I appreciated her thoughtful reports each day, letting me know how she attempted to interact with him even though he was being very aloof. I'm sure Trisha's calm manner and soothing voice were a comfort to Siggi, even though he didn't really show it. I know it was a comfort to me to know that she was there for him when I was away. Susan was wonderful! She was new to Mustard Christopher (my cat) and me. I had a 10-day out of country trip. She came over for our initial meeting a few weeks before when I was trying to get cat care lined up, then again a few days before my trip to pick up the key and review his care plan again. Mustard was curious about her immediately and clearly took to her by the time she left those first two visits. I really appreciated that she made both visits before to learn him and his routine and give him time to get to know her a bit. I think it helped smooth the transition while I was traveling. While on my trip she gave me daily reports through the app, shared photos daily and a nice reassuring message that he was eating and drinking well (potentially a bit of an issue for him) and having fun playing with toys during their visits. This gave me huge peace of mind. I will definitely book with Susan again- Mustard Christopher loves hanging out with her and he’d love to do it again!
Michelle is an absolutely amazing cat sitter. I have two boy ragdoll cats and they absolutely adored her. They literally waited at the door for her to arrive. She’s so sweet with them and she has such an amazing attention to detail. She’s also extremely communicative and followed all my boy’s particular idiosyncrasies on their diets and gave them so much love. I highly recommend Michelle and anytime in the future if I need a cat sitter I really hope she’ll be available as she is fantastic!
Amy was great! We knew as soon as our girls met Amy during our initial visit. Usually, they’re a little standoffish and suspicious. Amy knew how to connect and help them feel safe and in control right away. Since this was A Amy’s first time with us, we appreciated her reaching out for clarification if she wasn’t sure about something and reporting on how the girls were doing during each visit. Lu is such an amazing pet sitter. My cat Cabbage has kidney issues and had urinary blockage before. She checks the litter box and communicates with me daily to make sure everything is normal. Cabbage is usually very shy with new people. However Lu has been very patient and she managed to get familiar with my cat very quickly. Lu took care of Cabbage very well while I am away. I highly recommend Lu!
