About: I'm retired, and thus very flexible. I'm quite reliable and dependable. My girlfriend and I live in a historic house near downtown Petaluma. I go for a nice long walk/run most days, and would love to have your dog keep me company! I've had cats or dogs throughout most of my life, and love both. I'm mostly retired, so I'm very flexible about scheduling. Ideally my assignments are in the morning or evening, leaving the middle of the day free for kayaking, bicycling, playing music, or just relaxing. Obviously, it's a lot of trust to put in a stranger from the internet to come into your house while you're gone. About: I have hands on experience caring for my own terrier since he was a puppy and is now 9 years old. Through friends and family I’ve also spent time caring for their dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and check-ins. I love animals and getting to know their personalities. I want to make sure they feel loved and cared for while their owners are away. I am an avid hiker and trail runner and, if allowed, would love to share that with your pet! I have had two dogs in my life and both of them taught me patience among other things. I can handle energetic dogs and I can also tend to elderly dogs as well. I am happy to tailor my service in any way that might serve your pet better and I'm always open to any and all feedback. Although I do hold a 9-5, full-time job, my availability is very flexible on weekdays and weekends with some notice.

I love a bed dog, but also respect kennel training, or if the owner prefers the dog sleep on their bed.

About: Since I was young I've been drawn to animals and that's only grown stronger the older I've gotten. Currently I am working at a dog boarding facility, but beyond that I have years of experience taking care of dogs and cats. On my days off I have open availability for dog walking/ house sitting but on my work days I can swing by during my lunch break or after I'm off work, depending what it is you need! While I can not offer home sitting where I am at, that just means your pet can stay comfortable at your house! I am responsible and respect others living spaces. About: I am a huge animal lover. Ever since I was little I have loved being around animals. I started pet sitting for my neighbors since I was 15. They rely on me to feed and water their pets, let them out when needed, walk them, and sometimes give them their medication. 2 years ago, our family got our first dog; his name is Sydney and he's an Aussiedoodle. I already had a lot of experience with pets from pet sitting but I have really learned so much more from him which has helped me learn how to handle all types of pets. He's one of the best things to ever happen to us and really is the center of my family's universe. I’m currently on summer break so my schedule is fairly open. Times might vary though I’m flexible and it's something I'm happy to work out in order to fit everyone's schedule. When I am taking care of your pets, I'll always make sure to treat them as my own. I try to maintain a consistent routine as much as possible and give them lots of extra love and attention because I know how hard it can be on pets when their humans leave. Additionally, I make sure that they are able to eat and drink water during each visit because I know that sometimes their appetite decreases if they're sad and missing their owners. I love walking and I would love to spend time walking your pets and making sure they have fun and are comfortable but I can't walk more than dog at a time. I am also happy to accommodate any special needs your pet might have and keep you updated with pictures etc to put your mind at ease. My goal is that your pets remain happy and healthy while I am taking care of them.

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I was raised in a house with at least 6 dogs. I love all animals and care for they wellbeing. I am working part-time jobs 3 days a week and will have plenty time to take care of the dog and take them for walks and get some exercises if needed . I have a safe fenced backyard with lots of space for them to move around and play. I would engage and not leave them alone for a long time.
