She took wonderful care of my cat, playing with him multiple times a day and regularly sending pictures so I always knew how he was doing. It's clear she genuinely loves animals. “This was Kat's first time sitting for our kitten Peanut, and she exceeded our expectations across the board. Communication was excellent — she shared regular updates and sent us genuinely fun photos that we loved getting throughout the trip. When we hit an unexpected schedule change, Kat was completely accommodating and made it a non-issue. The house was just as clean as we left it. She followed everything we asked, from the litter box routine to stripping the bed before we got back. Most importantly, Peanut was visibly happy and well-adjusted when we returned — you can always tell when a sitter has actually engaged with your pet, and she clearly had. About: I have been a animal lover for as long as I can remember! I got my first dog, Daisy, when I was 7 Years old and quickly found a passion for caring for animals. My family and friends have relied on me over the years to walk, feed, and love their pets. I even spent a few summers volunteering at the Humane Society in Marin County. During the pandemic I got my second dog. With the extra time on my hands, I focused on training Autumn. This training included socializing with other dogs and humans, introducing different environments and sounds, leash training and learning basic commands like siting and healing. My First dog is now 14 years old and requires a bit more senior care, this includes giving proper medications and more often bathroom breaks. I have a wide range experience with dogs of all ages and needs. I just moved back to Novato after graduating from UC Berkeley this past spring. My availability is flexible and would love the opportunity to care and play with your pups! I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. About: I've been a pet owner all my life, recently losing two senior pets. I often dogsit, catsit, and housesit for family and friends. I am responsible, responsive, and work well under pressure/ in emergency situations. I currently work in mental health but have also worked in retail, food prep, farming, and wildlife animal care. I'm a runner and love to include pets in my adventures :). I am starting a graduate program for psychology in September in Berkeley and have lots of availability until then!
