“It's hard to even know where to begin with this review, other than to just come right out and say that Emelina was truly THE BEST! Like most folks, our dog Dylan, is our family, our special boy, and we don't take lightly the decision of who takes care of him. Emelina stayed at our house and went beyond what we could have hoped for - she walked him, brushed him, fed him, played with him, bathed him, gave him his meds, removed a tick that she saw, took him out in the car, celebrated his birthday, cuddled with him, slept with him, and just overall loved him, just as we would. And she sent us tons of photos and videos to let us know how he was doing. My whole family was away at a wedding and I passed around the messages and photos from Emelina and we were all delighted at how much fun they were having together. It really put our minds at ease and I truly couldn't be more grateful!! On top of doing an outstanding job with Dylan, Emelina unfortunately experienced a major plumbing issue at our house. I gave her the plumbers number, we communicated via text, as we were out of the country, what steps needed to be taken and she handled it all, professionally, responsibly, and with an easy spirit and attitude. And even beyond that she took great care of our home! If you need a pet sitter and Emelina is available BOOK HER.”

About: I've taken care of domestic and exotic critters most of my life - llamas, goats, horses, reptiles, ducks, cats, & dogs. Most of my friends rely on me to take care of their animals when they are away. worked in a pet hospital; a science center with aquariums, and reptile cages. Although I have enjoyed my previous extensive interactions with various species, I am currently only caring for cats & dogs. I am frequently told that their animals don't usually warm up to strangers, but I am the exception. I am a health care provider with a part-time private practice. I offer treatments by appointment only, which allows me a great deal of flexibility in my schedule. I only offer pet care in the homes of the animals. I closely follow the requests of the pet owners in order to properly care for their animals.

“We are so happy to have had Amy overnight sit at our house for 10 days. We have high expectations when it comes to caring for our senior dog and Amy did an absolutely amazing job! She regularly updated us with pictures and how he was doing. She administered medicine to him daily and we could see how relaxed he was when we returned home. She not only took great care of our dog but our house as well. We returned to find everything clean and organized, she collected our mail and even took out the trash and recycling. We highly recommend Amy and would certainly love to have her come and look after our dog again!!”

About: I have always had a dog in my home growing up. I now have two of my own, 4 year old black labs who I treat as my children. I care deeply about their health and well-being and will be sure to treat your doggies the same! I keep them active with multiple walks a day and go to the dog park at least once a day. I am happy to cater to what your dog needs while you are away! I have a very flexible schedule right now and plenty of time to care for your dog while you are away from them. Although some days I have other dogs to walk so I will need to leave for short periods of time. I live in an apartment and do not have a yard, however I offer many potty breaks, multiple walks, and play time outside. My two labs seem to not miss the yard we used to have - and probably get more exercise now that we live here! I am happy to watch your dog in your home as well, if you would consider allowing me to bring my dogs with me. They are house-trained and very friendly.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was very young and have always loved it. Caring for animals is a huge passion of mine, and I’m very enthusiastic to help out others! I’m currently back in town for summer break, and I’m hoping to be able to help some people out! My schedule is pretty much completely open and there will be a very short time when I’ll be away. I care for pets every single day! Growing up with cats, dogs, guinea pigs and chickens has taught me so much about caring for animals. About: Hello, I’m 25 years old and have a full time job as a graphic designer but would love to walk dogs on my days off this summer. I have healthy and happy dogs myself. I have walked dogs ever since I was in high school! Tues-Friday after 5pm. Saturday after 3pm Sunday and Monday: anytime! However please send me a message beforehand and we can figure something out if my schedule doesn’t work for you. Unfortunately, I live in a studio and don’t have the space for more dogs in my home but I could go to a client’s home and take care of your pets there. I also know enough parks and trails in the area to go hiking/walking with up to 2 dogs.
