About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. Growing up my family always had dogs of all sizes. My husband and sons are also big animal lovers and look forward to the day that we’ll have our own family dog. We travel a lot which makes it difficult to be a full time pet owner. In the meantime, I’d love to host and temporarily "adopt your dog" as our own. Dogs that stay with me will get plenty of love and exercise. I also have a very large yard that backs up to a park, allowing for quick and easy walks. Although my family will be present, I will always be the one responsible for your dog. When I care for your dog, I hope it will feel like your dog's home away from home. I work from home, making pet care easy to manage during breaks from work. I have a large backyard and access to a private park, so your dog will get plenty of exercise. I am flexible, so I can help maintain the schedule that your dog is accustomed to for meals and walks. I have a lot of space and can be flexible to what your dog needs. I don’t let dogs on the furniture. If I’m traveling to you or taking your dog to a local park for a walk, I have an SUV that will allow me to transport him/her. My children would not be with your dog unsupervised.

She took wonderful care of my cat, playing with him multiple times a day and regularly sending pictures so I always knew how he was doing. It's clear she genuinely loves animals. The cats of her childhood were a somewhat wild things that would roam around her backyard in Tahoe most of the day, checking back in to deliver presents of dead chipmunks and birds, and to cuddle. She’ll never forget delivering the kittens of her cat, Callie the Calico, when she was about 13– a formative experience in her young life. These dogs have either stayed for just the day, overnight, or have boarded with me, the longest-boarding being 2-3 months with a German-Shepherd rescue, and we always have a blast. We always seek to find a routine so as to calm any boredom or stress throughout each day! We play, take walks, hang out in the grass yard / property, and go on 1-3 miles hikes in the local area! I love to spoil every dog I have the pleasure to be around, take scenic walks, and of course taking lots and lots of pictures. Daytime Adventures: Available most weeks days (7am-4pm, pickup or drop off) to take your pup on a hike, play yard games, and practice new skills. Sitting and Boarding: Kainoa and Carly are available for night and weekend sitting or longer-term boarding with 1 week advance notice. We live on a large property with a fenced-in yard, lush green-pasture for playtime, and complete with a shaded (puppy-proof) deck! About: Hi there, I’m Chris! I’ve had some kind of pet in my life ever since I was little, from cats to dogs to aquatic acquaintances! I currently have two cats that bring me so much happiness. I’ve been my friend’s and family’s go to pet sitter for many years due to my obvious love of pets and animals. About: I grew up with dogs and cats in the house. From middle school to high school, my family and I fostered cats/kittens inside our home. I have experience with senior animals and low to medium medical needs animals. I am working part time! I have the most availability all day Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but I can work on the weekends with enough planning. I prefer to keep your pet in their own home, to help reduce their stress. About: I have been a animal lover for as long as I can remember! I got my first dog, Daisy, when I was 7 Years old and quickly found a passion for caring for animals. My family and friends have relied on me over the years to walk, feed, and love their pets. I even spent a few summers volunteering at the Humane Society in Marin County.
