My business originally began in Homestead, Florida where I became the go-to sitter for friends and family as well as for a local vet clinic. Still, my love of animals and my dedication to caring for them started long before. I even once rescued a K-9 officer and ended up on the news for it. We moved to Port Saint Lucie in the summer of 2017 and since then, I’ve met some wonderful clients and their adorable animals while pet sitting and as a kennel assistant at a nearby vet clinic. A little about me: I have worked with animals for about 19 years, and have experience with grooming, bathing, at-home animal care, fostering, animal services, and volunteer work. I also have plenty of experience with elderly and special needs cats and dogs. During that time, I have worked with numerous breeds and appreciate what all these amazing dogs & cats have to teach us. I have cared for countless dogs and cats, and have provided a calm and safe environment during long trips (i.e. 1–2 week-long trips) as well as unexpected storms (i.e. hurricanes). As an animal lover, I also have plenty of pets! I currently have 2 dogs, 2 turtles, a 10-gallon fish tank, and a small rabbit. It’s a small tribe but they are all happy and healthy. During my time as a sitter, you will receive plenty of updates to ensure you have peace of mind while you are away. Your beloved pet will be in great care while you're away. They will be treated as if they were our own and we will make sure to keep your fur baby happy and safe. I provide a discount for first-time Rover users and as well for established Rover customers who book my services for the first time. Our experience with Ms.Jennifer was exceptional from start to finish. Our son in San Antonio introduced us to Rover, and from the very first message from Ms. Jennifer., we felt like it was going to be a good experience. When we arrived to drop off our baby girl. Winter, you and her husband greeted my husband, Winter and I with such kindness. Winter was a little nervous, but Ms. Jennifer reached for her, held her close, and immediately started helping her to relax. We talked a little about Winter’s current state and what we had packed for her stay and said goodbye and you both wished us a safe trip. That meant a lot. Ms. Jennifer you didn’t disappoint, you are truly a woman of your word. You communicated with us everyday and sent adorable pictures of Winter, photos we appreciated and proudly shared with family members at the reunion. Your messages were thoughtful, sharing just what we needed and always timely. We also appreciated being able to communicate freely and your responses were always timely. When we returned to pick up Winter, she looked great and was happy to see us as she was handed to me. Her belongings were neatly packed, and the pick up transition was smooth and organized. Thank You for taking the time to give us a brief not rushed overall update of her stay, how she ate, how she slept. How she adjusted and her interaction, you also told us it was a pleasure to care for Winter too. Shortly after leaving you sent us a lovely text and thanked us for trusting you with winter and wishing us a wonderful rest of our day. Winter had a wonderful stay, and we were so thankful that we were able to leave her in such caring hands. We are adopting you and your family as part of our extended family. This was my second time booking with Jennifer and once again I was so happy with the care Duke received. He gets so much love, attention, and affection while he’s there, not just from her but from her whole family, especially her kids which gives me real peace of mind when I’m away. She keeps me updated, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about him. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter.

Hi, I am writing this review based on our experience with Jennifer’s services. From the moment we arrived, the meet-and-greet was warm and welcoming for both me and Max. We immediately felt safe and comfortable in her home. During Max’s stay, Jennifer provided consistent updates, keeping me informed on how he was doing and how he was interacting with her family, especially her children. I am truly grateful to have found someone like Jennifer while browsing on Rover.com. Her reviews, along with her years of experience, made my decision to move forward with her services an easy one. I have previously boarded Max with veterinarians, but I much prefer for him to be in the comfort of a home environment where he is treated like family. Jennifer will definitely be my go-to person when it comes to caring for Max.

Schedule
I work full-time as a pet sitter, and part-time dog groomer. My family is also involved in caring for your furry family member and enjoys it just as much as I do. We make sure to keep the same schedule & training (if any) that they have at home and spoil them with love and affection as if they were our own.

Safety, trust & environment
We as a family provide a safe and pet-friendly environment both indoors and out. Playtime is provided as often as possible to keep them happy, healthy, and stimulated while they are here with us. We have an enclosed yard to ensure the safety of your pet while they enjoy the outdoors. Supervision is always provided, including while they are outdoors during playtime. Their safety is always first no matter which services are being provided.
Pets
A typical day
We take them out a few times a day to either enjoy the doggie pools, splash pad, or sprinklers, especially during the warmer days so they all can have fun and enjoy their time here. We provide walks at pet parents' discretion & keep them on a routine as well. They do of course have some downtime where they nap in their kennels after they are done and have some outdoor playtime.
