Hi there, I’m Chris! I’ve had some kind of pet in my life ever since I was little, from cats to dogs to aquatic acquaintances! I currently have two cats that bring me so much happiness. I’ve been my friend’s and family’s go to pet sitter for many years due to my obvious love of pets and animals. I’ve taken care of all sizes of dogs and of all ages, as well as mixed species pet families. I establish bonds with the animals I care for which can sometimes make it hard to say goodbye. I adore puppies due to their excitable nature and high energy! Cats have a special place in my heart because of the memories I share with the cats I’ve had but if you were to ask me if I was a cat or dog person; I’d say, “Why can’t you be both?” LGBTQIA+ friendly

I am very much used to taking care of pets in other’s houses and will follow the rules of the house perfectly. I have house sat in Kosher households before so I am familiar with the importance of following set rules. I am okay with pets that sleep on the bed with the owner or having to crate up a pet for the night. I am a private person and often keep to myself; I don’t cause a ruckus! I keep things nice and tidy just like the saying goes, “a place for everything and an everything in its place.”

Christopher house sat for us while we were away for the weekend. Our yellow lab Stella had a great time! Chris was communicative, punctual, and reliable. We received several photos of our dog and she looked happy as ever. Would absolutely book again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter than Chris! He watched our dog, Rosie, and was completely respectful of our house rules and home throughout the stay. Chris is extremely thoughtful and communicative—he even made sure to ask permission before having his girlfriend visit. Rosie can be quite anxious, but Chris was remarkably patient with her. After a couple of days, she really warmed up to him—he was able to pet her, and eventually, they were even sleeping next to each other! We loved getting his detailed end-of-day updates, which gave us complete peace of mind. He’s also incredibly attentive; he caught early signs of an allergy outbreak in Rosie right away so we could address it promptly. Chris is officially our go-to pet sitter, and we recommend him without hesitation!
Christopher did a great job with Bella on short notice and I could not have been happier. From the amazing photos he sent of her to making sure she was taking care of and a happy dog really put my mind at ease while I was away.
Chris has been watching our two female yellow labs (now 2 and 13 years old) for the past six years, and we couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter. He is a kind, trustworthy, and respectful young man who is incredibly reliable. When Chris stays at our house, he completely honors all of our requests and requirements, keeping the house running smoothly and taking impeccable care of our fur babies. Our dogs absolutely adore him. In fact, when he walks through the door, our 2-year-old immediately jumps up, grabs the toy Chris bought for her, and proudly brings it to him! Coming home to calm, happy, and completely unstressed dogs lets us know they were in the best hands possible. We trust Chris implicitly and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a loving and dedicated pet sitter.

Schedule
I graduated from college with a degree in anthropology and am now back in my hometown working a part-time contract job. My work schedule is very flexible so with enough time’s notice I can work any request into it. I am typically free to feed and walk pets in the morning and evening, as typical schedules go. Please let me know if there are any special requests or needs for your animal! I understand the importance of an animals happiness and mental state.
