About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile. Although I work part-time, I am generally available 7 days a week for house sitting. I am willing to accommodate crazy schedules and last minute plans if need be. I have a small home but a big yard, so while I can’t accommodate boarding, I have a large outdoor space and my own pup that is eager for play dates during the day. As for house sitting, I provide attentive, personalized care in my client’s home so your pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely. With my history in the animal health field, I am comfortable administering any medications if needed. As a person who values communication, I provide regular ‘pupdates’ and pictures so owners feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.
About: My experience ranges from daily care routines to addressing specific health and behavioral issues. I've always had pets of my own, which has further enriched my knowledge and passion for animal care. I am currently working part-time from home. I am available weekdays weekends, and I have the availability for playtime and walks for your pet's , I wanted to share that I have a fenced yard on half an acre, providing plenty of space for pets to play. Additionally, my friendly dog will be there for your fur babies to enjoy some playtime
“Blake is one of the most professional, and compassionate caregivers I have ever met. She's on time, asks pertinent questions, and genuinely loves dogs. She is also very knowledgeable so she was giving me some good feedback on Milo. Milo loved her and so do we. We can't wait to have her back next month for our long trip.”

“Hannah did such a great job with our dog, Todo. He loved her the moment he met her. She took great care of him and our house while we were gone, ensuring that he was safe and happy. She communicated well and went the extra mile to clean up a mess Todo made out of an old shoe (100% my fault btw). I recommend Hannah to anyone and will definitely be booking with her again!”

“This was my first time using the app Rover. JINAH was awesome. She initiated an initial visit to meet my dog and learn about his care needs. He immediately took to her happy wagging tail and all. It helped so much in my going away to be able to trust that he was in good hands. I will definitely reach out to JINAH again first for any dog-care needs.”

“Emma is very kind and was so great with my pets. She sent me great photos of them showing me that they’re in great care and are happy which brought me a lot of ease on my trip. I highly recommend her!”

About: I am a huge animal lover and have had many pets all of my life. My dogs are not just pets but members of the family. I have had many dogs over the years ranging from cockapoo’s, terriers, Westies, a German Shepherd and yellow Labs. I have also had 5 cats. My current dog and cat are best friends! I care for many friends and neighbor dogs and have play dates on a daily basis. Dogs are always on the guest list for dinner parties or holiday gatherings and have gifts under the tree. If I had a bigger yard, I’d have a dozen. I would love to meet and spoil your dog while you were away. I will treat them like my own and we will have a great time together. After retiring from my long term job, I became a caregiver for family members. I enjoy walking so thought this would be a perfect fit for getting more exercise and fill my love of having multiple dogs. I have availability in between caring for people and would love to take your dog for a walk. I will care for your pets as my own in your home and a walk. If there is any special requests or instructions, I will happily follow.

Pet care fits well into my weekly routine, and I currently have flexible availability for walks and drop-in visits. I’m available on weekdays after my work hours and weekends I’m available all day , and will do my best to accommodate different schedules whenever possible. About: I currently have 5 of my own dogs, my oldest we have had for 8 years. I used to work at a dog rescue and I currently work at a kennel, so I have experience with all kinds of dogs. I work full time at a dog kennel in Petaluma and days that are grayed out I am available after 5:30 pm for visits or walks. I have experience fitting collars and harnesses to all sized dogs for their safety. I also know how to safely and properly use e-collars, prong collars, muzzles, martingales, and gentle leaders. I have a reactive dog myself, so I know how to keep dogs safe in environments that may make them uncomfortable.
“Amanda is amazing as usual. This is our 7th or 8th time booking with her. She is always quick to respond to our requests, flexible and pays wonderful attention to our two cats. She plays with them, understands their personality differences, and she provides a detailed report each time of their behaviors and whether they are eating/drinking. She always sends multiple photos, too. Thank you Amanda! You’re a true gem.”

About: I will see to it that your beloved pet is well taken care of, loved and given the opportunity to play outside and enjoy the outdoors whenever possible. I am an avid hiker and trail runner and, if allowed, would love to share that with your pet! I have had two dogs in my life and both of them taught me patience among other things. I can handle energetic dogs and I can also tend to elderly dogs as well. I am happy to tailor my service in any way that might serve your pet better and I'm always open to any and all feedback. Although I do hold a 9-5, full-time job, my availability is very flexible on weekdays and weekends with some notice.
“William has provided wonderful care for my dog Finn. He arrives right on time for drop-ins, shares photos and updates, and shows Finn lots of love. Would definitely recommend!”
