About: Hi there! My name's Tyler, and it's a pleasure to (virtually) meet you. I'm 40, moved to Richmond from Miami to be closer to family in 2023, and work from home as a consultant. I grew up with dogs. My whole family also has dogs, so I like to think we can't help but love them. I'm naturally a nurturer and a caregiver. My mom was a teacher, and we often had the class guinea pig/gerbil/goldfish/snake/cat at the house as well. I'm comfortable with all animals. I volunteered at shelters while I was in school in North Carolina, and currently pet-sit for my busy and oft-traveling friends: the most recent rotation includes terriers, golden retrievers, labs, rottweilers, and pitbulls, but I've never met a dog I don't like or that doesn't warm up to me, no matter how shy. I have a 8 year old golden retriever border collie mix named Bowie who is in the process of becoming a certified Pet Partner/Delta Dog (he likes to volunteer, too!). He is super social and loves all creatures, furry and non-furry. He can be here if you board with me or stay with my boyfriend - whichever you prefer. I grew up a Navy brat and manage both people and businesses for a living- I am a firm believer in treating people, animals, and their homes with respect and dignity. Your house, your rules. I'm also totally open to plant-sitting, bringing in mail, puppy play-dates, the odd chore, etc. I also offer the option of ‘boarding in your home’ without staying there: lots of my regular clients like their pets to stay in their comfort zone at home, and I visit 4x a day for 30 minutes or more; this is usually morning, midday, afternoon/evening, and night, with walks/food/meds/cuddles/etc. Let me know if you’d prefer this service to boarding in my home or yours - I’m amenable to whatever you think is best for your pet. I respect and adhere to your rules for your pet family and for your home. It dictates my daily routine! I have a flexible schedule and pets come first - happy to work on your dog or cat’s normal schedule to keep things as aligned with normal as possible while you’re away. Pets in my home are welcome everywhere and have free access to water, toys, furniture, pet beds, blankets, etc. We go for lots of walks and I send lots of pictures!

About: I work hard to make your dog apart of our family, in my home while you are making your own memories, they have a Pawcation of their own! I have three dogs of my own - and I'm already set to make your dogs a part of our family with our routines already set. I have a 4.5 feet fenced in backyard, with doggie door. Dog beds everywhere! We do kennel at night in our climate controlled garage. We are so excited to invite your dogs over to play!

No potty breaks missed, feedings always on time and always gas in the tank for a trip to the dog park! I have a fenced in yard, no other animals or children. Everything that could be chewed on is up and out of reach, chemicals all sealed and stored behind closed doors or cabinets. Sidewalks all over the community and Taylor Farms park less than a 2 minute drive away.

About: I've loved dogs for the longest time and ever since I've had my own, you quickly realize they are more than a pet, they are family. My dog and I will treat your dog just like family during their visit. I succeeded well in training my dog on my own from house training, to off leash, to playing hide and seek, and I understand the important component of upholding and instilling any of your training while you're not present. I currently work remote, so I have plenty of time to give your pup comfort and attention throughout the day. I am available most weekdays and weekends, but may become more limited depending on the season. I have 1 dog, a small Yorkshire Terrier who is known as Mr. President because he loves to greet and befriend each pet or person he sees, no matter the size. He is super friendly and playful and would love to be a great friend and playmate with your pup. I can easily crate your dog if needed with one you provide or with one of my own crates or expandale play pens. My yard is open, but there is plenty of space for fun. I enjoy long walks, so if your pup needs to get in multiple miles, I can make that happen. I have a multi level townhome. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the home except for the kitchen. If your dog loves the outdoors, i have a small deck and a small enclosed front balcony they can hang on. There are plenty of toys and puzzles, but you are of course welcome to provide their favorite toy.
