“We can't say enough good things about Fran and Gabe. They take phenomenal care of our 5 year old black lab, Molly, and somehow manage to make every stay feel like a vacation for her. We've had sitters across Arizona, Nevada, California, and now Florida, and without question, Fran and Gabe are the best we've ever trusted with her. Nothing comes close. Molly is usually shy around new people, but that completely changed with Fran and Gabe. Now when we pull up, she jumps out of the car with joy because she knows she’s about to have a great time. Honestly, I almost didn’t want to write this review so we could keep them to ourselves, but they deserve all the praise. When we’re traveling, there’s not a single moment we worry about Molly. Amber was so accommodating for a last-minute need of a sitter for Yunie. She was really nice and sent me continuous pictures of my pup. She has a dog herself, and he was welcoming and very playful. Mason and Chelsea were amazing. Their entire home is catered toward the dogs and they obviously dedicate their lives to the genuine care of the dogs they have in their home. Awesome first time boarding experience. I was so worried about my dog who is very nervous to be away from his pack, Mason was incredibly reassuring and patient with both me and my dog and was quick to answer any questions and respond to any text messages and I just really am so grateful. I’m glad I finally have someone who I can trust my dog with.
Dylan and Krystal have watched our dogs twice now, and both experiences have been wonderful. I was so nervous leaving them the first time, but they made the process so easy and gave me peace of mind. The second stay was a longer one, and we ended up needing to extend it, which they were completely flexible and accommodating about. I truly appreciate how well they care for our dogs and would highly recommend them!
Carol provided lots of pictures and videos of Penny making friends with other dogs. Penny seemed to be enjoying herself and having a good time playing in the yard and getting exercise with her new buds. I would definitely recommend Carol and will use her in the future. Maria is the BEST!! This is the second time I have left CoCo at her home and I Love how she treats CoCo like her own puppy like family. Coco has so much fun there and Maria constantly sends videos and pictures throughout the day to keep me updated . Coco definitely has the best time there and receives endless love, cuddles and amazing care . I Will always use Maria when I need a sitter for CoCo . Our experience with Ms.Jennifer was exceptional from start to finish. Our son in San Antonio introduced us to Rover, and from the very first message from Ms. Jennifer., we felt like it was going to be a good experience. When we arrived to drop off our baby girl. Winter, you and her husband greeted my husband, Winter and I with such kindness. Winter was a little nervous, but Ms. Jennifer reached for her, held her close, and immediately started helping her to relax. We talked a little about Winter’s current state and what we had packed for her stay and said goodbye and you both wished us a safe trip. That meant a lot. Ms. Jennifer you didn’t disappoint, you are truly a woman of your word. You communicated with us everyday and sent adorable pictures of Winter, photos we appreciated and proudly shared with family members at the reunion. Your messages were thoughtful, sharing just what we needed and always timely. We also appreciated being able to communicate freely and your responses were always timely. When we returned to pick up Winter, she looked great and was happy to see us as she was handed to me. Her belongings were neatly packed, and the pick up transition was smooth and organized. Thank You for taking the time to give us a brief not rushed overall update of her stay, how she ate, how she slept. How she adjusted and her interaction, you also told us it was a pleasure to care for Winter too. Shortly after leaving you sent us a lovely text and thanked us for trusting you with winter and wishing us a wonderful rest of our day. Winter had a wonderful stay, and we were so thankful that we were able to leave her in such caring hands. We are adopting you and your family as part of our extended family.
