. She was incredibly generous with her communication, sending me regular updates and photos of their daily adventures, which I truly appreciated. It was so clear from every interaction that she has a genuine love for canines. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving sitter.”

“Rangeen is amazing!! I was coming through Richmond just for a day and she was so accommodating to my two pups, especially the timid not-so-dog-friendly one! Very responsive and kept me updated throughout their stay. If I lived closer, Rangeen would be our regular sitter! I hope we have the chance to book with her again.”

“We had such a great experience with our sitter through the Rover app. She was incredibly accommodating and adjusted seamlessly to our schedule, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment Tilley arrived, it was clear she genuinely cared for her like one of her own pets. She kept me updated, made sure Tilley was comfortable, and gave her so much love and attention during her stay. Her home had more than enough space for Tilley to feel relaxed and active, and I really appreciated how intentional she was about keeping her engaged with daily activities and playtime. Tilley came home happy, well cared for, and clearly enjoyed her time there. It gave me real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands, and I would absolutely trust her to watch Tilley again in the future.”

“Christine and Nick are absolutely incredible with our German Shepherd, Aurora. This was her first time staying away from home and socializing with other dogs, and they made her feel completely safe, loved, and part of the family. They followed her routine, handled her quirks with confidence and compassion, and kept us updated the entire time. Aurora always comes home exhausted, happy, and clearly well cared for. We’re so grateful to have found such trustworthy and experienced sitters— Highly recommend!”

About: I specialize in dogs that need a little extra grace and a lot of patience, but I also love a social butterfly! Having raised a reactive high-drive mix and managed the pulling power of large breeds like Labs and Great Danes, I know firsthand that not every dog is an easy walker. I bring a calm, highly disciplined, and observant approach to every visit, ensuring your dog feels secure and understood. My Special Skills Include: Reactive & Anxious Dog Handling: Creating safe, low-stress environments for sensitive souls. High-Drive Breed Management: Experience safely handling and exercising powerful, high-energy working breeds. Behavioral Reinforcement: Utilizing consistent treat training, professional handling techniques, and keen observation of canine body language. Large Breed Experience: Confident leash-handling for strong pullers. Whether your dog is a socialite who loves making friends or a sensitive pup who needs a sitter with unshakeable patience, I tailor my approach specifically to them. Pet care is a staple of my daily routine! While I work a standard 9-to-6 business day 5 days of the week, I am wide awake and ready to go for those early 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM morning walks. Your pup will get plenty of exercise and attention before I head out, and I’m back in the evenings for more play, dinner, and potty breaks until 10:00 PM. I specialize in recurring schedule drop ins and walks, ensuring your pets have a consistent best friend to look forward to constantly. Whether I’m staying at your place or visiting for a drop-in, your pets are treated like family. My approach combines physical exercise with mental engagement—I love incorporating short, positive training sessions into our day to keep their minds sharp. They’ll get plenty of 'tummy rub' downtime and scheduled feedings, but they’ll also get the structure and play they need to stay happy and tired out. Your dog won't just be watched; they’ll be active, engaged, and thoroughly spoiled.

I’m auntie. They go home spoiled. I travel a lot so, when my dog passed away I did not get another one. I work from home. I am empty nester who just went through a divorce. They can hangout with me all day. Ability to leave on the weekend to come back as required. Full fenced in yard. Traditional metal fence. With only two neighbors who have no animals. Quite neighborhood with a place to walk them around ponds.
“We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Amanda. Her love for animals is obvious and she is great with both of our dogs (one of which struggles with reactivity). Additionally, Amanda has gone above and beyond for our family when we really needed her. We highly recommend her!”

About: I am a former dog owner who's trained a few dogs. I will treat the dog like my own! I understand the importance of routine, exercise, and cuddles! I work full time. Mostly from home. My significant other has an alternative schedule so the dog would be under 24 hour supervision. I can't wait to have a buddy with me throughout the day! I understand how anxious your paw partner may be while you are away -- I am here to console your paw partner until you are back 💕 I live in a single home with a large fenced backyard with a pool they can play in! Great parks and trails nearby. Dogs will have freedom in all rooms of the home. Dog will be supervised 20-24 hours a day. This helps me ensure pet safety and quick turnaround on any changes to health and/or behaviors.

“Thank you so much for taking care of our dogs again and for doing it on such short notice! It’s so nice having someone so reliable and trustworthy. I know they’re already looking forward to your next visit!”

I have 5 years of experience in the veterinary world that has broadened my horizon to the variety of breeds out there and the different requirements they need. I have experience training my own service dog from 8 weeks old to present and continue to keep his training up to date. I also specialize in hospice care for our are geriatric puppies, because no matter how old they are, they are always puppies to us. I am currently pet sitting for people Part-Time. my goal is to make caring for animals my full-time job. While I continuemaking commissioned pet portraits! Along with other commissions for various prints and paintings. At my house, dogs will eat separately from other dogs for safety and have long line leash walks for potty breaks. If a pet is known to have toy aggression, toys will be taken out of the equation. I do have a service dog that comes with me everywhere including my clients homes. If a client 's pet is dog aggressive or the cats are scared of dog, I will not have my service dog interact with them to give comfort and safety for all.
“Kayce did an excellent job taking care of our Golden Retriever! She was very communicative from the beginning of the booking all the way throughout the stay. During the stay, she sent daily photos with updates and stories of how our dog was having a great time with her dog and family. We will definitely use her again for future needs.”

“If I could give 100 stars I would for the exceptional care Sarah gave to my baby I would. Not only did she care for Penny as if she was her own, this was the first time Penny has been left with anyone other than family, and Sarah made Penny feel as though she was family. I would recommend Sarah to service your pet without hesitation only when I wouldn't need her again, period!”

“Shay and Jake did an amazing job watching over Wendy. I could tell she was happy and comfortable with all the updates/pictures they provided. Would recommend to anyone who needs a pet sitter in the area!”
