Lucy has been so great walking my dog for the last several months. She shows up when she says consistently, and has been there numerous times on short notice. Couldn't ask for a better dog walker and definitely worth the extra couple bucks.

Lucy went way above and beyond the call of duty with our 2 kitties. Pictures and comments re how they were doing during our first trip away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lucy for all your pet needs! She’s the BEST!

This is about the seventh time I’ve had Lucy take care of my two cats. She does a great job. Her visits have included giving medicine and managing one cat’s ‘cone of shame’. One of my cats is extremely shy and she does a great job with her as well. I highly recommend Lucy. She’s reliable and is a great communicator.

Canine BFF

I'm an energetic, trustworthy and friendly Kiwi American with a strong affinity with animals but particularly dogs. My family had 3 pups growing up, Zoe and Jag, who were keeshonds and Demi, who was a golden retriever. I was the lucky one who got to shampoo, groom, feed, walk and play with these beauties! I have many years of experience caring for all kinds of dogs in New Zealand and since I moved to Petaluma ...

What Lucy would like to know about your dog

I'd love to know the breed, age, energy level, and regular routine of your dog. What does he/she love to do? What does an awesome walk look like? What kind of leash/harness? Who do they love to play with at the park? Anything that may anxiety or things he/she dislikes? Any past incidents to be aware of with particular dogs? Is he/she happy to interact with kids? Basically any specific info and history you think will help me so we can have the best experience together.

When Lucy watches your pet

It's up to you how much exercise and sniff time you would like your pup to get. For overnight sits if you are happy for your social dog to meet others they are more than welcome to join a few scheduled walks throughout the day - walk + socializing! For the social butterflies who are used to regularly visiting a dog park I'm more than happy to take them there. If your pup is more of a lone wolf let me know and it will just be the two of us. Adventures to Helen Putnam Park, Mt Burdell, and Maxwell Farms are current favorites, but anywhere that you both are familiar with is great! I can walk or run, take it easy with rest breaks for those who prefer a gentle walk, or play backyard fetch or tug of war. Just let me know your preferences!
