About: I've been an animal lover my entire life, and caring for both cats and dogs have always brought me a lot of joy. Growing up I always had cats and dogs in the house at all times. Caring for them through every stage of life has taught me a lot about patience, trust and the eclectic personalities that make pets so wonderful. I love learning about animal behavior and body language so I can help animals feel safe, understood and comfortable. I believe in meeting them where they are and earning their trust at their own pace, no matter the personality type. As a mainly remote working professional, I have the flexibility to provide dependable visits and walks throughout the day. I can easily fit care into my routine while updating parents with photos and messages along the way. I understand inviting someone into your home and trusting them with your pet is a big decision. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. As an owner with specific pet routines of my own, I know that each pet has their own preferences and comfort level that I pay close attention to. My goal is to provide dependable care, clear communication and peace of mind so you can be present while you're away knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: I’m a registered veterinary technician with over 15 years of experience looking for a side job. I have a background in emergency, general practice, behavior, and dermatology. I’m working relief shifts now so I have various availability to fit most pet parents needs. Whether that be drop in pet sitting/ enrichment or dog walking. I have 2 small dogs and 3 cats at home. Our beloved dogs, Bonbon and Bambii, were like siblings to me, and I loved spending time with them on walks, hikes, and playtime adventures. Although I don't currently have pets of my own, I miss that special connection and would love the opportunity to care for and spend time with your furry companions. I love starting my mornings with a walk, hike, or run, and I'm available between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM for dogs who need exercise, fresh air, and attention before the day begins. About: I have been petsitting and dog walking for at least 5 years, and I love getting to play, take care of, and walk animals as if they were my own. All of my countless past petsittings have been word of mouth, but having relocated for school I am now hoping to meet local Petaluma pups and cats! I am a lifelong vegetarian and 10-year vegan with a deep love for all creatures. In addition to caring for animal companions, I like to leave homes better than I found them. Whenever possible, I do some light housekeeping so that when folks return from their trips, they come back to happy animals and a cozy home where they can just put their bags down and crawl into a bed! PLEASE NOTE: Any requests (by folks I’ve never worked with before) to book additional time off of the Rover app will be declined. This is a safety issue for both parties — I do not enter strangers’ homes without safeguards and advise against folks needing pet sitting services to allow strangers into their home without safeguards. Rover is a means to provide that safety measure prior to establishing a trusting relationship. My posted rates are firm. I ask that folks not haggle or try to negotiate an initial pet-sit off of the app for a cheaper rate.
