We used Allison for the first time for a in-home boarding stay. Our dog was safe, well cared for, and we appreciated knowing she was in a home environment rather than a traditional kennel.
Allison is confident and understanding when handling our dog reactive pittie. He really enjoyed his stay with her and I had peace of mind knowing we could leave him with someone as knowledgable as her in dog behavior, that also understands his needs for attention and comfort. We're new to Virginia and so relieved to have found her!
I enjoyed having Allison take care of Sam during two separate days of golf. She was flexible and a very prompt communicator.

Allison was awesome! My normal puppy sitter called in sick and I was in a super tight spot. Allison was flexible with me and was able keep my 12 week old German Shepherd/Pitbull puppy the next day. I feel like it was meant to be, because she is usually booked out for weeks PLUS I was looking for a puppy trainer as well and she just happened to be a dog trainer full time. Couldn't be happier and didnt worry at all.
Allison took Makkachin last minute, which I was so grateful for! She is very well trained and knowledgeable about dogs, let Makkachin run around and play with other dogs, and walked, fed her, etc., followed all directions, and sent pics when she could. Makkachin had a full day with her! :)

Schedule
I’m home all day training dogs except for travel to pick up a dog to board and train. I do this 7 days a week.

I have a kennel ward in my home for the dogs to be when they are resting. I go on 4-5 mile walks a day with the dogs.
A typical day
I have an agility set, to do agility work. Walks and hikes. Plenty of games and activities. I can work with any behavioral dog since I am a professional trainer for Balanced K9 training of VA.
