About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile. Although I work part-time, I am generally available 7 days a week for house sitting. I am willing to accommodate crazy schedules and last minute plans if need be. About: I am a huge animal lover and have had many pets all of my life. My dogs are not just pets but members of the family. I have had many dogs over the years ranging from cockapoo’s, terriers, Westies, a German Shepherd and yellow Labs. I have also had 5 cats. My current dog and cat are best friends! I care for many friends and neighbor dogs and have play dates on a daily basis. Dogs are always on the guest list for dinner parties or holiday gatherings and have gifts under the tree. If I had a bigger yard, I’d have a dozen. I would love to meet and spoil your dog while you were away. I will treat them like my own and we will have a great time together. I enjoy walking so thought this would be a perfect fit for getting more exercise and fill my love of having multiple dogs. Emmalene genuinely saved my cat’s life. There was a fire in our home while we were out of town and thankfully she arrived for a drop-in visit before it was too late. She called the fire department and made sure Kitty got out safe. She took Kitty home with her and took care of her like she was her own cat until I could get back the next day.
