Lifetime of animal care experience!
I have had many dogs and cats throughout my lifetime. I treat all animals with love and respect and enjoy their energy. I have experience with young puppies to senior dogs and cats. My dog Addie is 14 and is winding down these days. This gives me time for exercising your dog or cat or playing and giving them quality time in your home. I am a young at heart, very active 66 year old equestrian with lots of time and energy to give to your beloved fur babies. I have good endurance and can walk hills and go on hikes. However, I am not able to walk larger dogs that pull strongly on the leash and react to squirrels, cats, or other dogs due to the concern of falling.

I will stay with your pet during your absence up to 5 hours a day. I will feed, change the litter box, entertain them with walks and/or playtime. Or just sit with them and keep them company. Eventually I will be available to care for dogs or cats in my home or overnight at yours, once my girl passes on. At this time, my time is limited to 4 to 5 hours per day due to not wanting to leave my dog alone for longer than 5 hours.

Siggi is wonderful. She immediately got on the floor and encouraged bonding with our two chihuahuas who are very reluctant to warm up to strangers. She was on time, sent pictures, communicative and reliable. I would highly recommend her and I will be using her in the future.

Sigrid was a wonderful sitter for our cat! She updated us daily and took great care of him. I'm so grateful she could do drop-ins while we were out of town and will be using her again soon.

My cat Blue and I were lucky enough to have Siggy be our first Rover experience! She was so kind, came for a meet and greet and sent photos to update me. We so appreciate having her as a new friend!
Sigrid was great! She came first for a meet and great to meet Ozzy and make sure he would be comfortable with her. Then when she came for the drop in visit, after feeding Ozzy she spent extra time with him —playing fetch and walking with him until he was worn out. She kept us updated with photos and videos during the visit and it was clear that Ozzy was having a great time with her. We are grateful that Sigrid took extra time to get to know Ozzy and make sure he was at ease with her — that’s not always easy for Ozzy, as he was mistreated in his former life. Sigrid is clearly a true dog lover, and I highly recommend her. Your pup will be in good, capable and loving hands with Sigrid!

Dates de la garde
I am retired so I am available any day of the week. I am available to walk your dog (small to medium) or senior big dogs. I am available to come to your house to play and/or spend time with your dog or cat while you are away. My dog is 14 and a bit cranky so I cannot have animals in my home while she is still with me. However, I can come to your house and provide company and exercise to your dog or cat.
