When we hit an unexpected schedule change, Kat was completely accommodating and made it a non-issue. The house was just as clean as we left it. She followed everything we asked, from the litter box routine to stripping the bed before we got back. Most importantly, Peanut was visibly happy and well-adjusted when we returned — you can always tell when a sitter has actually engaged with your pet, and she clearly had. Peanut was so comfortable with Kat that we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We will absolutely have her sit for Peanut again. Highly recommend.”

About: Hello; I'm a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years experience caring for and living with all dogs big and small. I'm flexible, reliable, and love walking, hiking, and staying with pets. I currently work as a part-time illustrator and personal chef, but have most of my day open to devoting to your pets. I'm able to stay with and care for animals (both short and extended term), and am also available for drop-ins, walks, and hikes. I've cared for many pets and homes (both long and short term) for over a decade. I have over 20 years of professional experience caring for pets and homes, along with a lifetime of loving animals of my own. Animals have been part of my life since childhood. I've cared for dogs of every size, age, and personality, as well as cats, birds, and other small animals. Most recently, I spent four years living in Hawaii with my own dog, cat, and bird, and have cared for pets throughout the Bay Area, including Marin, San Francisco, Oakland, Contra Costa, and Napa. During COVID, while my massage therapy practice was on pause, I got a certification in canine massage, deepening my understanding of canine anatomy, mobility, and comfort. About: I’ve been taking care of my sister 4 dogs, 15 cats, 1 & bunny. I’m managed to feed all of them, playing with them & showing love to each of them I’m currently working part time because I’m attending college so I’ll be able to work Monday through Friday but I can able make extend time during the weekends if I’m not busy I’ll make sure the pets are safe, comfortable, & cared for. I’ll follow any instructions you provide to keep a eye on your pets & make sure they have food, water, feel loved, & attention

About: I have cared for animals my whole life! I currently have one cat but have had dogs cats, and turtles. I am very attentive. I try to communicate with each animal on their level. It's important to me that they feel heard. Whether they're trying to show me something that interests them, or worries them. I am always watching and listening. I work part-time right now, so I have a lot of time during the week to care for your pets. We will just need to find a time that suits both out needs. Firstly, I will follow any specialized directions you give me. You know your pets better than anyone! Secondly, I've cared for pets pretty much my entire life and their safety is my #1 priority. I know how to keep an eye on them- even the mischievous ones haha!
