Winter, you and her husband greeted my husband, Winter and I with such kindness. Winter was a little nervous, but Ms. Jennifer reached for her, held her close, and immediately started helping her to relax. We talked a little about Winter’s current state and what we had packed for her stay and said goodbye and you both wished us a safe trip. That meant a lot. Ms. Jennifer you didn’t disappoint, you are truly a woman of your word. You communicated with us everyday and sent adorable pictures of Winter, photos we appreciated and proudly shared with family members at the reunion. When we returned to pick up Winter, she looked great and was happy to see us as she was handed to me. Her belongings were neatly packed, and the pick up transition was smooth and organized. Miranda was great. Before booking she reached out via phone call so we could discuss my dog, Luca. His temperament and any special needs/requests. Additionally, I got regular texts and videos of Luca as to how he has been and videos and pics of him clearly happy running around the backyard.

Maria was fantastic. She was very sweet and attentive to my dog and made sure that she was well-taken care of.
