About: I grew up with dogs and know firsthand how much they become part of the family. Our beloved dogs, Bonbon and Bambii, were like siblings to me, and I loved spending time with them on walks, hikes, and playtime adventures. Although I don't currently have pets of my own, I miss that special connection and would love the opportunity to care for and spend time with your furry companions. I also have experience looking after my sister's dog, Toast, and always enjoy giving pets the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. I will treat your pets with the same love and care I would give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors and being around animals. I love starting my mornings with a walk, hike, or run, and I'm available between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM for dogs who need exercise, fresh air, and attention before the day begins. In the evenings, I enjoy going on walks after work, usually from 7:00 PM onward. This gives me dedicated time to focus on your pet, whether that means a relaxing walk, playtime, or simply keeping them company. Having grown up with dogs and caring for my sister's dog, Toast, I understand that pets thrive on consistency, affection, and quality time. Caring for pets doesn't feel like a chore to me, it's something I genuinely look forward to and enjoy incorporating into my weekly routine.🐶🤍 When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize keeping them comfortable by maintaining their usual routine as closely as possible. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special preferences. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and exercise while also respecting their individual personalities and needs. I believe communication is important, so I am happy to provide updates, photos, and messages to give pet parents peace of mind while they are away. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets feel secure and cared for in their familiar surroundings.

About: Hi everyone! I grew up around a lot of different dogs (family, friends, neighbors), and have a lot of experience taking care of them, pet sitting, and also building relationships ships with them. I also have a lot of experience with cats. I grew up with two cats in the house hold and currently have 3 kitties in the family (and a sassy pup!). I have a lot of experience with cats, understand their body language, how to play and engage with them, and well as giving them extra special care to ensure longevity! This is my first time using an app like rover and am looking forward to forming relationships and gaining some awesome pet experience! :) I’m currently inbetween jobs and have decided to take some extended education courses so my availability is very open and flexible! Weekdays and weekends are available :) While in my clients home, I feel that the most important thing is to make sure that your pet is feeling comfortable and confident. I feel like pets communicate so much through body language and chatter, so making sure I pay attention to all those small details is very important to me and a sure way to make a furry friend!

About: I grew up with dogs and cats in the house. From middle school to high school, my family and I fostered cats/kittens inside our home. I have experience with senior animals and low to medium medical needs animals. I am working part time! I have the most availability all day Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but I can work on the weekends with enough planning. I prefer to keep your pet in their own home, to help reduce their stress. If we decide to board them at my home, they will have access to a fenced in backyard, two dogs (one of whom is senior), and a senior cat.

About: Hello; I'm a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years experience caring for and living with all dogs big and small. I'm flexible, reliable, and love walking, hiking, and staying with pets. I currently work part-time for a San Rafael based non-profit (I'm a counsellor for people on the spectrum, and am on-site 6 hours/day M-F), but have all other hours open to devoting to your pets. I'm able to stay with and care for animals (both short and extended term), and am also available for drop-ins, walks, and hikes. I've cared for many pets and homes (both long and short term) for over a decade. I love taking dogs out to the trail, the beach, and the park, and also have experience with various walking, medication, and care routines.

About: I am the current owner of a loving and playful 3-year-old chihuahua/pitbull mix that I adopted from the SPCA when she was only 6 months (see profile pictures). I have taken care of many kinds of dogs since I was 18 years old, dealing with a wide variety of personalities (some timid, shy, and some with anxiety issues). I have trained multiple dogs on various tricks (paw shakes, dancing, and jumping through hoops). I have taken care of puppies, kittens, and mid-aged dogs. I am also familiar with taking care of cats and would love to spoil them with treats. I would love the opportunity to walk your dog (or cat) or do a drop in visit to make sure your beloved pets are well taken care of.

About: I've been a pet owner all my life, recently losing two senior pets. I often dogsit, catsit, and housesit for family and friends. I am responsible, responsive, and work well under pressure/ in emergency situations. I currently work in mental health but have also worked in retail, food prep, farming, and wildlife animal care. I'm a runner and love to include pets in my adventures :). I am starting a graduate program for psychology in September in Berkeley and have lots of availability until then! I typically am away on weekends so primarily I'd like to help out during the week :). I am very patient and will walk at whatever pace necessary to give your pet the best experience. I am also a runner and will run alongside your dog if that's preferred! I'm clean, and responsible and will always clean up after them!

About: I have been watching my sisters and neighbors fur babies for years. They rely on me when they travel for work or go on vacation. I have watched multiple cats and dogs as well as administered a hydration IV for a senior cat. I am loving and kind and will treat your fur babies like my own. I have a tuxedo kitty named Tucker and an Australian Shepherd named Harley, I will always make time for playtime and extra snuggles and pets. I’m currently not working so my schedule is very flexible and open. I can come at a time that is best for you. If you need a consistent schedule, I am able to do that. Our dog Harley is crated trained and plays indoors and outdoors in our fenced backyard.. She is walked on a leash daily and I check for ticks and foxtails after each walk. I completely puppy proofed the house when we adopted her. Tucker is an indoor cat and I keep up on his brushing to reduce his fur balls. I put his feather wand up high when I’m not at home so it’s safer for him. I play with him every day with the feather wand to get exercise and interaction. I know which flowers are not good for pets so we do not bring those into our home.
